They do an awesome job! We've been hit twice and you can't even tell what's been repaired. (Rear hatch and driver's side door.) So when we wanted to replace the passenger side mirror, JCC searched for a used one that will cut the price in half. Great service and attention to a customer's needs.

I would give this business a bazillion stars if I could. I went to get my Ford Escape this past Friday and I was amazed how it looked so brand new. My husband and I was so impressed with the detail and paint job. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them, the wait is worth it. Thank you Mike, Mason and everyone at Jackson Collision for doing true professional work.

They did body work on 2010 Ford Edge after a wreck there in Jackson. The body work was good. The staff was friendly and accommodated me having to pick up vehicle on a Saturday. They did miss a leak on the washer fluid pump which happens sometimes. It did take longer than I would have liked but they had to wait for parts.

Jackson Collision did an awesome job on my Honda. The car was involved in a wreck and needed all the body parts on the front end replaced.After talking to my insurance and getting the list of recommended shops, then going the extra mile with doing some homework, asking around about reputations and personal experiences, Jackson Collison was the leader in all categories.My car was fixed perfectly in less than a week. The owner and I inspected the repairs and the paint job together. Barry, the owner, was very patient with me as I walked around looking at every body panel and body line. Everything was perfect. I found no flaws in their work.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Kudos to Jackson Collison for a job well done.

some of the best paint work i ever seen, hard shiny paint,like a dang mirror, missed 2 little places, but anyone probably would have,an also financed me for remainder of balance for 2 months, very very good, truck looks like a show truck again..barry is a good down to earth guy for sure................

Clear coat was coming off the hood on my truck. Had them repaint hood. Very happy with their work.

When my husband wrecked my van after he ran over debris in the road I called and the nice receptionist told me it could be three months before they could get me in but if I left my van with them they would do what they could to get it done fast and they did. I called a week after they took my van to see if they had gotten all the parts they needed and to my surprise it was ready to be picked up. I will take all of my work to them in the future!

The best experience I've ever had with a collision company! Quick & easy drop off with excellent work done in the time frame listed by my insurance company. They even washed my car, vacuumed, & wiped down my interior! Highly recommend & they will be my go to collision center in the future. Really pleased with the service, the people, and the work done.They repaired the front left of my truck and did a great job. The attention to detail is high.They also washed my truck, inside and out.I will definitely use them again, if the need arises.

Lied to me multiple times about ordering parts. Terrible communication. Told me my car was ready when it was not. Never called me back when they said they would. Technically they did the repair correctly. Took 6 weeks for them to do 3 days worth of work, by their own admission.

The employees of Jackson Collision made every effort to find a part for my 1997 vehicle which was totaled as a result of my being rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light. A few years ago they did excellent body work to restore this same vehicle to very good condition. I commend them for the great work they have done, and highly recommend them.

I just got my car back today from Jackson Collision. I hit a deer and had to get a new bumper, headlights and have the hood repaired. They blended the paint perfectly and I am so happy with the excellent job they did. The lady in the office, Carrie was so helpful and nice, it was a pleasure dealing with them. I would and will refer everyone to them.

Did a great job, the fender paint had faded completely down to the plastic after 20+ years. They repainted the fenders and they look factory new. Can't even tell against the still factory paint that they were repainted.

Had someone back into the front of my car which required new front bumper, hood repair, and new headlight. I have custom "smoked" headlights and they were able to match the old headlight exactly. Paint and repairs were 5star quality, they finished the car on time and its held up great over 2 years. Will use them again!

Love this place . They are very friendly and helpful. Keep you posted as to what is going on with your vehicle. If you find something not right after you pick up they tell you to bring it back. Their workmanship is awesome!

Beyond amazing service I dropped my vehicle off after being involved in an accident they dealt with everything fast turn around service gave me a time when it would be ready and it was they done a amazing job I highly recommend them and I will use this body shop from now on

Was in a fender bender months ago and brought my car to jackson collision because state farm said they were an approved shop. So I went. They did the work and when I went to pick it up there was gaps in between the trunk and tail lights. One side would it had half of inch gap and the other side had no gap. I left the car there so they could fix it and they did. I picked up the car and everything was fine until a few months later when my battery died and I needed my jumper cables out of my trunk and could not open the trunk because my key didn't work in the trunk lock. Jackson collision replaced the trunk but didn't change over the old lock. At that point I didn't care and kept driving it untill my exhaust started to rattle so I brought it to a different shop and they put it on the lift and could see there was no exhaust hangers on the car. Jackson collision did not put them back on when they replaced the bumper. I called my insurance and they said bring it somewhere to have it checked out and I did. Well a difference collision place said the work was not done correctly at all and there were bolts missing, bolts very loose , and worst of all hot glue or some sort of glue holding the taillights on which jackson collision charged for two new tail lights. I found out that was not the only thing they charged for and didn't do. There were a few more things also they just covered up. State farm ended up totaling my car out because the cost to fix jackson collisiona mistakes and to fix the damage correctly would have been over the cars vaule. I Will never take my car anywhere near jackson collision again . I have all the pictures and documents to prove that also.

Jackson Collision Center was knowledgeable, quick return of my vehicle, and excellent work. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do I now know where to go and reccomend others to go.
