Steve in the maintenance department is awesome! He went out of his way to help me get my mower fixed ASAP , even got a part from a different dealership. I highly recommend Nelson Tractor for all your commercials and residential mowing equipment and maintenance. A plus service!!!

Recently visited every equipment dealer in the Jasper area, and some chain stores too. Finally bought a zero turn mower from Nelson Tractor in Jasper. The salesman (John), the finance manager (Kaitlin), and the guys at the parts counter were all very helpful and treated us like friends. The deal I got was fair. The dealership is nice. The overall experience was A+ !!

Love my MX5800. I bought it from Nelson and paid it off last year. Their service department is great. They did a KTAC claim for me, and answer all of my dumb questions. This is my first tractor.

We got a Product recall on my Sidekick and told not to drive the vehicle. I spoke with Nelson Tractor and was told someone would get back to me about this program. Never heard back. After a month, I called back again and was dumped into the Service managers voice mail box. Never heard back. Called the Corporate office and learned that I could drop it off and get it fixed. Spoke with Richard, got it resolved, Thanks

Great service! Prompt, friendly, reasonably priced. In a very busy springtime, they picked up my tractor for service and had it back in 2 days! Ahead of schedule! Good work, too. Definitely recommend them.

Unbelieveable buying experence! On my purchase! I showed up on a Saturday knowing there was only 2 hrs before closing. Staff was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Left there with a new mower and no regrets.

Drove right past Masons tractor on cumming ga. Good service and selection. Troy? (I think thats his name) is kind of a jerk. Not friendly at all. I would use another salesman.

I needed service and they worked to fit me in and I got it back clean and well taken care of. I always recommend Kaboda as a brand and Nelson as the dealer!!!

The wheel on my trailor broke of the axel. This is not your average issue obviously. However, in the middle of the very unfortunate and stressful event, Gary of Nelsson Truck and Trailor was the most helpful person we talked to all day. We talked to 5 or 6 people before him and no one was very helpful on what to do. Gary was unable to help us with this given situation but he helped me find the best decision for me. I can not recommend this company enough. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and caring of the person during stressful car based situations.
