Will NOT return to this store and will make sure my work associates, and Jackson County employees know the poor customer service. He dismissed me! Two trips , today and 2nd trip at 1735. I googled my vehicle's oil type. I saw the older gentleman I saw earlier and he said, I can't answer that. All I wanted to know if they had European Edge oil. His remark was ' I'm giving them 2 hours already. I guess he was suppose to leave at 1600. He refused to answer my question. No worries, you won't see me nor any of our 4 cars there. Take your time partner.

Never, ever will buy parts from the Old Pendergrass Store again!You get charged twice and then tell you there's nothing they can do about it, call customer service. Not one person in that store had no idea what they were doing or how to do it. Manager included

Today the battery in my wife's car died. I did not have tools with me to change out the battery. Natalie and Juan were very professional and quick with swapping it out for us free of charge. This store is always helpful.

Stopped by right before closing on my way home and my ac quit blowing cold until I turned it to 67 and anything higher would blow warm so I asked the old guy with the grey beard what it could be and he shrugged and told me 68-70 was gunna be warm as if I was incompetent and couldn t tell something was different in my car. Other than that he was just rude and dismissive and no help at all! I think it was possible he just knew less about ac than me which is common in these part stores since they don t even need any sort of education for the job

I went in to get a starter solenoid they told me last two weeks ago an employee found that customer had opened it and then they eventually threw it away but they didn't make changes to the inventory so that another one would get ordered so I didn't have the part I needed as a result of improper ordering after they found an open item I'm pretty sure there's a procedure if you find an item that's been stolen you check its inventory you reduce it from the inventory then the system will take over and order it when it's down to zero there was one in stock but there was none in do the job Manny and it was the manager who told me about it but didn't take further steps

Came here for a battery installation after it unexpectedly died. Jonathan was able to get me going with no issues! Thank you for the awesome service! I will never forget it!

I have to rave about this location for a moment I have been dealing with a broken down car & the staff at this location have gone above & beyond multiple times to help me. To the point that the manager, Jonathan, will now recognize me & call me by my name. They are wonderful!

Went in to get my core charge money back. Laney helped me. I also was inquiring about a hitch, she found the hitch and got me a coupon to help with price. Great service! Above and beyond.

The guys at this location are very friendly and completely knowledgeable. I called ahead about a part I needed and they had it ready for me to pick up when I got there. They have parts available when other places didn't, even when the other place said they would have it there. You can tell by talking to them that they have a true love for all things automotive. I will always use this location when I need a part.

I love the employees here they know what they are talking about and are car people especially the management team. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need in stock and if they don't they can't get it to me quickly. I will go out of my way to go here versus the other big name place in town

Not so good. Customer service was good but price on oil is way to high. I can get the same oil at Walmart for 10 to 12 dollars cheaper. Won't be going back there again for oil. Most of the time I can buy auto parts on Amazon way cheaper as well.

Thank you for all your help. Words can't describe how professional the staff is, also caring and going above and beyond their duty to help a customer. It happened that I had a flat tire in front of the store. Johnathan came out to help and I didn't expect him to change the tire for me but there he was hands and knees getting dirty, on the ground and changed the tire. I am sure it's not in his job description but his caring way said it all. You have to be there in person to experience the great staff at Advanced auto Jefferson GA. It feels great to shop in a place with wonderful and caring staff.

Really nice new building in a good location. I like Advanced Auto's Reward system a lot better than competitors. Bought a battery from here and had them install it. Had no problems, the whole process took about 20 minutes including testing the old battery first.

There are not enough stars in this ranking. I have been going to this store for years and over that time I have had an excellent experience. Two in particular, Johnathon and Josh, go above and beyond--even if what I present is off the charts odd. You will not go wrong here and the parts selection is fabulous with fair pricing. And, if you own foreign cars, ask about their Worldpac parts channel. The ability to get even more product, potentially OEM, is expanded 2 fold from their over the counter offering.

Ordered Moog tie rod ends/upper and lower control arms. On the tie rods they gave us (2) right sides (passenger). We were told by the advance employee that they were the same, it didn't matter (but yet it would not go on and the nut wouldn't screw on). Then when it came to put on the upper control arm, they gave us (2) left sides (which it went on BUT could not be aligned until the "proper" control arm was replaced. Which we found out by the mechanic at the alignment shop)Once again we were told that it did not matter. Think they need a little bit of training and be taught not to argue with the customer.

Knowledgeable staff depending on whose working. We have a favorite guy there that goes out of his way to make sure we have the correct parts, knows issues and solutions, and has even made suggestions. Great local place to pick up car parts.

The help there totally ripped me of for a battery! Their website clearly showed batteries for under 100 dollars however when I get there It's 140 dollars. I am so tired of this place advertising something and you never get it! They suck so hard!!! I will never go back! Always go to AutoZone they always tell the truth and the truth is you cannot depend on Adavace Auto for anything! Plus, their selection of anything is poor! NEVER go there!

I came into this store to get a windshield wiper motor for my 2013 Dodge Dart which costed $80. When my husband installed the motor, my windshield wipers would not turn off. Thinking that it was a wiring issue within my car, I took it to the dodge dealership and spent $100 to have my car inspected and get a diagnosis of what's causing this. Turns out that the windshield wiper motor that was sold to me by this advance auto parts store runs at a higher voltage than the dodge brand one, which was causing my windshield wipers to not turn off. Okay, it's not this store's fault but for one, this information should be disclosed to the person buying the part from any Advance Auto Parts store. But whatever, I just wanted my money back so I can buy the correct part from the dealership. So my husband went in to the store to return it and spoke to Corey about the issue and that we wanted a return and my husband informed me that when he was explaining the situation to Corey, he didn't care. No apology for the inconvenience, all he had to say was that was "interesting". No care about the situation at all. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, I will not be returning to this store for any of my car needs. Check out autozone down the street instead.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help you in any way they can. It's nice going to a parts store and talk to people who are knowledgeable in their products.
