R and R was outstanding. They were able to work my repair work in two weeks faster than any other body shop. The knew exactly what to do including working with the insurance company so I did not have to do a thing. They got the parts, completed the repairs and made it look brand new all within one week! They were also friendly and kept me informed throughout the process.I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with R&R from start to finish. Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Lisa which is who I mainly dealt with. They were quick to get my estimate and started on my vehicle just a few days later. They kept me updated while waiting on back order parts, etc. When they were done I was completely satisfied with all the work. We had an amazing experience with R & R! They fixed our college age daughter s scrape on her car like it never happened. They worked us in while we were out of town for the holidays, over UGA s break, so she was not without a car at all!! Fast amazing work, we paid out of pocket to avoid increase in insurance & we re giving a fair price which was lower than the other local repair shop! A+ service, price & time for repair! Can t say enough good things!!

I took my car in a couple of weeks ago after being in an accident. I was rear ended, so the bumper was totally dented inward and there was some structural damage to the trunk. Stephen was very helpful and attentive with my needs. He even sent a separate estimate to Liberty Mutual (the insured's insurance who was responsible for the accident) to make sure my repair was covered 100%. He also made sure I could leave my Enterprise rental in their lot and he would handle making sure it was returned. I picked up my car yesterday and was extremely satisfied with the repair and paint job. It is like having a new car again. Highly recommend this shop for any body work!

I was in a fender bender a few weeks ago, Stephen was amazing and took my car in the very next day. Everyone worked endlessly to fix my beautiful Camry and I m forever grateful for you all. She came back prettier than when I bought herThank you all from the bottom of my heart for being so amazing

Had my Kia towed here for an estimate, it ended up being totaled so I sold it to an auto auction. There was a mixup at the auction company and I ended up having to leave my kia at R&R for over a week while I made new pickup arrangements.At the end R&R only charged me for one day storage, and they could have charged me hundreds of dollars for several days storage because I left my Kia there so long. They understood the situation was out of my hands and I was working on it, so they didn t want to take advantage.Everyone at R&R was super helpful, helped me get salvage pricing for my vehicle, and couldn t have been nicer. Honestly these people are probably the nicest, most honest and professional group of folks at a business i ve ever dealt with. And it s not just one person, it s everyone there. I will never go to another body shop.

R & R did a fantastic repair job on my VW GTI that was rear ended. They even took care of some dings that were not accident related; and was completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to R&R after my car got hit in a parking lot. I was very pleased with Stephen and the whole process from beginning to end. He worked quickly with the insurance company, updated me on the process and I got my car back quickly. The car came back looking great and touched up in spots that unexpectedly delighted me! If you are needing body or paint work, I recommend R&R Body Shop in Jasper GA. After shopping around at other places, R&R was able to get our vehicle in within a couple of days, perform the work within a few days time and for less than half of what their competitors quoted. The general manager and his staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The finished job looked excellent as well. The general manager had given me an estimate on some of the moldings that fit around the door windows before he started the job. When I went to pick up the vehicle after the job was completed, he charged me less for the moldings than he had originally estimated. I believe you will not find a more staff to work with anywhere. I will definitely be returning for any future body shop or painting needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is one outstanding business. My son first went to them to have body work done after an accident, and not only did they do a good job, they were also kind, patient, and helpful. Today my son wanted stripes on his camera, and not only did Steve do a great job and doing them, he went so far as to take the time to allow my son to work along side him and taught him step by step how to do the stripes himself. Thank you R&R for doing such great business, and thank you Steve for taking the time to reach my son how to do something new.

Recently had a repair done on the rear of my truck bed, everything looked great that I could see, and I was told not to wash the truck for a few weeks with new paint.Today I washed the truck and was putting gas in and I noticed what appeared to be bad orange peel, trash or even lifting paint around fender next to the repair.I called Steven and he said come by and we'll take care of it, and I did.He said that was rust that was already there and they "fixed" it as a favor,I have a few problems with that.One, I would have noticed rust there, hell, I noticed it after they painted over itTwo, if they "fixed" it it would be fixedThree, I was told they painted the entire side of the truck bed, today I was told a different storyFour, If there was damage around the area they repaired and they believed it wasn't in the scope of the repair they should have let me know, not paint over the damage and hope for the bestStarted out as a good relationship, but I'm not happy about this at ! all !

We have used this body shop 2 times and Steven is the absolute best! He's very precise and communicates well. The entire staff are very professional and very friendly. They were very kind to us throughout our entire experience. To be honest we told Steven the car looked better than before our accident after her fixed it. It looks brand new!! Very pleased and would use again in future and highly recommend it to our friends and family!

I drove into R&R Body Shop today to have my tire pressure checked! The Indicator Light was on and that always worries me! Much to my surprise, the tire was low because of a trim nail!Dave, a technician there, was able to repair the tire in record time and Stephen, the manager showed me this trim nail! I m going home to sweep my garage!I was treated with courtesy and kindness. Imagine my surprise when there was no charge! Although this was a routine problem for R&R Body Shop, it meant the world to me to have it repaired and the kindness of no charge made this a very positive and memorable experience! They were very helpful from the 1st phone call to the end. Steve explained the whole process to me on how it would work with insurance. Just picked up my car today and they did a great job. Hopefully I will not have to use a body shop for a long time, but if I do, I will use them again.

They recently took care of my wife's new Nissan kicks. did a great job. very friendly, helpful and nice. Helped us get a ride back and forth due to our current driving condition. they are also helping with my wife 1995 Cadillac hearse. very happy all in all, with them and their service!

There are few things in this world I truly can't take. A shady and crooked business is one.I have lived in the Jasper area since 1996. I did a fair amount of business with Vernie Jones Ford as a Ford Z-plan recipient (employee).Vernie retired and sold to a conglomerate, Shottenkirk. When we bought our truck in 2018, Shottenkirk did better than my Z-plan pricing. Like Vernie Jones, they showed me the dealer pricing sheet (not the Monroney label) with employee pricing. They beat Ford's price.Hence, we have had the Ford and Lincoln serviced there. We have had good interactions and what we considered fair pricing.Until...Karen Conner Widlowski and I went to open the sunroof of the truck and heard something crack and break. The roof wouldn't open, but thankfully it would close.I took the truck in for a regular oil change and inspection. I asked the service advisor at Shottenkirk to let me know what was wrong with the sunroof mechanism.$160 later he told me the slides and guides needed replacing to the tune of $800+!!To say I was upset over the diagnostic and repair fee was an understatement. They did cut the diagnostic fee in half. I felt like something wasn't right and I was being taken advantage of. (I arrange all the car maintenance in our household.)I bought the needed parts, per Shottenkirk's customer repair order. That cost me $250! Then, I set off to find someone that could fix the roof.I had heard great things about Precision Automotive. Luckily, September Davidson Hoeler had to take her car in and asked James Hudgins about it. He says sunroofs are quite involved and require the headliner to be dropped amongst other things. He was quite honest, which I appreciate.James suggested I seek out a body shop. Hence, I contacted Stephanie Ray, the owner of R&R Body Shop. We arranged for her shop foreman, Steven, to look at it.Dingo and I dropped the truck off less than an hour ago. It is already fixed with no charge to us!Say what? A piece of debris had gotten caught in the track.***NOTHING is wrong with the sunroof!***Shottenkirk didn't blink twice at trying to charge us $1000 for an unnecessary repair.Not only will they never get our business again, I will make sure to share my experience with others.R&R lunch is on the Kellys. We appreciate your honesty and kindness!Moral of the story: trust your gut and seek out trustworthy advice.

They're fast, however never in my life have I felt so disrespected. The office staff basically ignored me when I came to get my car. The owner did talk to me though. This was the first time I felt like I was beneath a company I was doing business with.
