We were very concerned that the service required could be potentially more than the car was worth, but the team found a warranty coverage we didn't even know we had and made sure the problem was fully resolved. Truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and straight dealing, and the car is running good as new now.

we had an appt at 10:30AM. We arrived at 10:20AM and you guys took us right in. We gave you guys our information, and our 'Cadi' 2011 SRX, and the work was done in less than 30 minutes. Check out was fast as well. So, in my book, you guys hit a home run with this one..! Thank you for being on time and efficient. We just moved to the area in January. So, it looks like we have found a new service dealership for our two cars. See you next time...!

Easiest purchase for a new truck ever. Sandy G. was so excellent. She expedited the entire process and I was in and out within a lunch hour. Jim was also awesome in the accounting department as he got me in and out in less than 10 minutes for his part. Highly recommend Day's Chevrolet of Jasper, GA.

Days Chevrolet of Jasper, Georgia, treated me fairly and was transparent in the purchasing process. There were no add-on fees for services or items I did not request, as I have witnessed at most other dealers. The price of the vehicle was as advertised. The salesperson was professional, friendly, and competent. I will purchase from Days Chevrolet again and recommend them to my friends.

I was unable to schedule my truck for service on line. It showed first available date for service for sometime in April. I took a chance and called the service department and spoke with the service manager. I told him the issue with the on line scheduling tool and he seemed disappointed that it wasn t fixed. Evidently, this issue has been ongoing for some time. The Service Manager was very helpful and responsive and got me scheduled.

We were traveling through the area from out of state when our 2021 Tahoe started limping along. Being close to Days Chevrolet, we pulled into their service department and was greeted by service advisor Tim.Tim assured us they would diagnose the vehicle first thing the next morning and got us a ride to Enterprise rent a car.Turns out the issue was the V-8 lifter problem GM s 2021 Tahoe s, Suburban s, Yukon s etc. have been experiencing.Service got parts ordered and had us out and back on the road in 4 days. A huge shout out to Tim for keeping us in theloop on repairs and the service team for making repairs timely!Were grateful. Thank you!

Long story short I live an hour and 20 minutes from this dealership. I called and spoke to Brock I was in a situation and he helped me throughout the whole application process. He did everything over the phone. All I had to do was sign the papers and get the truck. He made it super easy and quick to get my dream truck. Big thanks to Brock and days chevorlet of jasper. Keep up the good work. I'll definitely send friends that way!

My experience was wonderful. Tammy was very friendly and easy to talk with. I had inquired about a truck being factory delivered on May 18. However, she received a dealer transfer of a truck almost identical and called and asked if I was interested. I came the next day, looked at the truck and we got the price right and all was happy.

My sales person was so sweet and knowledgeable about my car. Andy was so so sweet. He explained everything to me that I did not understand he was patient with me. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. He kept me in the loop on what stage in the paper work their were in. He let me know that if I had any questions later I could call him. The dealership was so clean and neat. I am a chemo patient and I felt very safe in the business.

Bought my 3rd truck from days, a used 2020 Colorado. Ricky and I discussed a problem the truck had the windshield washer was not working he said bring it back in for service, so Robert in service took it in fixed the washer and 3 other things things the tech found free of charge the same day and I was back on the road with no problems. Thank you again days in jasper is where I will buy all of my trucks for sure!

Took my Equinox in for some warranty work. Problem was larger than I had expected and they needed the car for several days. Tim and the guys did what they could to help me find alternative wheels while they had my car. They found a loaner for me and then finished the car about a day sooner than originally thought it would take. Best of all, no charge for the work, even though I was 52,000 miles into a 60,000 mile warranty period. No questions asked. This was the best experience I have had getting a car serviced at a dealer. Great Job!!!

Great experience, Joe is a great manager and Brock my sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful and continues to provide assistance to me to answer questions even after my purchase. The finance group was great as well. The dealership also has a positive atmosphere between all employees and seems like a group of friends working together which puts customers at ease, it seems very well run by management.

The service manager generally did not care about my concerns. I was informed that the noise I was hearing was considered normal. I tried to explain to him that this noise did not develop until approximately 10,000 miles and then went away for another 10,000 miles after another certified Chevrolet dealer replaced the rear axle housing cir-clips and spider gears. I was informed again that this was normal drivetrain noise even though this noise was not present for the first 10,000 miles or the 2nd 10,000 miles after the 1st repair. I asked the service manager if he would please call GMC Technical Service to have this documented and ask for assistance so that I could be provided a reference number. I was informed they would not be able to help and they aren t going to come out and test drive the vehicle. I said but they might know of a known concern or a fix to the issue. I was informed I was entitled to a second opinion and could come pick up the truck.

My experiences so far have been wonderful. Everyone is so nice and friendly but very professional. I was in and out in less than an hour. Robert was my service advisor. Highly recommend Days Chevrolet service department
