My husband and I both highly recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would.Not wanting to wait months for repair at my usual service center I decided to use Bishop s, and how thankful that I did. Lenny diagnosed the issue quickly - failed hot water tank, + we needed our awning fixed. Lenny & crew were very efficient, professional, respectful of our property and really built trust with us fast. Lenny provided a couple options on fixing both, which helped with my budget. No pressure, just a kind fellow camper who wanted us to not miss our upcoming camping trips. They will be my go-to. There s no reason to go anywhere else!!

Pulled in to Talona Ridge in Elijay in our 4 month old Grand Design Transcend 265BH. When water started spraying out of the hot water heater, I started making phone calls thinking we were pretty doomed as it was 3PM on a Saturday. Lennie came to the rescue and got us back in working condition. He was very knowledgeable of the issue, very prompt, very professional, and when it came time to pay the bill, very fair in price. If you need RV service in the greater Elijay area, this is the guy to call.

I'm sorry that 5 stars is the highest I can give them; they deserve 10! Pulled into my campsite, hooked up the water, checked the whole house filter, and it was sitting on the floor with the top broken off the canister. I drained the system but 4got about the whole house filter and water will freeze & break things! Went to the campsite office at 5:50 PM to see if there was a mobile RV tech nearby. The people said "oh we have a great guy we recommend named James Bishop who is here several times a week." He called me back in less than 5 min. He said he would be there in about an hour (he lives an hour from campground) and he was there by 7:00 pm. He took a look, said he could fix it, and by 8:30 PM we had water again! He told me a price and I said, "that's not enough for all the work you did crawling around on the floor and responding within an hour", so I gladly paid him more! His wife came with him and gave my mother-in-law free self-defense lessons while he fixed my camper. Absolutely delightful, honest, hard working people that I'm proud to be associated with and recommend 100%!

When we arrived at Talona Ridge and setup, we had a very dangerous and significant issue with one of our big slides. I got Lenny's name and number from the resort and called him. It was late at night and he was willing to come out right then and there if necessary. I felt it wasn't necessary and he reached out first thing in the morning. He showed up with a small army of employees to help trouble shoot and fix a 3000 pound slide that was almost in the dirt. At the end of the day, we were able to get the slide back on track and closed in and we continued our vacation. Not only was it a pleasure meeting Bishop Mobile RV Service employees and family, I found that they were such nice people that I wished we had been able to just hang out on a personal level versus a work order. You do not find a family owned business like this very often anymore. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH! If you need RV service in their area, these are the first people you should call, and they will be the last. If you re ever in a pinch and need a mobile RV technician in the north Georgia area, I highly recommend Bishop Mobile RV Service! Lenny and his son Rocky came out. We were experiencing a water leak and we thought it was a bad water pump. Turned out it was just a loose fitting! He tested the water pressure and everything was working. We also discovered that we did need a new element for our heat pump which Lenny will be taking care of in the next couple days while we re here camping. We offered to pay him for coming out on the same day that his daughter is getting ready to deliver her first child no less, and he said no we will settle up when we come out to fix the heat pump. I wish there were more people out there that did business the old-fashioned way where you take care of people! Give them a call if you re ever in need, you won t regret it!

An issue with our trailer delayed our trip but Bishop Mobile got us back on schedule with rapid, professional service response and service. I ve locked in this business and will recommend them to all my camping buddies.

Lennie and his partner came to take a look at the water damage we have on our Class C that we're looking to sell. They were so kind, gave an estimate (and advice) and wouldn't even accept my money for the visit since they said they "didn't make it any better than when they got there". In my opinion, they DID help me immensely, as I now know how best to proceed. Their honesty and professionalism are much appreciated, and I will absolutely be calling them if I have any other RV needs in the future! Highly recommend!

Our first camping trio this year at Talona Ridge in Elijay, Ga. Hooked up the water and found a busted water connection on the outside cold water connector. I called another repair service and was quoted over $300 for them to come out. Then I found Bishop's number and called him. Luckily for me, he was free and only a few miles away. He was there in ten minutes. He did a great job on fixing the connection and charged me way, way, way less than the other company. I will definitely use Bishop Mobile RV Service on any repairs I may need in the future.

We called Mr. Bishop the night prior to our arrival at Talona Ridge due to an issue with our air conditioner. We arranged for him to meet us upon check-in at 1PM. He arrived on time and even had to wait on us to park our rig! Very professional and polite. Great service experience and he found our issue quickly! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely use him for any needs in the future!!

We are planning to buy an RV already on a lot. I hired Lenny to inspect for needed repairs on an RV after I put in an offer. Since it was a 2022 I was shocked at the repairs that were needed. He showed us everything that was either broken, needed to be repaired, or had been done incorrectly. I never would have noticed these things if I had not gotten an inspector. Lenny and Rocky are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

We had just arrived at Talona Ridge RV Resort in Ellijay and set up. To our horror, the main slide on our travel trailer would not open. This has been a recurring problem which we have had to have fixed in various locations. It was around 5:30 in the evening. We asked for referrals from the office and they gave us Lennie Bishop's name. It was pretty doubtful that we could get anyone to come out that evening, but worth a try. Without hesitation, Lennie said he would turn around and come out to see us as soon as he could get there. Within an hour of the call, problem solved! He said he would be in the area the next day and would pull the slide in and reset the can so that it would not likely happen again. He did not charge for the second visit. None of the services we have used for this problem have ever shown this high degree of professionalism! Lennie and his wife Tianna are great people beyond being a great service. My wife made fast friend with Tianna almost immediately. I heartily recommend Bishop Mobile RV to anyone in distress in the North Georgia area. The are very reasonable, prompt and effective.

I would give 10 Stars if I could! I had an emergency water leak and I found Mr Bishop And within 2 hours he was at the campsite and fixed the problem! I will FOR SURE be using him again! Also not to mentioned how reasonable he was on the price!

I personally work in the service industry and know what most service calls cost.I text Bishop Mobile RV Service Monday morning about a water leak in the plumbing of our travel trailer. I expl;ained to Mr Bishop that I would be happy for him to work me in whenever possible. I received a call from Mr. Bishop this morning 3/29/2024 asking if they could come and check out the problem today which I was happy for it to be so soon.Around 11:30am this morning another tech ( Nick ) called me and said they were in route and should arrive in about 20 minutes. Once they arrived I explained what we had discovered. Just after 1pm Nick called me to tell me they were finished.The price I paid was unexpected by that I mean it wasn't as much as I was figuring.Nick and Rocky were extremly professional at the same time I almost felt like I was dealing with family.I will gladly share ther contact information with anyone that ask me who would I use.Bichop Mobile RV Service Thank you !

Mr. Bishop and his son came out to our campsite and had our RV fixed in no time. We had an issue with our awning that was stuck in the out position. They came out immediately and were able to figure out the problem and have it fixed quickly. We really can't say enough good things about them. They are wonderful people who are honest, kind, and know what they are doing!! We highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if needed!!Service: Body & Trim

On our recent trip to Blue Ridge campsite at KOA Toccoa River, our RV had a problem with the electrical stabilizers, Mr. and Mrs. Bishop were there on December 31, 2023, to help us. Without their help, we could probably have to sleep the night somewhere else due to our camper running low on propane and the need to fill it to keep us warm. Big, but big thank you to this wonderful Marriage than stands by their believes of integrity, honesty and professionalism. One more tip in case you have not decided who to call to resolve your problem, Mr. Bishop is there to help, not to take advantage of you when you are in need. Some other companies don't care and have outrageous charges for just going to your place. Bishop RV mobile service charges you the amount than is right!!!!

Lennie & Rocky are great. I had some health issues and needed to get my RV out of the shop and moved to my storage site. I was on a short time table as dictated by the dealer's shop. They jockied their schedule around and got the rig moved. I already plan to use them after the first of the year to do some upgrades. They are now in my phone contacts.

I am a single woman RV owner. I ran into a problem at an out of state campground with my RV. I was so fortunate to have Mr. Bishop camping a few camps down from me. I was loading up in the evening to pull out first thing the next morning. Mr. Bishop was so nice, he fixed my problem, made me feel calm about the situation and got me ready to pull out the next morning. Super great guy and outstanding service. He helped me out of kindness while him and his wife were on their vacation. So thankful to him. Great people!!

I used Bishop Mobile RV a few times for leaks, pre purchase inspections ect. I want to set the record straight with when I noticed a negative review on their profile I had to speak up.The negative review was obviously a rival company. Bishops don t accept payment until the job is completed, and they are always professional and courteous. So don t be fooled these guys are the real deal

We when to our storage unit due to having an issue the day before with our 5th wheel slide hitch. We wanted to make sure everything was good. We hooked up the 5th wheel and my husband pulled it forwarded a few feet when I noticed something didn't look right. I stopped him and when he looked at the hitch he knew something was wrong. We had the hitch installed and brought our 5th wheel at Camping World. We called them and was told that they didn't have a tech there and to call Good Sam. We called Good Sam and after they looked at the pictures they were not going to get involved. Lucky for us Lennie also uses the same storage place and happen to pull in to drop off somethings. I walked over and asked if he would look at it for us. He came over and we discovered that the hitch was installed wrong and we were lucky that it happened there. A HUGE thank you to Lennie for helping us out. He got the trailer off our truck when no one else would help.

We were in need of getting an entrance door fixed. He called right back and was available quickly. He and his son came out fixed the door and upon speaking with them we decided to install 3 slide toppers. Mr. Bishop ordered them, came out and installed professionally. Just happened onto these guys... and they are in my backyard!! AWESOME! Nice people, Fast very responsive and fairly priced. I did not have to drag my camper off and wait six weeks! They came out saw what the issue was with my broken window. Got the parts and had it fixed and ready yo go in days!! We will use them AGAIN when needed!! FIVE STARS and THREE thumbs up!

I just want to say these guy s are awesome to say the least!!not only did they squeeze us in when we were in a serious rush and in a bind but they inspected our Rv and made sure it had no other issues not before they fixed everything else right away and also communicated with us constantly during it all and we re very nice,respectful,intuitive and also HONEST!!!!!not only did they do all that but they also recommended what else we might need and where to get it then turned around and got what else we needed and installed it for us for the cost of the part because we are new to this and they wanted to make sure we had no other issues and were comfortable!!I own a grading and pipe company and haven t seen that kind of professional service in years they treated us like family not only do I recommend them I also will be passing their info on to everyone I know especially in the field of work I m in!!!thanks again guy s we greatly appreciate you!!!

i would like to say how great these guy s are they did such a wonderful thing for us by not only fixing our rv and checking everything out to make sure there were no other issues they were very kind and also helpful with going over everything as well as very respectful and honest about everything up front and there were no surprises they are very knowledgeable and what they did for us was just unbelievably amazing because we were very stressed out about it as this is new to us and they took it all away!they treated us as if we were family and will be highly recommended to everyone we know!HANDS DOWN GREAT PEOPLE!thanks again guy s!!,necie

Me. Bishop was the first to return my call and was able to come in two days when another company wanted me to wait over a week. He came to the RV park and repaired our toilet. The price was reasonable and Lennie was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was very pleased with the results.

WOW . Lenny Bishop was fantastic! We had a step problem that needed to be addressed. He diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to make sure we were in good shape before we left Talona Ridge Rv Resort. We got to meet his son, Rockie, and I could tell he was well on his way to follow in his father s footsteps. In a world with plenty of questionable RV repair folks, it was a breath of fresh air to meet someone so dedicated to helping people with their RV issues.Service: Electrical

Every one else to me I needed a new tankless water heater and Mr bishop came out and replaced a valve for a 1/3 of the cost. On time and very honest.

James Bishop is a wonderful tech. He handled our RV s black tank issues quickly and thoroughly. While doing so, he taught me how to handle future tank issues. We ve already scheduled him to replace the A/C capacitors next month, before it gets too hot and the air is needed. Great company! Very fair price!
