I have been to this place twice. I think k they have fair prices and great service. I don t get any kind of con-artists vibes or anything. I think you can trust these people with your basic maintenance needs. I uploaded a photo of their prices as well to help you make a more informed decision. I m sure only helping this location out. Just look at those prices. How could you NOT come here.

Disappointment. I have been going to that location for over 7 yrs.Never had an issue. But lately, management must have went through some changes because the service provided got really bad.And the wait time to speak to a staff member at the counter has tremendously increased. I had to ask if they changed managers and indeed they did. The new manager N. has not been doing a great job. Losing a long time customer due to bad service happening twice consecutively.Last time i had an oil change, my car still was at 60% when i suddenly ran out of oil. Never happened before. I still hadn t reached the recommended mileage or date for oil change. Actually, i drove less than usual because i took a week of vacation and didn t leave the house.Went again for an oil change (i believe in second chances). Stood at the front desk for over 15 minutes waiting to talk to someone.Someone finally walked in at 12:45 (15 min after i waited), just to tell me the cut off time is 12:40 and they close at 1pm. Well, if you had showed up when i arrived, that wouldn t have been an issue.Or at least if you did it on purpose, and just didn t want to add another car as you will soon be closing, don t let me stand there 15 min wasting time, just come out and tell me you would rather cut off 30 min earlier today, so i would have left.Not going back. New management needs to do better.

I want to start by saying that I have been coming here for a while now for all my household cars for regular oil changes. The team has changed over and the old staff (which was amazing) no longer seems to be working there.I walked in today and gave the office a check engine code that I picked up at AutoZone to get a quote to repair. After getting a $510 quote for a $50 part and no more than an hour labor time; I told them I wasn t going to move forward as the price was too high. They proceeded to charge me $56.27 just to tell me this when they could ve gave me the price when I came in. Will not be coming back here again. Get your quotes over the phone and do not come here for anything besides oil changes.

Worst place ever to bring your vehicle!! I paid 90 bucks for an oil change and they didn t put any oil into the vehicle at all. The car was sputtering which never happened until I took it to the dealer and they saw that it was bone dry and made my engine light go on! It could have burned my engine and caused major damages. When I went back there to Valvoline to confront the guy at the desk, he didn t want to take any responsibility whatsoever. Not even refund me for a job not done.

There has been some staff turnover and they have slipped in their customer experience and work quality. Last brake job was not up to snuff.

I called ahead and they warned me there was about an hour wait for oil changes. I went anyway prepared for the wait, but it was done in under 20 min. They were very friendly and did a great job. The price wasn't terrible either. I will be taking my wife's car in a couple of weeks.

They got me in for an oil change quickly but I have never paid that much before. They don't have prices listed and I figured it would be around the same price I've paid around the country. I was dumb founded when I was charged more than the Dealership by $65.

They changed my oil just fine. Had no problems. Sent my father and they forgot to torque the oil pan plug. Blew the motor. I don't know what happened but be careful if you chose them.

Before it was Cannon Automotive I was going there for oil changes... I loved the service I received... After the oil change place was bought by Cannon I was worried that the customer service and quality service would decline... That has not been the case.. I have many cars and I am there more than I want to admit. Every visit is a new experience in professionalism and honest automotive work. The team in Jasper is focused on repeat business and quality service. The twin brothers that own it are on site everyday and they are getting their hands dirty working on cars, not counting money. I trust them with the diagnosis of my issues and the needed repair. I feel like my money is well spent there and I keep coming back.I had tried many other places in Jasper when I moved up here 7 years ago and I was always a little disappointed by incomplete work, "newly found problems" and bills way over estimates..I have never had that problem with Cannon.. Always honest and clear with the scope of needed work and what it will cost. I love the communication they make with me over issues. Cannon is fast and they back up the work they preform. Wow.. what great service and everyone was very professional and kind. I was a walk in and Jake got my car done and I was out the door in 15 minutes and he even checked on a noise I had been hearing which ended up being my spare tire being loose. Great and friendly service as always. Was in and out in less than 25 minutes for my car and my son's car. There are always coupons online also. I saved 14 dollars on two cars for standard oil change and air filter replacement. For me close and convenient. I definitely would recommend to anybody and now they do a whole lot more than just oil.

Great service! Highly recommend. We were from out of town with a flat tire. They did not have our tire in stock over labor day weekend, but had a used tire of the same type and were able to put it on very inexpensively. Very professional and personable.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went in @ 8:45 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a customer that walked in right before me. We stood at least ten minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge us before I sat down. Another ten or so minutes and still waiting. We could see into the garage area and they could see us also. That being said and another five minutes and I left to find another place to go.

We brought our car in for an oil change and asked them to check the brakes too since they've been squeaky and the car was a relatively new purchase. They told us we definitely needed new brake pads and rotors both front and back and the current pads were worn down. Quoted over $600 for the work.We took the car to another shop to get a second quote and were told that the brakes were perfectly fine, nothing needed to be replaced. 50% and 60% life left. We got a third opinion that matched the second, no work needed.Very disappointed that they tried to have us do $600 of needless work and very glad we got other opinions. My dealership couldn't help me with a much needed oil Change until a week or so ....I had no idea that my car only had 4% oil life left. This could have damaged my car's engine if left for a week even...These gentlemen were pleasant & guick to do my OIL CHANGE....especially, since I was a walk-in....I'LL BE BACK!

They were very nice, and professional. The prices were reasonable. But they do not have the tools or proper procedures. They drained my rear axle differential of oil before loosening the fill plug. Then they found out they did not have the right tool to take the fill plug out. I couldn't drive it the rear axle empty, so they tried many different and creative things to shoot oil up the drain hole, and then quickly put the drain plug back in. They then told me they couldn't loosen the fill plug because it was welded. They recommended I take it to another shop nearby to have it removed. They did not charge me for a diff change, though.The next shop had to squeeze me in as soon as a lift became open. Almost as soon as it was on the lift, they came and told me it came right out with no problems. They then told me it was empty and filled my diff. I will never go to a quick lube again!

Quick oil change. They do a great job at a fair price, and DON'T try to sell you things you do not need!!! Chris is a great manager and treats his customers with dignity and respect. It's the only place I go for oil changes.

I came in for an oil change and received a comprehensive check resulting in the repair of my serpentine belt, which had several cracks it and would have totally disabled my car when it broke. Pricing for its services were completely fair.

Great employees, Good service.I'm not going to complain about how much I could have saved by doing the oil change myself because that's obvious isn't it? Of course you're going to pay more when you hire someone to do the job. This is an essential part of the service industry.

The place was open, no cars in the bays, but not one of the guys there would do in oil change because they were all on lunch. Obviously there's no staggering of lunches so someone is available for customers, I would had to have waited half an hour for them to be done with their lunch.

Every time I come here they tell me it will be an hour wait, even though there's only like two other people here. Now I'm sitting in the waiting room and it's been 45 minutes, and there is no one in the garage. They're hasn't been for ten minutes. Idk what they are doing but they sure as heck aren't in any hurry. I've seen them turn away two or three people with their threats of long wait times. I think they just don't want to work.
