Some of the best service I've had. Changed my tires fast, looked for a leak for me and found a radiator bracket that was broke loose. Will definitely be back soon for more tires.

Broke down in the middle of town and there was no question where I was going. Biles has been here forever and there's a reason. Do yourself a favor if you're in town and need assistance!

This is where I should have been going for my oil change all along. Went to country side Dodge and the man in the service department had an attitude as soon as I walked in the door. We were very polite and he was extremely rude. So we tried Biles. It's the home town feel that I've been missing in car service. We will be back

Great Place I was on the way to work when suddenly our truck starts vibrating profusely come to find out there is a bubble in our tire. Soon enough we called Biles they said they could change the tire without hesitation and with the greatest of haste! Overall Friendly Staff and Very Helpful. Glad I came here!!

Excellent Customer service. I rented an enclosed cargo trailer. They helped me hook it up and made sure the lights on the trailer were working before I left. They even replaced my fuse to get the right side trailer brake light working before I left an only charged $5.00 for the fuse. I would definitely rent from them again!

All I will say I came to get air in my tire and a possible patch, not knowing what was going on. I went in to get service. He told me to pull up and it would be about 15 mins. Well another young Lady pulled up needing air and the same man came out and gave the same type of service I wanted 10 minutes earlier. Sad I know but it still exist!

Biles tire center is the place to go in the Jackson area!!!!! Dam nice crew!!! Great prices!!!! HONEST!!!! Fair business!!!! & they don't waste your time!!!!! If they do what I need,I'm going there!!!!!

I've done business here a number of times and when it comes to General Automotive needs they can get you taken care of. I am a Rideshare driver and have trusted them with some of my basic vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Poor community service needed a tire patch at 2pm they stay open till 4pm on saturday at least that's what the information on the internet says but they were closing at 3pm I called 45 minutes before they were closing they would not even patch a tire. If chuck's was still open for 45 minutes left they would have done it poor service. I would never recommend biles for anything.

These guys are so helpful only station in Jackson where there is full service where you don't have to get out to pump gas don't gotta get the kids outta the car just to go inside to pay, good gas prices Carey's interstate battery and swapped mine out under warranty these guys have even changed a brake light for me I get my oil changes with them tony runs a great shop

Friendly mechanics they replaced my map sensor on my 2007 Suzuki Forenza. They allowed me to watch them work on it and answered any questions I had. They work fast and are affordable.

They always never charge for using the air hose to put air in your tires as long as you do it yourself. Thanks so much for the free air

Good gas price and one of the few full service stations left and offers hydrolic hoses made to order and tires for about anything.
