This was the service provider who provided my AAA service request to tow our truck to the shop for repairs. I m glad they did. The service tech who arrived was very kind informative and arrived pretty fast. I watched him exercise patience with my neighbors guests as that blocked him access to my drive way with no regard to his time and what he was trying to do. He carefully loaded and secured our vehicle. The Service Tech made sure my vehicle arrived to the shop. I m not sure about their pricing for services because I have not paid anything directly to them as a tow provider and I ve read a couple of the reviews mentioning the prices. I will say the tow bed I saw looked newer and well maintained and sometimes the price is worth professionalism and good service.

The gentleman that came to my home to help me get into my car due to my keys being locked inside was very kind and professional. They came to my home in 10mins. He took the time to explain to me how I may have been able to lock my keys inside (my car is set to beep if the keys are left inside and will not lock). The truck was very clean from the outside.i would recommend this company.

DAVID was wonderful! He was personable, compassionate to our situation and we could tell he really cared. We were on the interstate with our children and 18-wheelers whizzing by. It was frightening. David came and picked our vehicle and all of us up and took us where we needed to go, being understanding that we were in a vulnerable situation. He was kind and respectful. Justin was very friendly and caring. He called me before hand let me know he was on his way introduced himself once he got to me checked out my car put spare tire on back then towed me to the Dealership. He's a people person. If I could give 10 stars, I would. My parents had a blowout on I75 and I got in touch with Southern Style Towing while I was in another state and they were very polite, helpful and understanding! The gentleman who came to help change the tire was quick to arrive and quick to change the tire while being extremely professional! We can t thank Southern Style Towing enough for helping and I would highly recommend them for any car towing/tire needs!!

Encountered a driver named Jared, he s well spoken and helpful. However we were not in the same location. The dispatcher made a quick call and in less than 30 minutes I was receiving assistance from a new driver named Michael. A very amazing job done with my 1500 Ram. Overall my experience was immaculate. Great Job Southern Style Towing, small, yet fast and effective!

Just expressing my appreciation for the service I received from your towing service.The driver showed a very high level of professionalism in all areas of his job, exemplified courtesy , respect and integrity.Also after I initiated the process it only took approximately thirty to forty five minutes before the driver was showed up.so thanks for being so prompt..It was gratifying to have someone to communicate with that was so kind,Thanks for doing a wonderful job. I will definitely use your towing service in the future and recommend you to others.

My service was quick and efficient! The customer service and communication from the beginning to end was good. And the technician that came out was super friendly & knowledgeable. Although I hope I don t have any car troubles in the future, if I do I wouldn t hesitate to use their services again! 10/10 experience.

David was absolutely wonderful! He picked up the call quickly, was fantastic with my vehicle and we had great conversation on the ride. He is a gentleman and he was a professional. As a single woman dealing with repair issues and towing, I never once felt unsafe riding in the cab to my destination. Quite the opposite, actually! I would highly recommend Southern Style Towing. This company was great to deal with. They were very responsive, kept in touch frequently regarding arrival time and what to expect. They came quickly and took the stress out of the whole situation by making the process so easy. Dillan checked our battery in a few minutes and came back and replaced with a new one in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend!!

Justin came out for a service request for me on Sunday Nov 12th . I was very shocked and please with the ETA he was there quick much quicker than I anticipated with requesting roadside assistance. The service was for To bring out Air for my tire. Service request other than a tow . Sometimes are not handled with any type of urgency..So I was not expecting the quick response time . He was very friendly delivered excellent customer service and handled my issue . I would definitely if at all possible would request Southern Style towing and specifically Driver Justin if I could request him and he was available.

Southern Style Towing is absolutely a number one tow company. They were quick to respond and the process they have is simple and easy to follow. They have great communication. This was a Great Experience. I called for a tow after being unsuccessfull in getting my car to start. I wasn't able to get it to turn over after numerous tries for 3 days.Mr. Jones was able to get it to start right away and I was Truly Thankful. He was very helpful, courteous and professional.

I called for a tow at 11am They were suppose to show up an hour later. I was busy at work and lost track of time and at 4:40pm I called to see where they were. They apologized and said something came up but my truck should be there in 15, sounding like they just dispatched the truck then. I had no updates the entire time, except for when they got to my vehicle because I had just called and complained. They didn't tell me when they got the car on the truck or when they dropped it off at the shop, hell I still don't even know if it's there because they failed to call and the shop is closed. I've used tow service's NUMEROUS times and have never had this bad of an experience. 1/10.

You were a little slow arriving but I understand we were using AAA. Probably not your fault.... The tow truck driver showed up scooped it up, dropped it in my driveway and put it exactly where I wanted it expeditiously. It was awesome! The driver was just awesome. I believe his name was Blake. You just don't see that kind of service anywhere. I appreciate the company. You guys are very good. And very friendly. Thank you! I will definitely use you again in the future if need be!

Great service. Very communicative, prompt and helpful. I blew a tire and got tire assistance to put on my spare. I didn t have to lift a finger and the driver was extremely kind as well as made things easy for me. Definitely appreciate the help.

Utilized them yesterday. They were quick, friendly, and went over and beyond to make sure I was safe and off the side of the highway after changing my tire for me. Instead of a tow, he put my spare on and followed me 30 miles to the tire shop. Very friendly and fast service.

Southern style was awesome, the tow truck driver arrived early got the job done and even have a very accurate suggestion on what the issue was with the vehicle. The driver called to let us know the car was dropped at the car shop and he put the keys in the night drop. Very helpful I will recommend Southern style towing. I used them thru AAA but I added them to my contacts and will definitely use them again.

Southern Style has been there for me on 3 different occasions! 1. Fixing my flat, 2. Towing because of bad gas two days after Christmas 2023, and 3. Towing today because of startup issues. Thanks to David and Southern Towing for being there for me!

This company showed up while I was waiting for my insurance company to dispatch road side service for a tire change. I was unable to change due to the dangerous location, I-75 on a busy traffic night. I am glad I decided to use Southern Style Towing instead. They are very professional, courteous and quick. I was back on the road in less than 20. I definitely recommend this company. 5 star service.

Southern towing was amazing the person that came out to our home to tow. Our truck was courteous, nice and respectable. He looked at the battery that my husband was talking about that we needed to take to the shop and he fixed it himself took him 15 minutes and we were good to go. I totally recommend Southern towing.
