The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend Tutton Chrysler Jeep. They were all phenomenal, from the Sales Department to the Service Department. They treated us like people and not just another customer. They answered every question promptly and really went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

I want to commend the parts department at Tutton CDJR! Kristen helped me get my OEM window vent guards for my 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie. First off, unfortunately I did not buy my truck from them. I live couple hours away south of Atlanta! Kristen not only confirmed that they had the part in stock which was back ordered from Mopar, she also turned down a different dealer acquiring them and waited to hear back from me! Shipping was amazingly fast! I ordered late afternoon and arrive at my door THE next day! I just got them installed less than 24 hours of ordering it! Thank you again Kristen for your help! If I m ever in the market for a new truck or car, I will make the 2 hour drive to Jasper. If your parts department is that good I m sure your sales team follows suit!

While I did not have a business experience with this dealership, Drew Tutton assisted me when he could have just driven by. He got me out of a lousy situation. He is a good person and I assume he surrounds himself with others like him. So I would recommend doing business with any organizations he is a part of. Thank you Drew!

Spent the day at the dealership service center and it appears that my check engine light issue is fixed. I purchased a pre-owned wrangler and within five days the light came on. So far so good.

Service writer was friendly and knowledgeable, had a hiccup in their diagnostic reader that wouldn't pull data from my truck (which is pretty new and not throwing codes). Not horribly long, not super fast for the oil change and tire rotation. Visible evidence of service inspection (left my washer fluid cap open, not sure it was filled though). Price was reasonable though, so overall happy with the experience.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Very easy to schedule the recall repair. Great communication and follow-up. Very professional and personable both on the phone and in person. Made me feel like my business was appreciated. People are great and the repair was done in a timely manner. Only reason I gave them 4 and not 5 stars is that it took a week to diagnose the vehicle. Too much work is a good problem to have and I get it but it still put me an extra week out!

Customer waiting area is always very clean, free snacks, coffee and cold water provided, restrooms clean and easily accessible, nice tv and wonderful AC!I requested a printout of provided services and was immediately added.The only thing I would add is, if the service is to be a few hours or longer, that a loaner car be provided. Doesn't have to be new, just available.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

This is the worst dealership to ever purchased a vehicle from. I bought a used vehicle one year later motor failure, they didn t do anything . Little to nothing in there power help me. For weeks I waited just for them to keep giving me the run around. If I was white I feel like my experience would ve been better. This company is very shady and dishonest I wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Dalton did a fantastic job. Very professional, concerned and accommodating.Over the years I ve purchased six Jeeps from Tutton and always given them a 5 star. I was greatly disappointed when I discovered they dropped their loaner care/rental car program when they keep your Jeep.I will likely move my business to Cartersville Jeep.

Have a 2021 RAM 2500 that needed warranty work on issue with transmission. Found out parts not readily available. Took RAM 19 days to deliver needed parts. Elizabeth was great throughout process. She referred me to RAM customer care to secure rental while truck in shop. Elizabeth kept in touch and advised me on the progress of the repair. The business and employees were friendly and professional throughout process.

Employees were extremely courteous. I had an appointment but it took two hours to get my oil changed & luggage rails installed on top. The customer lounge was FREEZING. Luckily I brought a jacket but after the two hour wait, my sandaled feet were like blocks of ice!

The Service Team took care of my older car. My only complaint is that it took so long to get parts (several weeks) and I had to call back. Dustin was my "go to" guy, and he was always very receptive.
