Used them in past. Good work. Took my girlfriends car and body work is good but had more issues after we got it back than body work. One of the doors that had work, window will not go all way down, parking sensor fell out of bumper, reverse lights don't work at all so not sure what happened this time but I surly will not be going back again.

I recently used Jasper Paint & Body for an issue with my beloved Subaru and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic experience!!! They worked so well with my insurance and kept me very well informed. My car was ready when they said it would be ready. The repair is absolutely perfect! Very clean atmosphere, the entire staff was very professional and had wonderful customer service. Especially Jennifer, the receptionist, she answered all of my questions promptly. They will fix your vehicle the right way the 1st time. Like any other body shop, they may find more damaged parts as they work on it. Just give them time, and again, it will be done correctly. They also cleaned my car! Definitely a plus, and they didn't have to do it.

I had an accident on my truck. They fix the truck and the cosmetics look great! They return my vehicle cleaner then I delivered it. That was an unexpected service that was rendered voluntarily. From the first time I walked in the door, until I picked up my truck, they were friendly, professional, organized, and helpful. They kept me informed of any bumps in the process, and none were caused by them.This is the way you would expect a company to treat their customers and I wish every business was like them. Since they were repairing my truck from getting rear ended at a red light, I must confess I hope I don t need to go back. Driving to work one morning, when a deer ran across and sent me offroad through a ditch. Disgusted because I had just paid the car off, my initial reaction was I just killed my car, it was bad. Called the insurance and they referred me to jasper paint and body. Fully prepared to hear it was going to be totalled, they called and said they could save it but it was going to be expensive and extensive work which would take awhile. Great news! Do what you have to do. They kept me posted along the way of progress, until they finally called and said it was done. Heres where my review starts...I pulled into the parking lot to pick it up and there it was. It looked as good, if not a fare better than the day I drove it off the lot! AMAZED, STILL AMAZED days later. Incredible does not describe the job they did, and what topped it all off is some really friendly folks they got working there. Whoever they have back there doing repairs, the business cards say technician, I'm going to call them auto body surgeons, for saving my car and the miraculous job they did! I have received 4 compliments on what a nice car I have, in the last 5 days since I picked it up.HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY10 + stars for jasper paint and body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were great and stayed in constant communication. They battled for us when the rental car place said they didn t have our rental when Jasper Paint and Body called the Friday before to assure they had our rental and was told the rental people Had it. They do not work with GEICO insurance but, their employee at the front desk still looked at my truck damage and talked to me about options and took time to talk to me for a couple minutes. Wasn t able to get work done, but she was very knowledgeable about the process and for someone whose never had to go through this, I would say they are worth talking to if you need body work done.

I could not be happier with the service and the quality of work from Jasper Paint and Body. My beloved 2008 Ford Ranger was rear ended and the insurance company sent me to Jasper Paint and Body to get an estimate. I should mention that I am very particular about my truck and I put a lot of effort into keeping it fully detailed. I had intended to get the estimate and then use another body shop, but when I arrived they had all of my information prepared and ready. Their attention to detail and organizational skills really impressed me and I immediately asked them to repair my truck. It only took a few days and my truck looks as good as new! Couldn't be happier with the experience and the professionalism and customer service skills of their staff. I would recommend them to any friend!

Jasper Paint and Body exceeded my expectations. They repaired my car in January of 2016. From first contact to completion of the repair, their customer service was friendly, and professional. Their collision and paint work was great. My car looks new again! The repair was completed on time as well. I highly recommend JPB!

Second time in two years that we needed body work. Work was done timely and looks great! Pleasantly surprised that they cleaned my car inside and out also!! I had an estimate at another local shop and although the pricing was about the same, I had bad vibes at the other one. So glad we chose Jasper Paint n Body again!

This place does grade A+ work. Had body damage on F150 with two tone paint and these guys did excellent work. All paint matches exactly and is flawless. I know black isn't that easy to match and it would show every imperfection. These guys make it right. Even inside the door jams areas is perfect. These guys are also customer service pros. You give them the keys and they make it happen. Bill Johnson excels at running the best shop I have ever seen. He called me after I dropped the truck off, he called me after he had rescheduled another adjuster on his own and he called me when it was ready. His team over there has the best customer service I've ever seen. My truck was cleaned inside and outside quite professionally, better than I ever kept it. It looked like a new truck again. If you got a break and need some help, don't hesitate call the good ole boys of Jasper Paint and Body... they'll make it right.
