Wow! What great people!!! I was traveling from one camping spot to another, hundreds of miles from home, when my alternator went out. These guys were closest, I called, they could do it so I went. They had me back on the road in less than 2 hours! AMAZING!!!! If I lived near here they would be the guys working on my ride. What excellent service!! THANK YOU!

Came here after the Ford dealership couldn't fix an issue on my differential and made it worse. Just by talking to Lee, I knew I was in good hands. They took my truck in and did what the dealer couldn't and fixed my issue and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure it was done right the first time! I'm forever grateful for finding this shop and will use them from now on!

Before leaving for a long road trip, I needed my vehicle looked at very last minute. I spent hours calling auto shops in the area in hopes of finding some sort of help and guidance. After many failed phone calls, I finally found success with Halls Bridge. A man, who I presume is the owner, (I can t believe I forgot to ask for his name) took time out of his busy schedule to check out the issues I ve been having and to help determine if I should make the trip. Being new in town as well as half way across the country from any family or friends, I was over-joyed with the act of kindness and honest suggestions on what to do in my situation. Just thought I d share my experience! I will definitely be back with any future car related issues!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I just needed a headlight replaced and he got me in and out with a good attitude plus he replaced my tag light with out me asking.I like how friendly they are and professional they are bring your business here they treat you right

My husband recently had them replace his rear bearing and outer axle in his Tundra after shoddy work from another shop for the same issue. He has not stopped talking about how pleased he is with the service he received as well as the ease of dropping off after hours and the fact they stay open a little later to help with pick up as to not miss any work. Halls Bridge will be the first ones we call should we need their services again.

I have used this business for 4 or 5 years now , not only for my personal vehicles but my business fleet vehicles as well . I have received Superior service from day one and that has been 5 years to present. I have had repairs done at this facility that where covered under manufacturer warranty and choose to have them corrected by Lee and his crew oppose to going to the manufacturer where I could have had I it done at no charge. I am at a point to where I would sale one of my vehicles before I let someone other than Halls Bridge Automotive try and repair it .Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Went in for a fuel pump. Got the truck back and it is running rough. With the exception of the fuel pump, this truck has always run very well. Talked to Lee and he wanted to charge for a tuneup, but the truck had a tuneup a year ago and was running fine until the fuel pump and subsequent repair. When I said no, Lee made it seem as if it was my fault the truck wasn't running right. $400 paid for this repair and all Lee wanted to do was to talk me into more money. NO Lee, you guys should actually follow through and warrant your work! There's no way your mechanic fully tested the repair on this vehicle before releasing it. Bad Business!

One time Charged me for an oil change I didn't ask for. When I disputed Lee said it's a service they offer. I'd just had my oil changed at Chuck's the week before and I had to show proof to get my money back. Another time after that I went for an oil change and afterwards I get down the road a ways and my oil light came on. They didn't tighten the plug and all the oil drained out. My car could have been ruined. Bad thing is I went here based on being referred by someone else for their great "service." What a disappointment.

We were headed home to Florida when the fuel pump went out on the highway. Halls bridge had us in and out within a few hours, they also pointed us in the right direction for a tow. Everyone was friendly and got us back on the road in no time. If we lived in Jackson this would be our go to automotive shop. My entire family has been coming here since we moved to Georgia. It was a big plus to find someone who does quality work and gives you a very fair price. My daughter was very happy to have her air conditioning fixed!

From the front office to the automotive experts in the back, this team will not disappoint. I have taken numerous vehicles there for various reasons over the past 6 years.No one likes spending $$$ on car repairs but at least with the HBA team you don't feel like you got bamboozled and nickel-and-dimed!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

This is the worst shop I have ever dealt with. They originally agreed to take a credit card over the phone and later rescinded and made us get a local check. When we delivered an official check drawn on a local credit union the owner has decided to hold my vehicle unit it clears. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.
