After years of using dealerships, we needed an expensive repair on our Infinity QX80. Kevin & Ken at Moore's Auto Care were absolutely wonderful to work with. Good people! They were reasonably priced and excellent at communicating exactly what was wrong and setting expectations. We were particularly impressed that they did not rely on a preliminary problem assessment by Infinity. Instead, they were careful to perform their own diagnosis to make sure that they got it right. We VERY, VERY much appreciate everything and HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

I can't say enough about Ken ( owner ) and Kevin. I have entrusted them with the care of my vehicle since 2010. They are wonderful and are always a phone call away. They do fantastic work and just are all around great guys.

Very disappointing....after so many great things I heard about this place they dropped the ball with us! First and last time there...Left my car at 8am and they never even looked at it after it sat there all day! The excuse is that they were too busy! Never mind that I had an appointment, never mind that we called at 12pm and they still had not looked at my car. They said they were planning on looking at it tomorrow morning! I appreciate that they are busy but my time is as valuable as theirs! I took a day off from work so that my car could sit at this auto shop all day without being looked at! I guess they don't need my business.

Our work truck had brake caliper issues keeping us from passing our DOT inspection. The crew at Moore s gave us a realistic timeline of when the service would be completed upfront. They ended up getting our truck fixed quicker than expected and ready to pass the DOT inspection. Thanks for the great service!

I recently brought my car in and had an exceptional experience. It is incredibly difficult to find a reputable mechanic who doesn't try to up sell. These guys give not take. AMAZING!!! Discounted oil change for new customers and a ride when you need to leave your car there.I will be recommending Moore's Auto Care Center to any and all who need GREAT auto care

No one wants to deal with a vehicle having problems. These guys help make the process so much easier. They re friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! I ll continue to come back with any vehicle issues I can t handle myself. It s been well worth the time and money to check these guys out!

Been going to Moore's for probably 6-7 years now. They've always been really good to me. I still remember when I had work done at another shop months later my friend and I were rotating my tires and that shop must have cross threaded some lug nuts which resulted in us snapping some wheel studs off. I called up Moore's and they replaced the wheel hub assembly and wheel studs. Moore's fixed what the other shop originally screwed up on and it was fixed in a timely manner. I do miss when you could make appointments for oil changes but I still take my car there and have them done you just have to drop off the car. In the end they are the shop I keep coming back to. It's a great local shop so be sure to give them a try!

Had an awesome experience @ Moore's Auto Care Center recently. My '98 Z24 broke down on me in the rain. Had it towed to my regular mechanic and he was not able to diagnose the problem. Slept overnight to think about where to have my z24 towed next. Remember Wood-Moore "back then" performing great repair work on my other cars several years back. Had the z24 towed out to Holly Springs the next day and they were able to diagnose the problem a few days later in the same week. I was back on the road by the end of the same week. Car runs great! Pleased with their work.

Took my wife's '02 MDX in for transmission repair. First experience with Moore's autocare and it went great. The owner, Kevin, was very quick to respond and honest with his feedback on the repairs. They did all the work in a timely manner. We had an unexpected issue when we got the car back, but Kevin towed the car back to the shop at his own expense and fixed the issue for us with no additional cost. I'd highly recommend Moore Auto for honest repair work at a reasonable price.

11/10 experience, every time! Kevin and his crew really strive to go above and beyond. I ve taken my Kia here on a couple different occasions and I m never disappointed. The service is fast and every detail is handled with care. The communication is outstanding! If I have a problem, I message them through their app and I always get a quick response, which is super convenient when you aren t around the phone a lot of the day. They are honest in their work and I will always trust them with my car. These guys will take care of you!

I had my truck towed in because it was having transmission issues. They had it diagnosed and repaired much faster than I had anticipated and it drives better than when I bought it! These guys will be my go to for any repairs in the future. A+ communication and super friendly people.

Let me start by saying that words cannot begin to express my opinion of Moore's Auto. First, my car was running hot...had it towed to Moore's around lunch. It was the water pump. They had it fixed and back to me by the end of the day! This was a lifesaver because we were headed out of town the next morning. They are fast, efficient and professional !!! I highly recommend!

As a single mom, I always have a challenge looking for a great auto shop and mechanic. Denver Peardon came to my rescue and Moore's Auto Care Center not only helped fix my overheating car in November, but also was up front and honest about everything I asked. Needless to say, this is my go-to auto shop from now on.

Great service. Had transmission issues for a work truck and they got it rebuilt way faster than I thought it would take. They were in constant contact via phone or text too. Will definitely be taking more of our fleet there.

I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado that needed a new transmission. Kevin and his team installed a rebuilt transmission. I had the work done about three weeks ago. Since then I have driven my truck on a lengthy vacation. It drove great. No problems. Moving to the area and my truck needed some routine work. Moore's got me in quickly, and done with everything in a day, along with suggestions on what else is coming due soon. Prices were fair, and I appreciated the quick work and cost estimates prior to starting work. Will be back, glad to have found a good local shop!

I have used Moore's Auto Care Center several times over the past 5 years on multiple vehicles. Their prices are fair, Kevin employes knowledgeable mechanics, work is always guaranteed. I give Moore's Auto Care 5 stars. I would and have recommended their service too others. 5 STARS! A++! Would recommend!Kevin and all the technicians at Moore s Auto Care will go above and beyond to take care of any and all repairs/service needs you might have! The customer service is unmatched and the hard work does not go unnoticed. They had me in and out for an exhaust system replacement in no time. They also took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle from bumper to bumper, as I had just purchased it and did not have any prior service records for it.
