Very unprofessional. I was told $300 over the phone for complete door with mirror and got there and was quoted different price $500.i was hoping it was going to be good place I'm always looking for parts for my trucks but I will not be told one price on phone complete door with mirror then charged 200 more. They lost my business

Had some fuel issues and Randy and his team took care of me right away. They found the problem pretty quick and I was back on the road in know time!! Great friendly service and very knowledgeable. Also just wanted to thank Tony as well!! I would definitely recommend this shop.

I just got my 2010 Peterbilt 387 back after HD Truck Repair replaced my transmission with a rebuilt one they build themselves. They also replaced the rear main oil seal, installed a new clutch, resealed the power divider and a few more things. Drove home and what a difference - it shifts like a dream!Seems I got "all the good" out of that 981K mile transmission.Thank you HD Truck Repair for the great and timely repair!

I had purchased an rebuild 2011 Cummins ISX 15 whit aftermarket kit about 2 years ago. The engine ran very well and smooth. I put 300,000 miles on it before my accident and I decided to get rid of the truck. But the truck still started up and ran strong.

Randy is a really good guy, he was not sure if could get me in on the same day but he did. Clay is the Technician that worked on my Truck, he's very good at explaining what is wrong with your Truck and will even show what the problem is. If you are ever in Jackson, Ga. And need repairs on your Semi I strongly suggest HD Truck repair. Thank you so much guys for getting me back on the road!!!! Oh and their prices will not break the bank.

Got my truck fixed, took 2 days for a pndb box. I got charged for a wire harness, i just looked in my truck yesterday when my driver got back and i didn't see any new harnesses. Also, $165 an hour and no veteran discount. The labor rate is ridiculous. I can't wait till i sell all my trucks and be done with this stupid industry.

What a great place, even though they were busy they fit me in and got me out pretty quick. The price was really good and they did not try and cheat me. I felt these guys were genuine good guys and they did an excellent job. They were at least $1k cheaper than TA, had radiator replaced and two steer tires. I will definitely go back.

Reasonably priced and fair. Good group of guys that have hands on experience......not a bunch of rookies training on the customer's nickel. Randy the owner is reasonable and hands on. I get all my major work done here including an ISX inframe, and major electrical work on the Cascadias's SAM module, which required a lot of labor and re-wiring. Even with his location being inconvenient from my customer base, I still go there because I can trust them

Randy & Tommy are God s gift to man and this trucking industry. They performed great and quality professional work on my truck. They corrected work that was done in Jacksonville,Fl. I had a transmission replaced at HD a few months back. These guys know their stuff! They even fixed issues caused by other repair shops. All the staff there is super friendly and helpful. If you re ever in need of transmission work or diagnosing a transmission issue go see Tommy at HD

HD Truck Repair is by far my go to mechanic.... I am a smaller carrier with 10 units; having a reliable, skilled and honest mechanic is an integral part of my business. Randy, the owner and his team are all knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. Joe is a tech that stands out to me, if it can be fixed, Joe will find the issue a fix it. Honestly, when you find a good thing you stick with it. I've been burnt several times by mechanics in the past, and was skeptical at first with HD Truck repair. Since inception, Randy has been a man of integrity, honesty and takes pride in doing the job right the first time; he'll let you know if he recommends something or ways to address the issue that can save you money. If I have an issue or concern, Randy has always handled the situation with professionalism, respect and fairness to reach an amicable outcome. I've been dealing with HD Truck repair for over a year now and intend to do so moving forward. I definitely recommend HD Truck repair for your mechanical needs.

Just had both rears rebuilt and gearing changed on my truck, and let me tell you that these guys know what they're doing!! My rs gear axle housing (rear-rear housing) was rusting out and needed to be replaced as well. ..And had a small wheel seal leak on the same housing. They found leaks and future problems that dealer shops couldn't! They basically rebuilt and replaced every bad component from my transmission yoke on back. They warranted every single part that was replaced on my truck. Increasing the resale value of my rig . I'm no good with remembering names so I can't give a shout out to anyone by name but let me tell you that every single person was nice and helpful from the young lady that works the front desk to everyone that had grease on their forearms lol. This is my new shop people!! P.s. that bad wheel seal apparently leaked on one side of my brake shoes and they replaced the brake shoes on both sides of that housing at no charge. Thanks HD!!

HD truck repair was one of the best shops outside of my hometown to go to. Owner Mr. Randy and staff were very honest and friendly people. I went in for a dryer repair. I was pleased with the work and how fast they did it without charging me an arm and a leg. Outstanding service from all the staff.

Awhile back I had an air pressure issue and was going to go to the TA, but I remembered this shop. They did some short notice work for a guy that I used to drive for, and I was very impressed. They were slammed but Randy, the owner, got right on it and got me outta there. Now with the air pressure, again they were slammed. They had a mechanic walk out to the road where I was parked and the issue was resolved very quickly. When I asked what I owed, Randy s partner said nothing, just post my experience. If I m ever in this area and need a shop, this is my go to place. Even if they re busy, I ll wait..it s worth it. Thanks guys!!

This place is wonderful. Went to EVERY truck stop at this location and NONE would put air in my tire. Tommy was great when he immediately called Brandon to put air in. So grateful to them. Brandon wouldn't even take a few bucks for his kindness. Yes I think I'll be back. Thank you Tommy and Brandon.

One of my trucks was broken down across the street at TA and the mechanic working on it wasn't very knowledgeable. I called HD truck repair and they got my truck in as soon as possible. They repaired the issue the previous mechanic had caused in a very quick and reasonably priced manner. Very reliable and professional service. I will be using this company for all of my service needs when we are in the area. Thanks!

I will like to thank HD for helping me.I had a clutch and transmission .done about a month ago and just recently find out,. I had a cracked tooth in my transmission.Tommy ,Randy and myself talked about the situation what could have cause this issue.Well it could have been on me or maybe something overlook. I think HD was more then fair about getting me back to rolling.I know of a shop that would have told me not my problem.THANK YOUAKALOWRIDER CH 19

I was traveling down from Iowa transporting a vehicle and somehow the keys got locked in it I walked one block over and Randy the owner of the repair shop said come on in showed me some great Georgia hospitality reached out couldn't get a locksmith but he said hey one of my mechanics used to be a repo guy maybe he can help 15 minutes later I was in my vehicle and on my way!! I'm no truck driver but if I ever needed my truck repaired I'm taking it to Randy!!

Great group of guys. Randy is a awesome person. Joe let me drive his car while my truck was being worked on. They stand behind their work. Randy went out of his way and delivered parts to my brother that was broke down on side of the highway over a hour away. Thanks.

5c Logistics has had a couple of our trucks worked on at HD. I trust their work plus they work to help you out the best they can. So, if you are broke down in the area this is definitely the shop to get your rig to.

Great group of guys, very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and quick service. Anytime I am in or near Jackson Georgia and have truck problems HD will be the first call I make.

These guys are the real deal fixed my drive shaft quick and got me back rolling in no time. If I lived here this would be the shop that would get all my service. I recommend everybody to come here

I'm driving a 17 Volvo 780 automatic...Mr Randy and his crew proved that they are way more experienced and knowledgeable about an automatic Volvo 780 than Volvo Dealership. And I've been to quite a few...HD Truck Repair and Parts is the best hands down.
