I had my oil changed back in May. I had NO oil leaks. After the oil change my oil started leaking. The technician tightened down my oil filter cap to tight and cracked my oil filter housing and oil cooler. They cost me over $1000.Then we took my nephews car in for an oil change. They people in the shop acted like we were a bother after being looked at and ignored for 15nminutes because no one would come i. To checknus in but instead chose to look at us like we were in a fishbowl. We left the car and our phone number. 5 hours later no call but the car was done. They told us they would call when the car was done but they didn't when we picked up the car we were treated like we were the problem.
