I ve been going to Roland Tire as long as I ve been driving. They have always done me right. Have always got what I asked for, at a reasonable price, quickly and proficiently. Very friendly and helpful. Been to both locations and love them both. Recommend them to anyone needing tires, oil change, or service on their vehicle. Love Mark, he s always been good to us!

I needed four new tires and an oil change. The service reps listened and recommended several options. The price quote was less than I expected for the tires. The oil change was cheaper than the five minute place I had been taking it.Good service with fair pricing. Every person in there was a repeat customer. That s always a good sign!

Dominic was very helpful and upfront. I went there to get my back disk change. They called me 30 minutes later telling me that there s still plenty left enough for another year and that I don t need to replace them. And then they clean them for me for a very good price highly highly highly recommend this place!!!

The entire staff was wonderful. They fit me in immediately for a leaking tire. They even let my dogs ride up on the lift! JJ was exceptionally nice. I highly recommend.

Great service! Always makes me feel welcome and are so friendly! Their work is beyond exceptional and me and my husband use them for all our vehicles and have for years! Nothing but positive things to say about these guys!

Had a low pressure alarm, pulled into Roland. They immediately moved me into queue as next car. Found a nail. Patched the tire... on our way. Good price too.

I ve trusted my vehicles to Roland Tire for 20 years. I ve never had a bad experience. The prices are fair, and the staff makes sure you feel safe with the money you do spend.They explain every step of the repair process to me every time, and the peace of mind from that good practice is worth its weight in gold.I love the place so much I wrote about them in my new book. I am going there today, in fact, to get my brakes replaced.

Great quick service, with a overall check of your vehicle. They do not push or try to upsale services. Get there early they get busy and they do offer a military discount.

Roland s Tire had been absolutely wonderful, great customer service on the phone and in person. The service guys in the back do amazing work in a timely manner. Very happy with the price as well .My experience has been def a 5 if I could give 10 I would .

Joe, an employee there was very polite and helpful. I called them on Tuesday the day after Christmas and they were open. All the other Tire shops were closed in Jasper. I had a flat tire with a tack in it. I decided I wanted 4 new tires. They were able to order the ones I wanted and get in a few days. I drove my husband's truck in the mean time. It was the Holidays and the end of the year. They called me on the 2nd and I set up a early morning time to get them installed. The install time was within the hour Joe said it would be. They have a comfortable lobby to wait inside in with a clean restroom for ladies and men. They have coffee and other beverages for their patrons to enjoy while you wait. They have a T.V. and up to date reading material for your enjoyment also. My overall experience was great. Plus there wasn't any extra hidden fees . Joe discussed the pricing with me over the phone and he gave me Out the door price and that's what it was. Awesome! I would recommend them to others.

Professional and excellent customer service and an unbelievable price point. I was traveling through Jasper coming home from a camping trip. One of my tires blew on the trailer. They were able to replace all my tires and get me back on the road within a couple of hours. I will be going back for my other tire needs in the future. Thanks, Roland Tire for your excellent customer service and the integrity of your pricing and service. Top notch.

Lonnie was our main contact and he did a great job of communicating with us and handling the whole process. The store is always busy but the whole team takes time to speak to you and makes sure you are recognized. Fair prices and great service - they did exactly what they said they would do and within the timeframe they quoted - great team - highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. Funny thing to say about a tire shop.Joe was extremely helpful. Explained things in a knowledgeable and detailed format.Escorted me to the waiting room with an ocean view via 515.The bill was cheaper than expected.The other customers around me were very pleasant.The show on TV, PowerNation, much better than the typical boring home makeover shows you find in most waiting areas.Hell, I might even run into some pot holes just to get back there for a tire alignment.

Took my car into Roland tire today and honestly they exceeded my expectations by far! They are a local shop in Jasper and the staff there is so kind and knowledgeable about cars. They want to make sure you are taken care of and do NOT treat you like other car places, who just want to take your money. I am extremely grateful and will be a client for life. Wanted to give them a review because it s RARE that you find a great car place nowadays. Lonnie was amazing and if you re looking for a great car place. I m not steering you wrong go to them!!

Competent work and positive customer service! Charges are fair and a good value. Our experience is they finish the work when they say they will. Roland is busy, so when you call, you may have to hold a few minutes to make an appt. It s worth it!

I am very impressed with Roland tire!!! I went in for a oil change and also got the tires rotated...they were so professional, friendly and fast...the waiting room was nicely decorated and all the areas I was in were super clean..I will be using them for all my automotive needs!!!

Everyone I dealt with was nice. From me calling Monday and asking about a tires and saying I would come in Wednesday and they would hold them for me,to me driving there and getting the tires installed. Everyone was nice, they let me know there were cars ahead of me and I figured a 4 hour wait and it was maybe 2. I will definitely go back.

I have had an issue with my F250 Super Duty deisel. No one could address or find out the issue. I stopped by Friday and within 2 hours the folks at Roland figured it out and fixed it. My truck is running and handling like brand newThese guys are real mechanic's. Thank you gentlemen.

Being a new resident in Jasper means getting to know locations that will ease anybody's settlement when moving in. Roland Tire has proved a reliable place to go not only for oil change, but for all mechanical inconveniences we could have with our cars. Great attention and communication.

The oil cap was left off me engine after you performed some brake work and an oil change. You ultimately fixed the issue, but I had many messes to clean up. Now after you cleaned my engine oil up, I have degreaser odor permeated in my car and I still had to clean the outside.

They've been awesome picking up my car at work for oil change and bringing it back. Today they were able to get it in right away because I was having possible oil leak. Which was confirmed and scheduled for repair.

I would recommend Roland tires the service was a little slow but they were busy and they kept me in the loop. And done a fine job at a reasonable price.
