We had a great experience at Open Roads RV. Carl in finance not only worked with us for a great deal on a new 2022 Winnebago Voyage RV but he also gave us the best deal around for our RV trade in by far. Our sales rep was Arthur Raymond. We had a great visit with him which made our shopping enjoyable and fun. He was a big help. Thanks to Terry too. He was a great help not only with our purchase but also later when we picked up our trailer. Trevor in service was outstanding and worked hard getting our unit ready for pick up. So all together we had a very good experience and would recommend stopping in to see what they can do for you. Thanks to everyone!

I would like to start off by appreciating my salesperson Dylan Murphy, who was amazingly with me from the very first phone call to the closing of the deal on our 2023 Thor Aria 4000. I would like to have been be able to say everything went as I expected, but that only happens on television, but I can say is that Terry the finance manager was able to make sure my wife and I were pleased with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Jasper s Open Road Complete RV to family/friends.

My wife and I were on our way to Old Federal from Calhoun this morning when my hitch had a malfunction. We were just passed Open Roads in Jasper when I pulled over. I called the service department at Open Roads, and spoke to Cody. He was truly amazing. Once I ensured that it was safe to pull my camper, we turned around and went to their service department. Cody met us outside and helped me figure out a solution. His service techs (Cody and Aaron) came out and replaced my hitch and I was on my way within an hour. I can't thank ya'll enough for the promt and amazing service. I wish all camper dealerships had more people like Cody. Once again, thank you!

Their service is top notch. I have had your typical issues with my new RV. Without hesitation, they fixed everything with constant updates and clear expectations. Tyson is patient, kind, and reliable. I worked with him specifically

Staff was very patient and nice with me. Nicole was my salesperson and she had just started working there. She was very knowledgeable and answered any question that I had. This is my very first time buying an RV and was so excited to start my journey with it. I purchased the travel trailer Winnebago 2022 Micro Mini since I m towing on my Jeep and have already been on 3 trips. I m loving it! Thank you again!

"We bought a 2024 Riverstone 442MC from Open Roads in Jasper, Georgia, and traded in a 2022 GD Momentum 395MS toy hauler. I think the service we received was actually pretty good; Caleb did his best to accommodate us and make the sale . I'm a firm believer in customer service, smiling employees, greetings when I walk in even if your not dealing with me and all the rest of the customer is gold stuff.. and so far, I'd be lying if I said that wasn't provided. We took the fifth wheel out for a shakedown trip at the beginning of March, and the tankless water heater failed, leaking profusely, by no fault of Open Roads. BUT I was expecting a nightmare as usual from RV dealerships; take the big money and leave the paying customer hanging. We called Open Roads the next morning after we went the night without water and cut the shakedown trip short. We called Open Roads on a Saturday morning, and the call was fielded by CODY. From start to finish, he apologized for what we were going through and told us to bring it by the dealership so they could take a look at it. Another concern was we had a trip planned for the end of March; would we make it? Could they get it fixed in time? Would warranty cover it? We drove to the dealership and spoke face-to-face with him, and again he comforted and reassured us that they would take a look to see what was going on.I know we all expect the dealerships to deal with our pain, but if it's a factory part or issue, I understand we are at the mercy of the RV manufacturers, and this is where the dealership's customer service again has to come in and quell those worries, especially with a lot of negativity in the RV business right now. I must admit, Open Roads did exactly that; they ran with the problem and REPLACED the faulty tank heater completely, making me feel like the big money I spent was well spent. We bought the original GD Momentum from a larger dealership and drove to Tennessee to go get it. Open Roads has at this point made me realize maybe I didn't need to drive that far for service, etc., and the bigger dealership didn't give us the customer service Open Roads did.Again, we had a one-week turnaround on the part order and replacement into the rig, with constant COMMUNICATION, which I think we all agree is unheard of. And were leaving on our end of month trip like planned, fingers crossed , I mean, my wife and I were both getting called with updates. Say what????? True story. Thanks again to Cody, for actually listening to us being patient and the customer service he provided us. Made us feel he actually cared.I'm a big reviewer on Google, and HONESTLY, I don't believe anyone deserves five stars; there's always room for improvement. So I'll pretend there are six stars for rating, and I'm giving them 5. I'm also gonna keep posting my journey with Open Roads; as far as service, etc., goes, I think everyone has a right to know what they are getting themselves into.Again, this was our experience with Open Roads, and I'll definitely keep you informed." Maybe this dealership in Jasper is the hidden gem...we shall see.P.S. thanks Cody, and to the rest of the techs that made this happen.

Great customer service! Open Roads Complete RV is Jasper is not your typical sales team. They truly want to make sure that your RV buying experience is a pleasant one. Great job Joseph, Caleb, Terry & Derrett! I would definitely recommend buying your next RV from them!

Very Disappointed with my purchase of a 2021 Greywolf 23MKBL purchased in November of 2023 after a couple of weeks I started having issues with the slide out. I called the sales person and explained that I knew i bought it as is but it needs to be fixed and would they at least give me a break on the labor. Ben quickly brushed me off and said I needed to go through the service dept. and he transferred me. I spoke to the service dept. and explained the same thing and he said that will be up to the sales dept. I will talk to them and get back with you . I never heard another word from them until I started posting on FB. The sales manager called me after I had already taken the camper for service at the first of January 2024 at a local dealership and had already begun working on it. Just beware if you buy anything from them and make sure you check everything close before you leave because they will not call you back. $4000 it cost me for the slide repair and water damage in the slide. And wouldn't you know it they blocked me on Facebook !

My self and wife looking for a RV stopped here and talked with Caleb Cannady / sales manager, Caleb told Us about an RV traded in at their Acworth location Forest River. We traveled to Acworth to look at this RV. We liked but it had some problems with wallpaper. We discussed with Caleb about getting repairs done and we would purchase trailer. ON Jan 13 Caleb sent me a email stating trailer repairs where complete. I replied within min that I could come up Monday to close the purchase. Its about 2 hours' drive for Us and I emailed him and Phill asking was Caleb working because we were heading to store. Phill texted me and said they had sold the RV the same day Caleb told me it was ready, Can't express enough my disappointment in Caleb and Phill for selling this out from under me. Not one call or word from Caleb about or anyone to say Mr Bryan are coming to purchase or what, Not a word. Truely a used car attuited, Caleb and Phill are not trustworthy more important just out layers. Be aware of their dishonesty and the dealership as well, have questions feel free to ask me.

Excellent sales staff and really awesome inventory. They found us what we were looking for and showed us around to see things that's we wouldn't have normally included in our wish list. They are priced well and they try to help you stay in your budget if they can!

Thank you so much to the Open Roads Jasper team for helping my fiance and I find our new home !! Ben H. has been an incredible help. We came in here knowing nothing with the hope to move into a 5th wheel and he not only taught us everything we needed to know, but he treated us as his own family . 10/10 recommend . Thank you again for all of y all s help.

Overall good choices, prices and people but I had issues that caused the lower score. One, is I ended up talking to multiple people concerning my purchase. Two, the price of the solar changed to a higher price after I got my quote and paid so Ihad to leave the solar off. Three, I had to wait a long time for my paperwork. Four, I had to resign all the paperwork when I went back for my training because the VIN # had been left off. The final thing that was major is the battery was dead when it was delivered. There was only enough power to get the back stabilizers down.I am just wondering when someone will get back to me as the response stated. It has been 2 weeks.

Bought what was supposed to be a new 2022 KZ Durango half ton towable fifth wheel trailer. The trailer has water damage on the roof. Has other issues as well. The $1,498.00 dollars I paid was basically for nothing. They call it a PDI charge, which is supposed to include a pre-delivery inspection. Obviously their inspector forgot to look at the roof, or anything else. Basically just another expense added to the price as you get nothing for your money. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to buy an RV or camping trailer go elsewhere , or have your own inspector with you when you go there.

We dealt with Open Roads Complete RV in April 2023.Completely ripped off by this whole place. Everyone was so friendly until they tried to pull a bait and switch on us. We were completely honest about the condition of our trade-in before picking up our RV, had several phone calls, etc. When it came time to look at our trade-in, Terry had no regard for our personal belongings and was very disrespectful when taking about our camper. Everyone is great until you re in their private office. The mask came off and he tried to make it look like we had done something wrong to them. When we pointed out that sales associates assured us our trade-in was good to go, their response was that they can t do anything about that. I understand that they can t be responsible for what he did exactly, but there should ve been some sort of procedure to correct what happened. We never even got an apology from anyone. I would never recommend this place for your RV needs. To say we were disappointed is a huge understatement. We were manipulated and deceived.

A Nightmare Experience at Open Roads in Jasper, GA - Buyer Beware!I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Open Roads, and I feel compelled to share my dismal encounter with this establishment. My time spent at this dealership was nothing short of a customer service disaster. Here are just a few of the numerous grievances I had.Hidden Fees: When I inquired about the final sales price, I was astounded to discover hidden fees that were conveniently omitted from their initial quote.Worthless Orientation Services: Open Roads offers an orientation service (at a high cost) for your newly purchased RV, but don't be fooled it's nothing more than a money-grabbing scheme. The information provided during this orientation can be found readily available on YouTube or other online resources, rendering it a complete waste of time and money.False Claims by Finance Department: The finance department at Open Roads made numerous false claims about payment options and terms. I was told I could make credit card payments with the bank to pay off the RV. This was not true. I was also discouraged from making a larger downpayment via credit card. They provided misinformation that was unhelpful and contributed to my overall distrust of this dealership.Unprepared RV and Missed Deadline: I purchased an RV from this dealership, expecting it to be ready for pickup on the agreed-upon date. To my dismay, the sales team forgot to log in my pick-up date, and therefore, when I drove the 3 hours (one way) to pick the RV up, they were confused to see me. This blatant lack of professionalism left me questioning the competency of their staff and their commitment to customer satisfaction.Damaged Delivery: Because the RV was not ready at the agreed-upon date and time, a delivery date was scheduled. Upon taking possession of my RV, I was appalled to discover damage that had occurred during delivery and clearly some damage that was evident before transportation. It was clear that no care had been taken to inspect the RV prior to transportation. The lack of oversight and responsibility shown by Open Roads is simply inexcusable.Winterized Configuration Negligence: Adding to my growing list of grievances, Open Roads left parts of the RV in a winterized configuration despite the fact that we were well into the warmer months. This oversight demonstrated a shocking level of negligence on their part, further eroding my trust in their competence.Sluggish RV Warranty Claims: When attempting to address the damage and other issues with my RV through the warranty claims process, I was met with excruciatingly slow response times and a general lack of urgency from Open Roads. Their inability to expedite warranty claims and rectify the situation in a timely manner is unacceptable. In conclusion, my experience with Open Roads transcends mere disappointment; it borders on outright negligence and deceit. Their failure to deliver a well-maintained RV, careless handling of winterization, and snail-paced RV warranty claims department are clear indicators of an establishment that values profit over customer satisfaction.I strongly caution anyone against doing business with Open Roads. Your hard-earned money and cherished vacation dreams deserve better than the litany of mismanagement that defines this dealership. It's imperative that prospective buyers seek alternatives that prioritize customer care.

Very Pleased with the service we received at the Jasper location. I looked at about 9 Campers at multiple other vendors and decided to purchase from Ashley Edwards at Jasper store as she was informative, not at all pushy ,and worked through the items I wanted addressed. Looking forward to enjoying our unit

Very considerate salesperson helped me through the process of buying my first camper. I was in a rush because I had sold my home last February and was tired of staying in hotels and friends houses. She was knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I was looking for at the best possible price. The process was a quick and painless as far as in comparison to making other large purchases in my 52 years of life. I would highly recommend these folks if you are in the market for a camper or recreation vehicle!!! Good people to go to if in the market for these types of things!!!

Very positive experience overall! Ordering out-of-state was a little nervewracking, but Kathryn was super-helpful getting us everything we needed, and answering any questions we had. After some last-minute issues with the initial unit, Dylan and the team turned it around pretty quick to get us a working replacement and out on the road. Super-happy with this rig!Would definitely recommend Kathryn and Open Roads!

Friendly staff. Salesmen were not pushy and let us wander around and decide which camper we liked BY OURSELVES. Would definitely buy a camper here based on that alone. The lady at the parts counter bent over backwards to help me find a part for our current camper.

So we purchased an RV in March and after taking it out on a maiden trip, some things needed to be repaired under warranty. We have our RV at the Acworth location and it has been there for 19 days. Come to find out, the RV was never registered with Heartland and our sales associate has since left the dealership! So, we will have to pick up our RV without it being repaired under warranty and interrupt our upcoming vacation to bring it back once things have been corrected with the warranty company, IF that ever happens! This whole process from the purchase up to this point has been a nightmare.

My wife and I went into Open Roads and Kathryn started showing us around. It s rare to experience the dedicated attention Kat gave us. She went above and beyond to make the experience the best. She found a perfect vintage camper for us, delivered it to the lot, and set it up complete with fire pit to help us envision our purchase. Would not hesitate to recommend Kat to anyone looking to buy a RV.

The part I was dissatisfied with was I was told the interest was 7.9. But after looking over the contract later I see it was 8.9. Also I wasn't told about the 4300 extended warranty cost until I was signing. But I'm ok with that because extended warrantys are good. As far as all the people I dealt with, everyone was great. And the guys who set my truck up for towing and did the orientation were awesome. And I don't remember everyone's name in the sales depth but a bunch of friendly folks
