These guys are professional and honest ( thats a big deal )!. My mother n law had taken her car to a different mechanic and he wanted 3600 to fix it. We took it to Paige and Universal and he charged about 400 to fix. He's did great work on my vehicles and always at a good price. Highly recommend! Adding on to this review, the Hyundai place was going to charge 5k for a repair for my son n law and the part is 3 weeks out ... for Paige the part is 3 days out and the cost with labor is half that! We always go to Universal for auto repair.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

We took my husband s truck up here before he had to make a long drive and Universal Service Center went above and beyond to make sure his truck was in good shape. We appreciate the timeliness and communication. Thanks Page!!

Simply put, great experience with this service team. Scheduled work for a car that was sitting for a few years. Page was extremely helpful in doing what I needed. Keith , service expert, was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate taking my vehicles back for work. This was a 100% positive customer service experience. The guys at Universal Service Center are amazing!!!! The transmission in my truck started doing crazy things and I took it to my old mechanic who told me I needed a new transmission and I was okay with it but they were three weeks behind. I could now wait that long. I was referred to Universal Service Center in Hoschton by a friend who I trust. I took the truck to Universal Service Center to be repaired. I was surprised to find out that one of their technicians traced all of the wiring and found a damaged wire. They replaced the wire and had the truck back to me the same day for a very reasonable price! They have gained my trust and I am so thankful for their honesty.Services: Transmission, Electrical

These are some of the very best guys in the business. Everyone knows it's difficult to find someone who knows what they are doing, and when you do, a lot of them take advantage of their customer's ignorance. That is absolutely not Page of universal. He'll let you know what is wrong and what it will cost to fix it without trying to jack up prices with unnecessary repairs. If you need work done to your car, this is the place to go.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Page was absolutely wonderful! Our car broke down on the side of the road about 3 miles away. Our insurance covered roadside assistance for a tow to get our car there, but said we could not ride with our vehicle due to COVID, and that we'd have to make our own transportation arrangements. We were 6hrs from home and 6hrs from our destination, so this was not possible. We ended up walking half a mile to the exit where we stopped at a gas station. Page came and got us, then took care of our vehicle in record time, doing everything he could to make sure we could get back on the road. Would definitely recommend!

Traveling from Florida, had a problem with our car, visiting friends who recommended Universa,diagnosed are problem,they knew I needed car fix that day and got it done,drove back to Indiana from Atlanta, Ga,car was fixed, thank you Universal Service Center,nothing like piece of mine while traveling..

I am an auto repair shop owner in NC and one of my customer's vehicles had broken down on the interstate and had it towed to this shop. Page had the car repaired and on the road very quickly and I really appreciate his service for my customer, highly recommended!

It's an amazing thing... having confidence that we are getting exactly what we pay for at a fair price at Universal Service Center! My father was a mechanic and entrepreneur before he retired and he recommended Universal to the family... we haven't been disappointed.

Very honest and fair. Wife had an car "emergency" right as she was to head out on a long trip. She ran in to Universal Service and they quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue. They were quick, honest, and attentive.
