This buying experience was by far the best one of my life! The staff was very friendly and laid back! They were very knowledgeable and if I had a question that they did not know they did their research and came back to me with the answer. JD was a stand up gentleman that made me feel that I was dealing with a professional the whole time. Two thumbs up for Tutton CDJR!

I have been a customer of Tutton Jeep/RAM since 2018. I have purchased over 5 Jeeps/Trucks for my family and I can say that the end to end process has always been an AWESOME experience. From the second I walk in the sales door, working with April (Sales) Richard (Finance and Mgmt.) has always been a pleasure. I have been able to find the vehicle I want, with the right options and great price. Their Service Department is one that I trust fully. I send my kids, wife to them and they are attentive and super friendly. Always greeted with a smile, get calls on updates on my service items and love working in their customer service lobby area (office calls, video and email). I trust them without a second thought. So for me, they are an AWESOME place to do business with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Bought a Wrangler three weeks ago, worked with Lucas, he was a pleasure to work with as well as the finance manager Andrew. Both men went above and beyond for 100% customer service. The Jeep I bought had a lift on it, but didn t have side rails for me to get into my jeep. Andrew had Lucas order side rails and Zach s Trucking Co put the rails on the jeep for me. The previous owner had their name of the jeep on the hood of the jeep, and Lucas arranged for the decal co that Tutton used to remove the decals off my jeep. I am so satisfied with my purchase, I will not go anywhere else but Tutton to buy a jeep again. Thank you all.

So glad I decided to use this dealership for service. Was afraid I had bought a lemon from a dealer in another state due to issues discovered after purchase. Ethan reassured me that they would do a full inspection and take their time. Adam was completely thorough, and I am now confident that my Jeep is safe. Both were patient with all of my questions and both incredibly knowledgeable. My Jeep was even ready well before the estimated time. I will do all of my services here from now on! Thank you!

My Chrysler Pacifica was dead yesterday morning. I got a jump start and was able to drive to Tutton. They took me in even though I did not have an appointment. I thought it was a dead battery, but the service team, after testing and examining the car, discovered it was a loose fuse relay. If I had just gone and gotten a battery at an auto store it would not have solved the issue. I am so glad I took it to Tutton where I got the correct service. Chad the service advisor was very helpful and kept me updated while the repair team searched for the issue. While my day may not have started great, it ended up very well.

If I could give a million star rating, I definitely would. Let me start off by saying, from start to finish this was by far the easiest process.My sales guy Hakeem was absolutely amazing! My husband is currently deployed and I was so skeptical about purchasing a vehicle without him. Hakeem went above and beyond to get me taken care of. These wonder people are not your typical sleezy, fast talking sales team. DJ the manager gave me so many discounts and incentives, he also offered me top dollar for my trade! He was literally willing to do anything he could to make it work for me! Communication was absolutely superb from everyone I came in contact with. Just wow, I can t thank yall enough. I feel completely at peace with my purchase! 10/10 highly recommend! If you re in the market these are your people!

Thank You!Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, awesome staff.Huge selection of RVs (motorized, pull behinds, and fifth wheel), and of course Jeeps, Dodges, Rams..... Tractors, lawn mowers....Definitely recommend stopping by and see for yourself.

I just purchased a used 2023 Tacoma through here and everyone was great to work with. Lucas was a huge help without being pushy like other car salesmen can be. Dalton was terrific to work with. He called every day to keep us updated on the repairs. He also made several suggestions for items that needed attention. He is an asset to your team. The Jeep was detailed and looks brand new. Pretty amazing for a 2008 Jeep!

My sales experience at Tutton CDJR was Outstanding! My salesperson Lucas was very attentive to my needs and responded to my questions. He created a deal and told me what they could do rather than what they could not do. When someone else was interested in the same vehicle he didn't give up and kept me in the loop. My finance manager Mr. Graham was Excellent and never pushy. We will be back again and take that 60-mile drive as it was worth it!

I recently purchased a vehicle at the Tutton Group of Jasper. I was extremely pleased and satisfied from the professionalism and courtesy of the sales staff, and finance department to the overall atmosphere at the dealership. Living in the ball Ground area the dealership was not far for me to go too, and gave me a sense of calm during the buying process. I've bought a few vehicles and this by far was my best experience. I would recommend the Tutton Group of Jasper to my Friends and Family.

Fantastic customer service, honest and reliable. Ethan did an excellent job with our first time buyer daughter on a used car sale. Super easy from test drive to finance to driving away with a new to get car! Provides a warranty, detailed reports, and hands over keys to a fully fueled clean vehicle. We will definitely use this dealership again.

I traded my car yesterday for a 4Runner and purchased from Tutton CDJR of Jasper. April and GM Andrew were great. We agreed on a price and had financing ready before I drove to the dealership. When I arrived, my paperwork was ready to go and I was in and out in less than an hour.
