I ordered a soft top and after a week of no progress, I called and they realized it was on back order and offered to ship another one for the same price the same day. The soft top was on my porch today! I m not sure of the lady s name I spoke with but she is definitely on it! Thank u for the wonderful customer service! Will definitely order again!

I would highly recommend having any kind of work done at the JeepHut to anyone. I have had my jeeps exterior and interior Raptor lined which they did a great job on. I also had them order my Adams driveshaft and installed it for me. I've broken a few extra parts on the trail and they had everything in stock that needed to fix my jeep and get it back on the road. They are fixing to install all new one ton steering on my jeep as well. They are about 1 hr and 45mins away but ill make the drive anytime to have my jeep worked on by them. Give Bobby a call at the JeepHut and he will get you fixed up. I hope your experience with them is great as mine.

I don't believe a lot of what I read, but a friend of mine recommended Jeep Hut, so I decided to use them to install a new top and lift kit on my Jeep Wrangler. I live in Midtown, so going all the way to Jasper was a bit of a drive. Bobby and the team at Jeep Hut did a really great job! The work was done at a fair price and the job was completed in under the time the quoted me (which was great because I had to wait since I was so far from home). They did such a great job on the top and lift kit, that I used them again about a month later when I wanted to add a two hitch and bull bar to the Jeep. Second visit, again, was completed faster than they quoted me and they did a great job!

After trying to decide for years on a set up for the wrangler JK I found jeep hut and I was eyeing the site for weeks saving all different set of wheels and tires. I called and spoke to a awesome salesman Bobby he answered any question I had for a beginner I got an amazing price for everything I got and shipping was super fast I got a damaged taillight called up Bobby and he had a replacement sent out that day and arrived the next business day. I would recommend anyone to them you will not be disappointed.

Super Nice, and super attentive, my husband and I left with a heavy bag of jeep accessory gifts for ourselves and the Jeep family. Yes, I made him take a picture. We were evacuating from Florida my way of saying Hurricane / Vacation Hurricanetioning . We didn't have to go that far north to evacuate, but, it was nice stopping by the Jeep Hut to buy nice items for ourselves. Great team!

TLDR: Super helpful staff, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Bobby Cox for superior customer service before/after the sale. Give them a call, they ll sort you out at the right price and in a timely fashion.The details: Due to the type of work I wanted, this was out of my league and the FIRST time I ve taken my Jeep to a shop. I wanted to regear my JK and swap the front for a Spicer Dana 44 ultimate axle. While in the air, I figured swap the rear axle shafts and add Synergy adjustable control arms and all work was done within 3 days. I would have been concerned if done faster due to the attention needed to get it done right. After 500 miles of break-in, my Jeep drives like a dream. I double/triple checked that all was torqued to spec, steering stabilizer was properly reinstalled with adequate movement left/right and all 100% done correctly. Also, that axle is Badass! Thanks to Spicer for an amazing product as well.Everyone wants to hear something negative so I ll give you this the new front axle belched diff oil during break-in but I m ok with that as it allowed the oil to break down appropriately while the gears wore in. That I can handle, rather than put the gears through a drought in that period. So be it, I ll bust out the pressure washer and clean the puddle up! Cheers and thanks for your dedication!

We wanted our jeep updated and cost effective. I worked with Bobby, of whom was super responsive, patient with me, provided great suggestions to achieve the look I wanted for my jeep, and provided a discount. He knew I wanted it detailed at the end of which they don't do, but he went above and beyond to make that happen! He is super and they were really awesome! I also couldn't get up there a few times to pick it up, and he offered to meet with me after hours. They are so accommodating!

I can not reccomend this business enough. A great group of people and even better work. Thank you Chase and the JeepHut staff for making my Jeep dreams come true. Very professional, friendly, and competative pricing. Wouldn't take the Jeep anywhere else but here. They know their stuff and want nothing but to build your Jeep the way you have always wanted. I got into a fender bender with a pole and Jeep Hut really has been such a big help in sourcing parts. I ve had a series of unbelievable circumstances and issues getting a matching set of fenders and even while things were going array, Bobby at Jeep Hut was there to make sure everything was handled properly and getting me the parts I needed (even when they were discontinued). I can t express how much stress they saved me. Only good things to say from my end, I ll be using them again! (Another huge thank you to Bobby specifically!)

Just had a question about my hardtop and Andrew was so helpful. Thanks a bunch! I would highly recommend this shop after the great experience over the phone. Update: Andrew called us back after finding he had in stock a Besttop easy folding Sun rider hard top. I love it!!! I took it down the expressway today at 70 no issues. We will definitely be back for other things like service on my vehicle etc. Such a nice group of people. Thanks so much!!! Btw, we're from Acworth and wouldn't even mind the drive to take it here.

Fantastic option for looking for those unique, hard to find options for your Jeep! Great team there to support you so go in and talk to them. Whatever they don't have, they can order for you and install it! I was also pleased to find out that they do a lot of maintenance work so whatever your needs, give them a shout and go on in and they will definitely help you!

The guys at JeepHut have done repairs & axle work on both my Jeeps. Excellent work, excellent turn around time and great people that are exceptionally knowledgeable. Also great place for parts and off-roading gear.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND The Jeep Hut to anyone!! Dealing with them is the worst experience I ve ever had!! 1st they recommended that I purchase a different motor than what I initially went to them to buy and it has been nothing but trouble since.Not long after the new motor, I had to take it back to them 2 different times to work on because it wasn t running right!Then while still under warranty It blew up! Apparently they didn t install a sensor so it was getting too much fuel which caused it to blow up. The motor had to be removed and shipped back to where they purchased it from, replaced with another new motor and put back in ALL AT MY EXPENSE!!Finally after they have had my Jeep for over 2 MONTHS (when I was told it would only take 2 Weeks) and I Paid $1700 to replace a motor COVERED BY WARRANTY..... we pick up my Jeep and drive it home. Not only is it running hot the whole way home, I get home and lift the hood to discover the cold air filter is not even connected! The rubber is broke and was just laying on top of the motor!! They install a new motor and just lay the rubber back on top... who does that!!!They charged me for everything else but didn t bother to replace a $10 rubber and charge for that.... instead any dust or dirt could have gotten into the New motor that I ve now spent over $10,000 on while driving home!! (picture attached)Save yourself the problems and all the added expense by not letting them touch your vehicle.I wish I would have heeded the reviews and went elsewhere!!

Big shoutout to Bobby and the rest of the JeepHut family for the upgrades to my 2018 Jeep JLU Rubicon. Adding the Rusty s 2 lift and 35 tires on Black Rhino wheels is a vast improvement over the stock suspension. In addition to the suspension work that was performed, JeepHut installed the Synergy front track bar and sector shaft bracket which has also tightened the steering. JeepHut also provided an inspection of the installation at 500 miles to ensure everything was properly installed. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project and the work performed by JeepHut.

this place is a absolute joke, you can t ever get anyone on the phone, i ordered ds18 tower horns that said in stock over 2 weeks ago and can t get anybody on the phone, then instead of refund, they try to offer me something else. absolutely ridiculous

Jeephut is a great place for all your Jeep needs. They have great prices no one can beat I drove from gwinnett to get my regear done because they had the best price. There was an issue with the seals but they fixed those up as part of the warranty and they have been great since.

Update to response below: Since realising that the address was incomplete and my proving it with a photograph, my emails have been ignored. Also I have never been spoken to just emailed back before it became clear the address was incomplete. AVOID!!!!They didn't put the full address on my $750 package and didn't notify me that it had been posted. This resulted in the package never reaching me. I lost the whole amount and the products. Jeep Hut then just ignored all my emails about it. Terrible service and couldn't care less about their customers. Lazy, careless approach to business. Just go direct to the supplier or use another company that take some responsibility for their incompetence.

I haven t did a review in some time but this has to be said. I FOUND MY NEW HOME. Mike and his team are amazing. Soon as I walked in the door they treated me like family. Mike went out his way to track down an online purchase I made and made things happen for me to get it sooner. Made suggestions and gave me pointers for my future endeavors off-roading.

We bought a windshield part for our Jeep that cost us with tax and shipping $82.65. The part didn t fit our Jeep so we sent it back. They make you pay for shipping back which cost us $30 and then they charged us a 20% restock fee? So at the end I got credited the $49.40 but don t forget I paid $30 to ship. So after spending $82.65 on a part that I had to return I have $20 in my hand. Not worth it. Bad customer service and a real rip off. If you re not local and can t pick it up I don t recommend ordering anything from them.

Great work on my 2008 Silverado! 7.5" lift in 35" tires. Excellent customer service (Conner) and very reasonably priced! I will be back for more modifications

Hats off to everyone at The JeepHut. Bought a new Jeep and decided to get new wheels and tires. They did an awesome job helping me build out my 2014 so I wanted them to do the new wheels and tires. Bobby Cox took the time to roll out a 33 and 35 tire and put up against the Jeep for me to see what I thought. I originally decided on 33s and after thinking about it decided on 35s and talked it over with Bobby and the staff for their input which was the 35s. Right decision!!!! My Jeep looks and rides great!! Everyone is so courteous and helpful. When asking for input on something, they are very honest and not pushy. Thanks again guys!!!

Ordered some fender flares for my Jeep Cherokee from their website. I completed the order and paid, including the stated shipping charges via my debit card. I would check the status of my order everyday and after approximately two weeks of checking daily, I decided to call them to inquire about my order. After being put on hold, TWICE, the lady on the phone told me that it had not shipped and that I would be an additional $30 to ship my parts. When I questioned her about this she told me it was because of the "Huge, heavy box". I was extremely puzzled about this because the parts I ordered were just plastic. I also questioned why I needed to pay additional shipping since their website had already calculated this at checkout. After some doubletalk from her, I agreed to pay an additional $15 to have my order FINALLY ship since I was desperate to get my parts.... When my package arrived with a shipping label from Crown Automotive and not JeepHut who I initially ordered from, it weighed in at a WHOPPING 10 pounds!!! I STILL can't believe how they could flat out lie to a customer like this!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend them or buy from them again!!! I'm glad I recorded the whole phone interaction in case they try to lie their way out of it!!!!

I order the AMP XL running boards for my Gladitor Mojave and the job was more than I could do myself. Contacted Jeep Hut to do the install which they did even though the AMP boards were not a plus and play for the late year 2021. They communicated each step of the way. I also had them install the AEV lift which I ordered from them. My Gladiator looks great and the service was good as well.

Great company, ordered a set of fender flares for my 2019 Silverado and they came the same week. I was hesitant because of other reviews, but am glad I went with JeepHut. They got my order correct, and in a super timely manner and had the cheapest price ($269 as opposed to $299 for Black Friday. Not even rough country had them on sale who was the manufacturer). I will definitely be purchasing more products from you guys. Thanks!

Bought some halo lights and a fifth wheel light for my son's jeep. Attempted to install them, had some issues. Made an appointment and they fixed it up in less than two hours and didn't shame me for my installation attempt. Great group of friendly and helpful folks. Don't take your Jeep anywhere else!

I went to Jeep Hut for tires, tire instillation, an alignment and a driveshaft installation after a 4 inch lift kit was put on. They checked everything and made sure the Lift Kit was properly installed after a death wobble and then they set my girl up! My Jeep didn't drive this good when I took her off of the lot (I bought her used from a dealership). Honestly I have to get used to driving her again because she handles so different and the ride is so smooth. I love going into Jeep Hut and talking to the people there because they talk to me about my Jeep and not at me which I get a lot of at automotive shops because I am a woman, either that or they ignore me and talk to my husband who is clueless when it comes to automotive repair. They even explain things in a way that my husband who is not a car guy can understand. If you have questions go see Bobby he will help you and set you right no matter your issue or needs.
