My vehicle has been at Mark s 3 different times. Each time was basically swapping out parts. This most recent time, they had to test the vehicle. Mark and Josh are very cool people. Not to mention great knowledgeable mechanics.

Took my 05 ranger in for front end work, Mark and Josh were on point with pricing and work time frame, my truck drives well and is quite!! My mom has used them for her Rouge, she was pleased, so mush that she has taken another vehicle in Great job guys, I ll be back for future work

My husband and I were out of town and needed help quickly with a car problem. The people at Mark's Automotive were so kind, helpful, and prompt!! They fixed the problem so quickly and got us back on the road. These guys are great!

I was visiting from out of town and had a problem with my emergency brake. They said they were booked for the day but that I could bring it by and they'd try to take a look. They looked at it as soon as I showed up, and they got the problem fixed in a matter of minutes and didn't charge me anything. These are high quality people! We were lucky they were nearby!

I own a rental car company in Indiana. In June 2023 one of my costumers was travelling to Florida for vacation when they had a wheel bearing in the van fall apart on the interstate. leaving them stranded on the side of the road. Mark's Auto was able to get them worked in and back on the road the same day. As a business owner I know what it takes to maintain good customer service. That is why it truly appreciate the fast and reliable service that these guys do.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Mark (owner) and Josh (shop foreman)..know there stuff. They have been taking care of my cars (including my 2012 Subaru Outback) for over 10 years. Nice to have a great local repair shop...-Gary

The paint and body work is always phenomenal. The work is always quick, even when having to wait for parts suppliers. Great customer service with detailed, up to date information when needed.

I would definitely not recommend marks automotive. They charged me $1100 to fix my car and it ran worse when we got it back. Not only that it took over 2 weeks to get car back. Everytime you call to check on car,they would say they would call you right back and never did. I usually used a different place to work on my cars but they was too busy so gave marks automotive a chance and I wish I never did. Pretty much out $1100 for nothing.And just to be clear the car only ran good from time we left shop to time we got home. It s like the only thing y all did was clear all the codes out. Bc the next day the check engine light was back on and running bad.These people are the biggest liars and crooks around.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I m leaving this review so someone doesn t go through my experience. I paid Mark to install my rebuilt motor in my truck. The motor made a lot of noise still. A separate mechanic shop said Marks butchered the install. My heat tabs were melted even though my whole coolant system was new. It is only possible that it overheated at their shop before I picked it up up at Marks. And no, Mark, your service was definitely not commendable. You wanted nothing to do with me whenever I came back with the issue. How could the tabs have been melted if the coolant system was replaced? Your shop provided one ride when I asked, so there you go stretching the truth. On top of it all I waited over a month for your work to be completed.

I've been using mark for a few years now. His team is fast, fair, and quality goes beyond expectation. Haven't ever had an issue he worked on my Yoda, pilot, and pathy. Longest wait was about four days.

I don't leave reviews often but my experience was terrible and we will not be back. Took vehicle in for repair of oil leak onto alternator. A few months later had to have it towed back due to the same issue. The "warrenty" will only cover if the work they did last time, that didn't correct the issue, is at fault. After they left it sitting for almost a month only to finally quote a ridiculous price that didn't include repairing the oil leak still! I had to have it towed away to get it repaired elsewhere. Save your time & money!

Will continue to do business with this automotive repair shop. They also sale used cars and do paint and body work. I was recommended by a friend and have continued to do business with Mark's automotive repair. Easy to find, easily seen from road. If your needing Auto repairs and looking for an honest shop I highly recommend this shop to you.
