Went n for 2 new steer tires yesterday morning & also to have fixed a taillight that was out. There was no wait. They were quick with the tires, but they didn't look at my taillight at all. Said something to the clerk about it & she said she could go and tell them to check it out real quick, but I declined at that point. Today is when I noticed that my freaking hub cap is missing. So I guess w them being quick came with not properly securing my hub & now I'm out of pocket for another one.

We were told 90 minutes over the phone which was great. However the tech showed up without an air chuck so he had no way of inflating the tire. How do you forget one of the three tools that it takes to change a tire ? Took an additional hour for him to get back with an air chuck. Proceeded to hold the driver on the side of the road due to no payment however they never once asked for payment during the initial call nor did they call us back for payment.

Excellent customer service , quick install by the tire tech ; i even got approved for the tire mart charge card and put my tires on it ; very good price on drive tires , definitely coming back to get the other drivers replaced

Great shop got my trailer wheel seal and brake put on in only 2 hours. Which was fast and great. Cuz the mechanic was cool answer any question that I wanted to ask.

I came at 8:30 am and the showers weren t working they say due to maintenance. I saw them cleaning the showers because no body cleaned it all night.. I wasn t able to shower due to their inability to do their job. Also, it was the messiest truck stop I ve ever been too, there is garbage everywhere.They probably don t do anything so they can get fired and file for unemployment benefits.DONT STOP HERE IT NOT WORTH IT!!!

Got here at 06::00 AM Sunday. Ask for shower. Said showers have been down for a couple weeks due to sewer backup. Seemed strange since bathrooms were working..went in store at 2:45PM, showers were open. Mentioned to staff " I guess they got the sewer fixed. He said sewer was never blocked.I then realized the 3rd shift staff just didnt want to bother cleaning them. So they left them closed down. Was waiting to pay for a cup of coffee, 8 customers waiting in line with one attendant behind counter because the other one decided to go on break with a line of people waiting to checkout. Gave 2 stars because despite the poor service in the store, Had a decent meal and service in Dennys.

Pilot/Flying J is one of the best truck centers that's been around for awhile. I suggest you get a fuel rewards card and save on diesel fuel. You can take a nice shower, get a souvenir for a loved one while you're traveling, choose from a varieties of things to eat according to your lifestyle and diet. Oh, I almost forgot about the free wifi. Enjoy!

The service at the place was the worst l have seen in 30 years they did not even know how to undo the oil plug when i tried to help they told me to go away good thing i was nearby to save my truck left without getting anything done to risky

I encountered a flat tire on the interstate this morning and I believe the man's name is Zach rescued me from missing a flight at Atlanta Airport. Very nice to see such great customer service and compassion. I strongly recommend that you use this business, it will take away alot of stress.Thanks for the great service

This shop took on a job that the TA across the interstate wasn't willing to do. The replaced a flex pipe off the back of the turbo. It was a pretty difficult job. But they handled it and did a great job. Thank you.

I stop at this truck stop at least once a week and appreciate the friendly staff and clean store. Denny's food and staff are fantastic.

The facility was clean, the employees friendly and the restaurant food was good. We had an issue with one of our tires. The service garage got us right in and on our way quickly.

Unusual to have so many issues at a Pilot. Apparently new pump mechanics/screen and every.single.driver. had to go inside instead of paying at the pump. Machines kept giving invalid data codes and offering cancel or skip. Concrete pads had not been power-washed in a long time so soles of shoes covered in diesel. Again, Pilot is our preferred stop, but we ll skip this one from now on. Not worth the hassle.

Pretty good place had to get my trailer service line repaired ended up having to get all 3 only needed one! Got me in and out about a hour!!

Do yourself a favor and don t shower here. A few of us watched the maintenance guy go in the shower room and use the wet, just used towel and wipe the room down. Same towel to dry the floor then reset the room for the next person. If unsanitary was a place of business.......

Pulled in for pm one guy didn't no what he was doing the other mechanic came over to help they told me truck was done I get in it and my engine light on it wasn't on when I pulled in was very upset with bout of them I just left instead of making a big stink about it cause I already knew they couldn't a figure it out never will I go their again after spending 386,00

Bobby did a great job lubing ALL the fittings and even jacked up the truck to grease the king pins. He gave good advice on other possible problems and had me in and out in no time.

Had d.o.t inspection done here, super fast and I believe is cheaper than speedco.
