Good work, nice people and very reasonable price. They started on my truck immediately upon arrival and were through mounting and balancing my tires in less than an hour. I will definitely be a return customer.

I have used Mark 2x and loved my experience each time. They are great with communication, get your car in and out quick (granted mine were minor repairs but it was still quick compared to other places I have been)His office/front desk area is super clean and organized. Love that it feel like those "small town mom and pop shops" Highly recommend. I tell everyone who has car issues to go here!

Great and friendly people! Great price! They got me into a vehicle that I've had NO problems with for the last 8 months- they're even looking for me another vehicle with certain accommodations that I'm looking for since our family is growing. Making payments is super easy. I wish I would have found them sooner!

I don't leave reviews often but my experience was terrible and we will not be back. Took vehicle in for repair of oil leak onto alternator. A few months later had to have it towed back due to the same issue. The "warranty" will only cover if the work they did last time, that didn't correct the issue, is at fault. After they left it sitting for almost a month only to finally quote a ridiculous price that didn't include repairing the oil leak still! I had to have it towed away to get it repaired elsewhere. Save your time & money!7/13/2020 Update - I had the oil leak repaired by another shop after you worked on it. It was just the oil pan gasket. I did not break any bolts on this vehicle period. It was already broken when we noticed the same issue wasn't corrected after the vehicle broke down. I did however change the alternator myself this week with no issues after having the bolt and hole repaired. You kept this vehicle way to long with way too many excuses and charged way too much for the issues not to have been resolved. If nothing else maybe you will treat your next customers better going forward. Anyway good luck.

So I went in to get my transmission replaced on my Honda Civic. Mark was friendly and didn't talk down to me like other guys would to a woman. He was super nice and the price was reasonable and comparable to other shops. However...since I got my transmission replaced, my cat has been having trouble starting. I can't help but think they did something to my car! I won't be bringing it back here to have it fixed again for fear something else will go wrong on it.

Best mechanic in town. Very fair priced. Honest. Does not rip you off like Halls Bridge Automotive. Works with you on prices and payments. Straight, up front, people including owner and mechanics. No one works on my vehicle but Mark's any more.

We have bought 3 vehicles from Mark's over the last few years for us and my sonand we have always been pleased. He and his staff are professionals and we appreciate having an honest car dealer we can trust!

I bought my first car from them in 2013 as a single mom. The first car they sold me for 1k down and 200 a mth. It broke down on me the next day. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so they let me trade it in for something else. I didn't realize my 1k down payment wasn't included in the contract and I never got it back. This car also had issues but they refused to give me my money back but they made repairs. The fluid tank light still remains on to this day. The car has had many issues over the years. The contract says $6k total but with my down payment it was actually 7k. I have probably spent another 7k for repairs over the few years. If I knew then what I know now.. things would be different. I feel like I got took advantage of...

Fixed the window. Great. Thirty six dollars for an oil change... No refill of my washer fluid and didn't reset the oil light.... Small things but loses you some stars.

READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR DECISION!!! MARKS AUTOMOTIVE IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE I WILL TAKE MY VEHICLE NOW ON. PROFESSIONAL, ACCURATE, GETS THE JOB DONE. AT A REASONABLE PRICE. MY VEHICLE RUNS LIKE BRAND NEW, LISTEN I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I RECENTLY TOOK MY OTHER VEHICLE & DROPPED OFF. Lol I TOLD THE MECHANIC ITS COOL I JUST LEAVE UNTIL HES ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. My car stayed for two months and never repaired. When I had it towed away, it was in same spot as when it was towed over there. I would never recommend if vehicle has a major problem.

Mark's has literally gone above and beyond for me and family with working on my vehicles to helping get the next one. We plan on using them to help restore and paint some of our hobby vehicles too.
