It was my first experience with Outback and was very pleased. The turn around was quick and the price was exactly as estimated. The front bumper and fender needed to be replaced. Turned out well.

With a name like Outback , I wasn t exactly sure I wanted to try their business... BUT I went ahead & gave them a shot... especially since I found out that they have helped other educators.I had to have my truck door replaced. They did an excellent job !I did have to go back & have them reconnect electrical wiring for the power lock & cab light, but they got the job done in a short time !!

I had my Honda Accord repaired at this shop and I was very, very pleased. Mike and Miss Edith are great people to work with. They go over and beyond expectation. I took my mustang here to have some interior work done. Basically redid the whole interior, painted the dash, new seats, new carpet, new door panels and a backseat delete kit. The day after I took it, it wouldn t crank. The computer got burnt up, not sure what happened but it was fine before I took it to them. After they finished the work they had it towed to my house but took me a year to figure out what was wrong with it. When they put the dash back in, half the gauges work in the cluster, the vents only work on defrost, the carpet wasn t done right, wasn t put far enough under the dash and it s clumped up in front of the backseat delete kit, the delete kit is not put together right and wasn t even anchored down. Both pieces are loose and move around. They cut too much on the door panel where the arm rest is. Have a problem with everything they worked on and will never take it back here. Going to take it to another mechanic and have him basically redo everything. A waste of money

This is the best collision shop I've ever been to. Had to take my toyota camry in to get bumper, sensor, and trunk fixed from accident and they did a great job on it. Price was definitely affordable. The people there are very nice and I definitely recommend this body shop to anyoneService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great shop. Super freindly and fast service. Work was outstanding as the spot on my vehicle fixed matched the rest of the vehicle. Wish the work factored in a detail of the vehicle so it is clean after repairs.

Had our car "repaired" at this shop. Got car back and found damage that wasn't there when we left the car. You know your car and my son had took photos of collision damage before taking car to shop. Insurance paid for painting also, but as far as we can tell, there was no painting done. When shown the damage when we got the car back, we were told that that damage wasn't because of the accident. The damage WAS NOT there when we left the car. Shop told the insurance that my son was lying about this. Trunk on car was also damaged and wasn't fixed correctly. Don't use this shop.D. Fordham and T. Hall

I live in douglasville GA I spoke with the wife of the Owener she told me she order a mirror for my escalade I just purchased from one of there Previous customers they said if I drove a hour and 30 mins to them to get the part it would be 150.00 and installed they waited till I pulled in the parking lot to say hay we can sale you the mirror for 150.00 and you can pay another 100.00 to have it installed I said that is not right to have somebody waste they only off day and wait to they get in your parking lot to change the agreement I will never let them touch my car I wouldn t recommend these people to anybody the owner was rude don t seem very business minded I wouldn t recommend this company to anybody who values customers service these people are below maaco in painting and CommunicationService: Body & Trim
