The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced from any service shop, much less a TA. The woman behind the counter had an attitude that said she didn't care about drivers, and she said I could just go to the Love's next door.I was told there was an hour and a half waiting time for a PM. 5 hours later, I was still not in the shop, so I gave up and left.Her excuse was that one mechanic was doing the truck ahead of me, and the other mechanic was out on a call. After the truck ahead of me left, she told me I had to wait because a "blowout" was coming in. The blowout didn't arrive for another hour, and they could have been doing the oil change on my truck in the meantime.I would not recommend this shop to any driver. TA really let me down with this experience.

They are horrible. Customer service sucks BIG TIME!! A female named Kennedy who works night shift was very nasty, rude and obnoxious. I suggest even if this is your last resort, You are better off walking to another location. Their workers literally sat around doing absolutely NOTHING while my husbands truck was sitting there for more than 8 hrs just to look/check a tire. I would have gave it ZERO stars but I had to put something in order to post this! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

I set up appointment for 7PM because I was told AM tech sucks. 630 rolls around I call to see if I can come in I get told tech is on lunch, 730 tech is on lunch 8PM tech in on lunch 9 I pull in front of door and told tech in still on lunch 930 tech is still on lunch. Should have listened to other drivers waiting outside the building and just went somewhere else for a simple oil change

WRORST EVER!!!! Before you want get any service here, please read this out first! I checked in for PM service around 3pm and I was told somebody should call me in 1 hour. I waited almost 2 hours, no call. I checked with the front desk, and they said should be 10 minutes. And another 40 minutes passed. I checked in with them again and they told me should be in 30 minutes. And around 6.40 pm, a dude called me asked me about my vin number, and about 7 pm, he called me back saying they don t have the part!!! I totally wasted my time and like a stupid sitting in my truck. Because I was told soon again and again so I didn t go to have food, shower, or any thing else!!! That s ridiculously ridiculous!!!! And be careful, when you park here, must check the back of the slot to make sure it s not a reserve.

The technician hit the side wall of my tire with a sledgehammer while trying to take it out and then they forced me to buy a new tire after their mistake. Still fighting for a refund.

FYI for anyone who has a bad experience with the truck service center.There is a way to report employees through the TruckSmart app, and I suggest you start using it. Bad behavior, laziness, lies.Best way to describe this locations mechanics and front desk associates at the truck service center.

Very professional, That guy Quinton with the moustache is the best mechanic in all TAs in America , God bless you and the work you do with a great attitude and politeness!! Can't find this anymore these days !!!

There ignorance or stupidity is so huge it outflows outside the shop, there s a massive hole infront of the shop that all trucks fall into which risk damage and maybe injuring to that truck and driver. You can clearly understand they don t care about trucks or the drivers safety.

I ve been to many TA shops . And Hands down .. these guys are #1 from the service desk to the shop guys mechanics , tech s they were all very helpful. Courteous. Went in for parking lights not working . Then asked if I could get 3 axle alignment.Done . No problem. I ll definitely come back here for any service needed to my truck or trailer .

They have me wait there over 3 hours for alignment and at the end the mechanic told me he can NOT hook the laser devices on my rims so he would tell how many degree is off to align it and what not.So I went to pickup my keys and the lady behind the desks she wanna charge me at least for checking the alignments on the truck even though they couldn t hook it to the machine. And that s when i realised those clowns all they care about is a revenue even that revenue gonna cause them to look stupid in front of the customerSo I asked her one questionHow on earth your mechanic check if I need it an alignment or not if their device didn t work ?If anything they should have paid me for wasting my 3 hours of my time there.That was it for me never ever again there their desk staff they need to learn a customer service to be working behind the desk.Plus the poor quality of mechanic skills it ll cost you more down time and money down the road.Don t bother with those folks seek elsewhere.

One of the worst TAs ever!Truck was leaking coolant. We get in Saturday at 2pm, they say it s gonna take 3-4 hours to get in.It took 12 hours!!!! Truck got in the shop Sunday at 2am. 6 hours later, they say - it s the coolant tank. It took them 6h to figure that out.Ok so we need to replace it.They asked $1,600 for a coolant tank replacement! INSANE!!!RIP OFF! These people have no idea what they re doing.They only care about making money and ripping off people.We ended up doing the work in Chicago for $350!!! Not $1,600!!!Do not stop at this shop. Huge waste of time and money.

The lady in the TA service is really need to be trained how to make a ticket for a truck, she waited me almost two hours any the end when I called her, she says she is not doing service to Paccar engine. I think the TA manager should teach her accordingly how to do the job. She is not deserve to be at this job.

DILLON was the night tech on duty when I rolled into the shop late last night with an oil leak which I was worried was something to do with an AC repair I'd gotten a couple days earlier. But Dillon took a look and found a cracked oil filter instead.He could have tried to bend me over a barrel, but he quickly, honestly and accurately showed me that it's one of the cheapest repairs imaginable. So I got a PM, which includes new filters (Fleetguard instead of the Detroit garbage that was on here), problem solved, on my way good as new.Thanks Dillon, I'll be back! Highly recommended.

Got in at 830 am to have a rod between my pins fixed so I could slide my tires. Took them all day to start to look at it. At 330 pm still waiting to get it fixed. Need repairs done I suggest somewhere else. Unless you have a day to kill.

TALK ABOUT A RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL LADY AMANDA IS TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! SHE IS ALSO HIGHLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE MACHANICS WE SAW HER MULTIPLE TIMES TALK HORRIBLE TO SEVERAL!!! ONE I FELT BAD FOR HIM!! I WON'T POST HIS NAME UNLESS HE NEEDS ME TO!!! SHE WAS NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL WITH HIM THE MACHANIC BUT HE WAS BACK KIND TO HER!!!! I KNOW HE CAN FIND ANOTHER COMPANY BETTER THEN THIS SHOP!!! AMANDA NEEDS FIRED!!; SHE IS LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! SHE WAS ACTING AS SHE WAS GOD OR SOMETHING TALKING DOWN ON THE HELP!!!! NEVER WILL I EVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN IDC THE TOW CHARGE!!!!!!!! OH PS AMANDA HAS A VERY FITTING Squeak rubber toy PIG BELL AT HER DESK MATCHED HER NASTY ADDITUDE. well you'll see if your unfortunate enough to have to deal with her. SHE MATCHES IT. SERVICE TOOK AWHILE BUT GOT IT FIXED. EXPENSIVE AS WELL.

TA truck center is one of the best trucking centers to stop at while on the road. They usually have a nice restaurant for you to sit, unwind and enjoy a meal after getting a shower. They have a fuel rewards card so be mindful of that as well. You can do a little shopping for small gifts. Of you're a trucker they have all of the gear and supplies you need for your profession as a trucker. I'm a trucker as well so trust me.

Very bad service I stop here at tAto get oil change the Clark said wait 3 hours I did then I went inside check how long more she said 2 more hours after waiting all this time she trun me around she can't do oil change all very bad service try to void this place

Had to have the air tank on my trailer replaced. My R/A said it might be hard finding a tank because it was one of our older trainers. When they found one I was elated.The guy who finally started working on it was as slow as molasses in the dead of winter. Seemed like half the time he was gone or getting something out of his toolbox. In all, over ten hours to replace it.The next morning, my air tanks were all but empty. Found an air line leaking. The shop got me right in. I had to physically show the mechanic which line was leaking because he didn't know his right from his left. In his defense, he was lying under the trailer and may have just gotten turned around. Still, another hour wasted.

Over 3hrs for oil change on tractor while I'm in the bay. No one In front of me. Service is very poor. MGR act like this is normal. Won't come here again. Should of went to Speedco. Too many things to complain about. Not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere .

I give 5 stars for manager Josh . I had to replace my belt today and mechanic told me the Tensioner is good soon I drove in parking lot the belt went bad again I come back and the manager replaced the Tensioner and belt quickly big thank you for Josh
