Tanicia? Not sure how to spell her name, but she was super friendly and helpful. My first time, don t usually use car washes. Getting lazy in my old age and wanted to try it out. Got the Just Peachy for $15. I will need to go back and clean the wheels and back of the Pilot myself as some spots look untouched and others look clean. Was hoping this quick, affordable wash would keep me in between detailed washes.

Tanisha, amongst the rest of the staff at the Big Peach Car Wash located in Jackson, GA is absolutely the standard and friendliness to be sought after in any place of business! Such great customer service, willingness to engage in conversation outside of business matters, etc. The only place I go if I need a wash!

Went to get my vehicle washed and Addison greeted us with open arms. Her smile is what will make us come back every time we need a wash. She s so polite and respectful. Thank you for the great experience.

When they first opened the car wash it was great! But now, not so much. I went by Big Peach in Jackson a couple of weeks ago and it didn t even look like my car had been washed at all, so I ended up washing it again at their location in Forsyth. Then a few days ago, I went to the Jackson location and again my car didn t look like it was even washed. Then I pull around to vacuum it and wipe it out and there were no towels! When I asked one of the guys that worked there about it he stated that apparently morning shift didn t want to do anything and that he just got there from school and that the towels were in the wash and it was going to be another 20 minutes before they were done. I will not go back to this location.

Tanisha was very friendly extremely helpful in the vacuum area! The pay station attendant was extremely polite as well! The car wash does an excellent job, as well as, the vacuums. My favorite is the compressed air at each vacuum station! Will go again! The Bible verse and windshield smiley face made my day :)

This is my new favorite location. I prefer the big peach car washes over others mainly because of the quality of the wash. The free vacuums are a must and the jackson location has the awesome air gun that you can use to blast the funk out of all the nooks and crannies. Can't even lie...this is another huge reason I prefer this location.The attendants by the entrance have always been super friendly and helpful and it's always refreshing to see a smiling face.

I went to the Big Peach Car Wash in Jackson. I didn't know what type of wash to get. The manager, Luke Owen, was very helpful in explaining things to me! He was also very polite which is hard to find in today's market. Will definitely be going back & purchasing a monthly plan thanks to Luke's suggestion.

Was the first 100 customers so they gave out there best wash for free so i was like why not lol. Pretty dope had every one out there to make sure everything was working properly an hot fixes etc. Not a big fan of automatic car washes but was a addition to the town so i said hell with it. I wanted to see what it can do to my truck, an overall the body got pretty shiny just the big wheels an wheel well area wasn t reached as good which i knew wasn t going to happen lol. Then the wheels got a little bit of tire shine on them which isn t a big deal. Overall its a pretty dope wash an for ppl who like auto washes then it s for you no doubt

I drive a farm truck that only sees gravel and dirt roads or a muddy horse pasture. I was skeptical the first time I went but I was very impressed with the professionalism of the employees. Very welcoming and offered a variety of washes and packages. Today, Kiara was the employee that helped me pick the right wash for my truck, though, all the employees were just as professional and helpful. I never knew this old truck could look brand new again (after years of substandard car washes). I highly recommend this car wash to anyone! Easy, simply, and very worth it.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Always a pleasant experience! Amazing customer service! Not your average car wash - I love that they always draw a cute little picture in the bubbles on the windshield right before you go through. Brings a smile to my face Shout out to Caleb for offering the free air freshener!

Bought the monthly membership just so I could take my kids whenever they want to go!! Love this car wash because most of the employees go above and beyond by drawing stuff in the soap on my windows for my kids enjoyment!! 10 out of 10 would recommend !!

Disappointed on my first visit. Paid for the top wash and get home and there are still bugs, stuff and smears all over the front of my vehicle, the chrome and the headlights. I expected more. I did not expect to have to come home and wash it myself.

Beautiful car wash, the lights really add to the experience! The Big Peach Graphene is a noticeable step up from the regular ceramic that other washes have in their top wash. The staff is also really friendly and helpful.

There isn t a big peach in griffin so o always come to the one in Jackson. Well it s been a while since I ve been able to get here to get a wash and my truck was a mess. As I was cleaning the inside, Celena and Bailee offered to help. What would ve normally taken me an hour, took twenty minutes with their help. I love this car wash! Thank you girls!

Polite young adults there but the car care products are a waste of time- watered down ,- really mostly water. I drive to a car wash in locust grove instead and I live in the city of jackson

She was super nice!! Very professional and hard working!! If I was the manager of this place, would most definitely give her a $2-$3 raise!!! She was super quick with my payment and did not seem suspicious, unlike other car washes I ve been to around the area that take your card and then they actually tap their transaction card device and take funds from you.I would like to see or smell different air fresheners, maybe Pine, tobacco and whiskey, strawberries and cream, peaches and cream, and fresh linen. The vacuums are perfect!! They suck and suck up everything!!! The sucking power on these lines are unreal. How do you get it to suck so hard?PS make sure you have the scary car wash super scary this year!! Please!!!
