When I was first contacted by Davey, I was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the car market. I envisioned that he had been in the business for many years because of his demeaner on the phone. And was I surprised when my wife and I met Davey in person. I was actually expecting someone probably his dad's age, but he is a very young man who handles himself really well in his job. I was also pleased with the courtesy he showed us and answered our many questions. And on top of this, we didn't have to haggle over the price. He quoted me what I thought was a very fair price. It was much better than anything I could have gotten in the Atlanta area. And also very important, I am very pleased with the car. Thanks Davey.Gerald Tyler

Absolutely the best atmosphere !!! Great cars to choose from. And everyone is so very friendly.. But of course James Yawn is the best salesman there. He is definitely my go to person when I m in need of a vehicle. Today he put me in a 2023 Kia K5. So if you re in need of a nice pre-owned vehicle go to Countryside down in Jackson, Ga. Ask for James Yawn!!!!

Chose the car I wanted, paperwork via phone/internet, car delivered for signature. So easy and smooth. If you don t know what you want, they have a huge selection and knowledgeable salesman and management team to assist.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a used Jeep Sahara from them and less than two months after buying it I found out the brakes were so bad the rotors were down to 1/8 and it wasn t safe to drive. When I contacted them about putting me in a loaner until it could be repaired they gave me the run around and when I went over their head to the main dealership the manager here had the nerve to tell my fiance to control me. I still never got a loaner and we had to replace ALL FOUR brakes and rotors ourselves. Their customer service is abhorrent and the chauvinistic energy is disgusting. They are liars. They don t care about anything but a sale and do not take care of their customers afterwards. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle here again. Do NOT waste your time and especially not your money. You will regret it.

If you buy from here I recommend a serious inspection of whatever you buy. Also make sure you keep a reserve for any issues you have because you definitely will have them. We bought a truck from here and it s been nothing but problems the sad thing is we trusted this dealership! It s definitely went down hill.

Bought myself a 2016 Chevy Silverado. Was looking at a 2014 GMC Sierra as well. I could not pass up the deal on the 2016 Chevy Silverado though. The Sierra was nice and lifted but the Chevy has more bells and whistles. The truck did not need anything, but there were a couple little dings in the door. I can have a pr guy take those out easily. Loved the whole experience.

Keep a reserve for repairs... everyone talks in circles after the paperwork is signed...poor customer service and arrogance on overload among the staff...go where you're more than just a commission for the sales team...

Very shady practices. Spoke with someone on Facebook who had a vehicle listed. He was able to tell us about the vehicle, what was wrong with it, and said it was located at this lot and the name of the person here who had the keys to it. After driving here, we see the vehicle and go to ask about it and are then told we were talking to some sort of "bot" on Facebook and they no longer own this vehicle. Which makes no sense based on the in depth conversation we had with the person. We even asked about another vehicle on the lot afterwards and they wouldn't give us any information so we just left. I would steer clear of this place.
