I've been a loyal customer to another store for years but that changed just the other day. I needed a socket for oil pressure switch and I found it online. When I called the store I was told it had to be ordered and it would take 5 days including the weekend since this was Friday. I explained that my customer needed her car and that's when he told me this. "I can have it Monday morning if you pay $12 shipping. That's when I called Advance and was told they would have it Saturday morning. It did cost 2 more dollars but Hey, what the heck is $2 compared to waiting 4 more days and paying $12 more. Advance Auto Parts became my new go-to store right then and that's what I told them at the counter when I picked up my part, the next morning GO ADVANCE!!!!!!

Kudos for the employees in this store. Each one of them pitched in to help me get the parts I needed this past Wednesday 3/20/24. Thanks to all of you for your dedication to customer service. As a reference I went to NAPA for a particular need I have always gotten there Friday . The mgr and service desk were awful. Mgr just looked like he would rather be fishing. After the change a couple of years ago plus the experience I had Advanced is my parts store now.

I ve called store 6 times with no answer. I just had left there and seen at least 3 guys putting things away. Cmon. It s 5:00 and don t close until 9. Can t anyone answer the phone. Leaving business on the table. Guess I will call Napa down the street.

I ordered some items online. They did not give me the option to in-store a ship. They put half my order at the store and shipped one product. I called to ask for a refund and they would not give it to me. I would never ever ever recommend AutoZone have very bad customer service.

My experience at Advance Auto Parts in Jackson GA recently was excellent. No one wants a dead battery when you re setting out on a 4-hour road trip with a couple of stops on the way. Austin was courteous and efficient, installed the new battery at no charge, and I was on my way. Thanks!

Good service see Travis allways willing to get you what you need as fast as possible. And will to go out of the way to get what you need. Update 9/15/23 went buy to pick up spark plug for 4 wheeler atv they had it in stock at a good price. Comparable to online stores.

Rusty was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Our vehicle had a serious issue when we limped into the parking lot. He worked with us on multiple levels to get us what we needed to get safely back on the road.

Don t know what to say. My mom has been up there a couple of times to see about the car s battery and stuff. Each time the manager has gone out of their way to help. The work has been done for her, no charge. This store has gone above and beyond any other automotive store. Definitely recommend.

Mr. Lee helped me identify what was wrong with my car, assisted me with a battery, and installed it all within 15 minutes! He was nice and helped me get back on the road in no time. When choosing between AutoZone(Across the street) or Advanced, Advanced will always be my go to!

I ordered a part on Wednesday, and the girl on the phone said it would be at the store Thursday morning. I drive 30 minutes Thursday morning only to find out they re not taking deliveries today ... save your time and buy from somewhere else.

What can I say. It is what it is. Service was not good today. They did not have the part that I need it. The check engine light equipment was not working. Their computers was down. They could not service me. Will not go there again ever. Yes I am a very critical American they don't deserve no stars. But I had to give them one star to make this post.

Parts I needed were ordered and arrived the next day. The price was half what NAPA charged. Another plus - when you need wipers, go here. Best price and selection and they install them for free.

Great local auto parts and supplies establishment. The guys at this location have always been pleasant and helpful. Occasionally the wait is annoying but all in all great service!

Great most of the time I have been given the right part, and if it has been wrong they have fixed it . But on tyne other hand they need to be a little happier. It's like they have no life.

Sold me new wiper blades that would NOT fit my Highlander. Guy behind counter said just get any 20" blade. Never checked the part number. Will return for credit and never buy from them again.
