The team at Southern Paint and Body works were very easy to get along with. They completed the work on my truck in a timely manner and did exactly what they said they would do. Was thrilled at the level of service and care I received. They were timely and professional and did a good job on my hatch door after a mishap at the car wash. These guys can certainly be trusted. Will use them again if I am in the unfortunate position to need body work again.

Absolutely phenomenal! The owner, Darrell, is extremely knowledgeable and honest.Excellent customer service, incredible quality of the work done on my car, and all at a fair price. I will definitely be returning for any future work I need done on my car. I definitely recommend anyone in the area going to them for whatever they need done to their car.

Absolutely HORRIBLE all the way around nothing good to say. Took my wrecked truck to them owner said it could be fixed waited well over 6 months for it to be fixed with what was suppose to be new parts (insurance approved new parts) instead the put used parts on it didn't tighten bolts down my door still collects water in it and doesn't close right the rubber seals around the windshield were not fixed or replaced passenger seat was left unbolted and crooked water runs into floor from dash. I would steer clear of this place unless you don't mind getting screwed.

Took my van for a bumper repair about 3 weeks ago. Fast service! Reasonably priced! Great done! Can't even tell it's been repaired. I will definitely use Southern Paint and Body if I need any future auto repairs .

When I took my Prius in (Deer hit me) we waited, called Enterprise (who had told me they would meet me at the shop) multiple times without answer so Darrell (the owner) drove me to the Enterprise location and waited with me til I had a car. He offered to drive me home. Of course the repair was perfect; he has been doing this since he was 14!! He knows all the places to get parts, the insurance companies know he is honest so no need for an adjuster.

My grandmother had surgery and wasnt able to go pick up her car after the body work was done. Instead of us having to wrangle other family members into helping me get her car home I explained the situation and they drove the car to her house at no extra charge.You dont get service like that anymore. Would recommend to anyone.
