We bought our Jeep from here & love it! We have never let anyone but their service department touch it. We absolutely love Kailyn & Tori they always help anytime we have questions or needs! The employees are always so nice, definitely recommend!

My experience at this dealership was exceptional. By the time I reached the front door I was greeted by Brandon Ramos. He is a very professional and knowledgeable salesman. He told me this about the charger that I never knew . When I'm ready to pull the trigger on the car , Countryside and Brandon will definitely get my business.

Brandon Ramos is Awesome! His job is to sell you a vehicle, but I felt like he truly cared about me getting exactly what I wanted. I appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me. I went shopping for my vehicle alone and I didn t feel pressured to choose anything! I came back with my husband and he also felt Brandon was a good salesman. I tell everyone I know to shop with him!

I had a great car buying experience with Carl Harris. I bought a pre owned sweet lifted F-150 from him. Not only was Carl very professional but I wanted to give my business to a long time friend. Carl has been a good friend of mine for many many years. He has always been big on wanting to make sure his customers are happy and get the best deal. I had the privilege of working with him as well and noticed over and over again him going above and beyond for his customers. That type of customer service is far and few. He will definitely get you the best deal and work hard for you as a customer. I recommend him even when I was selling cars from a competitors store. You will be very happy letting Carl handle your vehicle purchase.

I was looking for a used truck and saw one I liked online. I was contacted by an Adrian Campbell, a salesman at the dealership and we set up a time to come look at the truck. Unfortunately, the truck I wanted to look at had to go to be worked on for an airbag issue but, Adrian took the initiative to look at their inventory and find a similar truck that was within the same price range. I kept my appointment and drove the two hours down to the dealership to look at the other truck he found for me. I ended up really liking the truck he found for me and purchased it that day. The sales process was smooth and no pressure. The entire staff that I dealt with was great, Adrian especially. I had to wait on the check from my bank to come in the mail before taking delivery of the truck so, instead of me having to drive the two hours back down to pick up the truck, Adrian set up for it to be delivered to my house. I was very impressed with the service and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Impeccable customer service. We came in frustrated with the service at our previous dealership and Tori Green got us in and taken care of. What took 3 hours at in McDonough (oil change and basic tire rotation ) took this place 45 minutes. Highly recommend.

He s very knowledgeable, respectful of your time, and just really makes the stress of buying a car as minimal as possible. I have had many vehicles through out the years and I must say this dealership has to be the best hands down. They took care of me and always answer my questions. A couple of months after having my jeep I scratched it and needed some touch up paint. I was at auto zone, when I called the dealership to ask the exact color of the paint I needed for my vehicle and the information was provided to me.Fortunately the store did not have the color I needed so I was not able to purchase the paint. A few weeks later I check my mailboxAnd there s a box from the dealership in Jackson that says here s a gift for you and it was the touch up paint I needed!!!! I can t believe they cared that much to even send it to me as a gift. I wish I knew the person who was responsible because it was a very special act of kindness and excellent customer service. THANK YOU!
