Pretty fast service but, I needed a tire replaced and an airbag. My truck is a bit older so it wasn't in stock. Got tire replaced and I took off to get airbag myself. Good mechanic and friendly.

I had my DOT inspection done at this location. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and their prices are very reasonable.

A good fold of mechanics and techs that loves to get people in and out. They seem efficient. They are NOT in the business of "come see us soon", which is a great thing.

Everyone here was super nice, polite, kind, patient and went above and beyond in all the little ways you hope for. Only problem was, even though they got the correct part for our motor home overnighted, their on-duty staff couldn't install it. So we ended-up doing that part ourselves, about 10 miles down the road. They are super stocked with tires and such (see photo)

Impressive all the way arround!!! Had repair done THAT DID NOT GO WITHOUT A GLITCH lol... could have been a nightmare actually but no real fault of anyones but cheaply made trucks. What made this expieriance AMAZING was atmosphere in the shop and Professionalism of how they handled it! Ade is an amazing Manager and Blake is a smart mechanic who will figure it out! Long day for all but I can't say enough Thank You's and Yall are a great team!! THIS IS THE WAY A SHOP SHOULD BE..

This is the most unprofessional unorganized Shop up I have ever seen everyone on this team needs to be retrained on customer service communication. I arrive at the shop at 8 PM with one truck in front of me all the staff are playing around not working then I sit there for three hours for them to tell me they had a road call And the tick had to do that first before helping me that doesn t make any sense you re going allow Customer to sit for 3 hours then Tell me the Road call has Priority over me? I will never ever use a speedco again Nothing about this business is fast.

The shop at Loves doesn t do PM s anymore, so they sent me here A lot of the things advertised are not stocked at this location. For example the air filter install and fuel additives on promotion.The facility is adequately staffed and they are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I was pleased to see they had my oil and filters. I wouldn t hesitate to go here again, just wish they were more online with the Loves program so that I receive all the benefits I pay for. Special thanks to Joe for his professionalism and attention to detail.

Very poor service I waited in front of the bay for almost an hr all bays empty with 3 trucks waiting , everyone was just sitting around on phones or smoking cigarettes, I decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Demarkus and Shelby were absolutely phenomenal! My husband ended up being towed to the Jackson location after having a rough morning. From the time we walked in the location, Demarkus ensured we were welcomed and comfortable. Although we didn t get the situation resolved because it was a much bigger issue, Shelby and Demarkus worked until after hours attempting to fix it. Grateful for this crew and would recommend to anyone!

Had two flat trailer tires Waited an hour then the only tire tech had to leave "wife was having a baby "Was told two guys would be in at 6am. NopeI was there precisely at 6am no o w showed up until after 7 then after catching up they started working on my tires around 8

Tried calling for a tire. They wouldn't answer the phone. Save yourself the time and go next door to the Southern tire mart!

Well I guess the 5:30am opening time is a lie because I arrived here at 5:45am and all lights are off. Waited here for 1 hour and nothing.

FAST FAST FAST!!! Great customer service! Staff is very friendly and professional! Got oil change and full PM in 20 minutes! I felt my self as Pilot of NASCAR team during pit stop))) Thank you guys!

Was an extremely long wait to have truck pmd. And they didn't change davco...just gave me a new filter to put on myself...said they didn't wanna be responsible for breaking the wires that goes to housing

Stopped Here on a Tuesday for DOT and two Steer tires. I ended up staying here for 7 hours. The tech going back and forth as if they were confused. Desk Clerks were very Unknowledgeable about what tires they had in stock. After the work was finished 6hrs later I then sat there for 2 more hours waiting on a Clerk to finish paperwork.Service: TiresService: Tires

Terrible 2 trucks left the facilty i was3rd to leave nobody even ask what i needed done to my truck .now im at another speedco 1-75 xit 153. 3 people waiting to see service wrighter one been here since 7 am changing a tire he said he hasn't even heard impact wrench remove his tire think im going to other truck stop Bad people at speedco

Bad experience with these guys. I gave them my part and for 10 minutes job to replace wiper motor that holds 3 small bolts they charged me almost $130. TA is doing it for $70. There was no explanation why it took so long. The old part wasn't seized cuz it was replaced 3 weeks ago.

Had a heck of a day, my airlines got caught up in my driveshaft and you know what happened next.. I wasn't going anywhere. However, to try and keep a long story short.I called 3 mobile mechanics in the area from the side of the road. That were absolutely NO help at all.One quoted me $800 for the airlines.Second one said it would be 2100 before they got there because they had 2 other trucks (at the time it was 1300). Third guy never picked up the phone and when he did (1700) he said he was done for the day.. his website claimed 24 hr service.Ended up dropping my trailer roadside and going to buy/install them myself, but I didn't have the correct tools, took them to the shop there at TA and they refused to do it because they were "customer provided parts" even though I HAD JUST PURCHASED THEM THERE in-store!?Called Speedco as a last resort, they didn't hesitate to help us when no one else would. They took and installed my "customer provided" airlines for $150, I was in and out in an hour. (1900-2000). I made it to my delivery in Miami, FL on time!Thank you Speedco Jackson, GA!Special thanks to Patrick the mechanic!

These People work way harder than any other shop to make the customers satisfied with the end result. They may not be most sympathetic to how much of a rush your in. But they get it done right the first time. A+ shop A+ lube A+ customer service. And a disclaimer if they don t have your part and can t get it that s a supply issue not a store issue. All and all get group of exceptionally train staff.

Just Leaving Speedco. Arrived @2230 and parked in front of the service bay as I always do. At 2300 no one had waived me in yet, so I decided to walk to the office. The service manager then informed me that her tech leaves at 2300. Not sure if I'm ever coming back.

I won't be patronizing because of poor reviews. Atlanta has excessive ghetto trash that have no standards or accountability. I'm not putting my business and livelihood at risk to a business that can't manage time efficiency.
