This place is great! I went to a couple places who couldn t get my tires to seat on my new wheels. I called Roland and Matt assured me they would do whatever it takes to make it happen. I dropped my truck off and less than a couple hours later Matt called me up and said You re all set we got them on . I was so happy and they said it wasn t a big deal at all. The whole staff is knowledgeable and professional and have absolutely made a customer for life and I will forever recommend these guys for anything you need done. In a world where great customer service seems to be dwindling, I can assure it is alive and thriving with Roland! Thanks for everything guys keep up the great work

Needed an overdue oil change & lube, with tire rotation. Stopped in with no forewarning, and was quickly added to the schedule. Good interactions at the service desk, positive attitudes, and I was in & out in less than 90 minutes (with another vehicle in front of me). Definitely return business from me in the future!

They did a great job! Booked an appointment last minute (during the holidays to boot) and got my tires replaced/balanced in like three hours. Everyone was super nice and friendly as well as incredibly helpful and honest about the cost/labor. Not from the area but recommend them to anyone for any tire issue. Thanks again!

I own a 05 Chevy trailblazer and I originally wanted to replace a serpentine belt, however, they took it in and looked at it and told me it needed a pulley and a serpentine belt which didn t cost me but $207. I m glad they took the time to call me and the appointment was same day. I recommend going here.

Called Courtney to see if she could get me in for an oil change and rotate the tires. I arrived in and she took my keys and I was in and out in 30 minutes! So I had a great experience! Thanks to the team for the great service

Entire team was very professional, helpful and courteous. Recommended a better tire for my driving conditions and did an outstanding install. Completed the required mileage checks/actions for my vehicle that were recommended by the manufacturer. I will continue to have Roland Tire do my work and I highly recommend them. Awesome team!

Moved to Jasper recently and Roland Tires was recommended by family and friends for honest, quality car repair. Needed to get new tires, and service done on my Camry and Courtney, Chuck and Matt have made this whole experience a pleasure to do business with them. They go the extra mile to solve problems and their customer service and willingness to help makes you feel more like family than just another customer. It s hard to find a place that you can trust to work on your car and not take advantage of you. Roland Tire is trustworthy and goes above and beyond what is needed to insure your car is maintained and safe to drive and I will continue to use them for all my car needs!!

This place is a lifesaver. I found a nail in my tire and had so much to do that day, including take a little one to school. Roland Tire was quick to take my appointment and got me out the door very quickly. I felt a lot safer knowing I was in good hands. Thank you!! Highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough about Roland Tires . Chuck is the only one I trust with my car no matter what time of the day it is when I bring it in they always fit me into their time and schedule Staff is always helpful and friendly. Would not take my car to anyone else been going here for over 5 years.

It was the first time I had been there. I asked to have synthetic oil put in my car, because that is all I ever had in the past. I assume they did, but the oil sticker on my windshield is for 5000 miles, not 10,000 miles as required by the manufacturer. That I won't pay any attention to for having the oil changed again. Otherwise I waited about 1 1/2 hours before it was completed. I think that was due to me arriving during lunch. I plan to return and have a diagnosis performed if possible. If it weren't for the improper mileage on my sticker and the long wait, they probably would have gotten a 5 star rating.

They were great. Very friendly, got 4 new tires for my car great price. Something I could afford. And even helped with some questions I had about my car. Some parts that need to be fixed. Gave me prices for those parts. Going be cheaper going through them instead of a dealership.

Last Tuesday my wife and I were returning from church when the check engine light began flashing. Because I have absolutely no idea what goes on under the hood of these late model vehicles I stopped in to Roland Tire who have serviced my vehicles for years. They quickly diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be as simple as needing the coolant to be topped off . Arttie added the coolant and Matt wished us a blessed day! Because of my lack of knowledge about cars it would have been an easy thing to take advantage of this older man -but they did not. What a WONDERFUL company!! Thank you Roland!John Neel

Rolling Tire helped me so much when my daughter was on the side of the road with a blowout. We had less than an hour to get to the shop for a tire before they closed but we couldn't get the tire off the car. I called Roland and they sent a road service vehicle to help me not only did he change the tire for me but they charge very little for the service. Had my daughter back on the road bywithin the hour.
