Thank you so much for helping me out! I turned my car on this morning to warm up for my son and when we went back out all my doors were locked, with the car running, and key fob inside. The woman I spoke with on the phone told me this was common and would have someone out soon! It was such a simple unlock and the man who came out was so nice and got the job done so quick. I would recommend these people for sure!

If you are looking for an awesome tow truck company with folks who care, and are there to help, stop right here!! Chris was very helpful and made sure I was safe and took care of all my towing and travel issues! Chris went above and beyond and I truly enjoyed his personality and how he handled business with ease!Hands down my best tow experience!

We had a Driver stranded 2.5 hours away from our offices. Mack & Bucks Towing & Recovery was amazing from the Dispatcher being extremely kind and helpful, to the Tow truck Driver Chris providing amazing Fast Service in our time of need. Much Appreciated!

These guys were awesome. They didn't just tow my sprinter to the shop, they went out of their way to show me which motel was the best, and safest, and even stopped at the Racetrac so I could get something to drink.

one of my drivers were in a parking lot with a flat tire, and drive tire was in a pothole.Mack and Bucks Towing was passing thru parking lot and stopped to check on our truck.ended up giving my driver's truck a little tug out of pothole.its nice to see people being aware of others around them, that might need help.thank you to the courtesy of the tow truck driver!Service: Long distance hauling

Mac and Bucks will always be my go to place when it goes to towing any of my vehicles. Their prompt service and dedication to providing excellent service is one of the reason why I would not call anyone else. They make a bad situation bareable with the courtesy their drivers exhibit to people. Anthony for example is an awesome guy and had my wife and I back home and ready to continue our trip in no time. These guys are great.

Seriously had the BEST experience. Had to have my suv towed due to bad wheel bearings. Couldn't move it, it had literally been one thing after another that day and was just a bad day all the way around. Anthony was the one who got the call to come pick it up and I'm so glad he did because he made the whole situation so much less stressful and even brightened my day a little with his great personality. I HIGHLY recommend using them if you ever find yourself in the situation to need their help..... make sure you ask for Anthony! Service: Car towing

Mack & Buck is the best Towing service around!! Bucky is very nice and definitely loves helping his customers!! Even his driver that come And picked up my truck was over and beyond nice. My serpentine belt broke and my sister and I was going to fix it once we got it to my house but I ve hurt my shoulder and I m not a lot of help since it effects my right arm. Well the driver helped my sister without us even asking him, which we wasn t going to as that isn t his job. He just jumped right in there and within about 15/20 min between my sister and the driver my truck was back up and running!! Of course we thanked him but I wanted to let everyone know not only is Mack and Buck the best but so are all the employees!!! I definitely won t use any other towing service!!

Mack & Bucks is the most reputable tow company in the area! They are the only ones I would let tow any of my vehicles. Bucky and Hannah have always gone above and beyond with customer service. Would highly recommend.

I must say, if your ever have a flat tire or broke down on the side of the 985; I would highly recommend Mack and Buck Towing out of Homer. Anthony, our tow truck driver was awesome. We didn t have that silent/awkward ride back home.

Me & my family hit a deer tonight. Today was suppose to be Anthony s day off but he got a call that my family was stranded & needed his help. Anthony quickly came to our rescue even though he didn t have to! I wanna give a big thanks to Anthony & the company. If it wasn t for them I d still be stranded on the high way right now!

Got to me quicker than I thought he could. Delivered 2 old vw beetles and put them exactly where I wanted them. Pretty tight squeeze too. Thanks Anthony. There is an old '70 bay window single cab we might need to go get in Alabama. I'll call for help if the deal goes through.

BIG thanks to Anthony for wenching me out of a ditch. Not only did he do his job professionally but he made it to my location in less than 10 minutes and had me out of the ditch and on my way within 15 minutes. That guy sure knows what hes doin when it comes to a rollback. You d think he had been doin it his whole life. I was so pleased with the service I received and now he s the only one I ll allow to tow my vehicles. Since the winch out he was the first one I called after hitting a dear and he s towed a car I purchased to my house. Love his attitude! Thank you Anthony
