They offer good products at reasonable prices. For older vehicles, sometimes they have what I need, sometimes not.Staffing level is good and they are helpful. My previous review that was a bit critical of staffing was intended for one of their competitors. My apologies for my mistake.

Read my codes for me and even printed off the paper extremely friendly and very patient with me not to mention they offer you a variety of solutions to all of your vehicular needs keep it up you guys are awesome

A good place to shop every employee I've dealt with has been very accommodating. One guy was a little too nice almost like he was hitting on me not judging just not my cup of tea

9-10-21 11:55am.Came in because of my car s battery.Wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly.Kevin was the one mainly assisting me. He was delightful, willing to help you, and even to teach you little details you didn t know about your car or your issue.I came in a little worried, because I truly know nothing about cars, and while I was still able to text and update y husband at work, he was not with me. It all went smoothly. I came on late for work, worried about my car, what I ll have to pay, and whether it was quickly fixable. All my concerns were solved. I left in a better mood.I really had an amazing experience. Will recommend this store to anyone needing to buy an item for their car or anyone needing them to check their car s battery. And to anyone who does not know much about cars or what they might need exactly, no worried, they got you.And if you can, ask for Kevin. He knows his job, is efficient while also making you feel welcomed.

So, I walk into AutoZone and say the least manly thing in the world, I need new windshield wipers. Don t know what kind. Don t know how to put them on. I ll tell your story for a hand. Eric didn t miss a beat.He showed me options. He gave me his honest opinion. I know I purchased the right product. He put them on my car, in the rain, with good humor.I ll never shop anywhere else.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! A young man named Dylan replaced my well worn windshield wipers which had to be ordered as they were not a stocked items. He also offered and added the window washer fluid I purchased. He was very personable and had a good sense of humor. Now that s great service with a smile!

Shauna is literally the best! Auto Zone needs to give these employees a percentage of every sale or a huge raise!! Because they are absolutely awesome! If it wasn't for Shauna and Jerome I would he stuck on the road!! 10 stars and they actually had loaner tools to loan too!! In Metro atlanta auto zones never have loaner tools available! But they did plus more! Great CS!!! Best Auto zone EVER!!!

Went in and asked for blinker fluid. The guy was so helpful he even filled it up for me. Blinkers work great! Not sure what brand of blinker fluid he used but all the rest of the chains should carry it because I went to Napa and their fluid didn t work, and Advanced Auto Parts said they didn t even have any. O Reilly Auto Parts just laughed at me and told me blinks fluid doesn t exist. Jokes on them, AutoZone has it, and they ll fill it for free.

Super friendly and helpful staff every time I do in, which recently is a lot. Every employee I ve dealt with is super helpful and knowledgeable. If they can t get a part (motorcycle), they always point me exactly where I can get it. Really appreciate the help, friendliness, PATIENCE, and honesty!

VERY helpful and friendly. Store manager (I believe his name was Dalton) went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a battery issue that ended up being a problem with the battery cable. It was sleeting and he took his time to graciously help me.

The young man was so patient and helpful. I was going to buy one product and he alerted me that it wouldn't do the best job for my car. He put the products in my car and wished me well. Great service!

In this lovely downpour Jasper Ga is getting to enjoy my windshield wiper decided to fly free!! Made my way safely to this auto zone in Jasper & associate Dustin went above & beyond helping me find the right blade AND installing in the rain no less!! Thanks again!

Sommer was great in helping me select the right battery for my car. She also held a light for me so I could see how to get the old battery out after she had disconnected it. My car was not an easy car to change out the battery. There was a bar that had to be removed from the body of the car to make room for the old battery to come out. Together we were able to replace the old battery with the new one.

Went here to get wiper blades. The young guy working looked up my model and put the blades on in about 10 minutes total, so really good service.

Stopped today as a single female in the rain needing windshield wipers replaced. I was told by the person at counter, "Best of luck to you." And I can sell them to you and you can go put them on in a car wash." I know, there is not a man in my family that would send a female back out in the rain without assistance, for wipers, engine trouble or flat tire. Rest assured, I made it okay with great customer service and assistance from the gentlemen at Advance Auto!

The service here is excellent they tend to have parts or actually try to get them in a timely manner. They give advice readily but my experience has been that it is more miss than hit. I recommend you go here after thouroghly researching your problem and already know what solution you intend to try to fix it.
