This place is awesome. When I was told that I needed adjustments to my car, they were quick in getting me into assess my car. They worked with my busy schedule. They told me honest reviews of my car, rather than just trying to make money like the dealership. They are very good with communication and handling your car.

I have been coming to this location since it opened and love these guys. I almost always know what is wrong when I bring my vehicles in but I have never told them this. They have never missed a thing and never tried to get me to repair anything unnecessary. Most recently a very impressive young man named Andrew found a very tricky heat shield rattling problem and definitely went above and beyond to get that squared away. Andrew I can't thank you enough and I can't wait to meet you. One of my windshield wipers fell off on the interstate. I drove straight to this location to see if they'd let me pay for just one wiper instead of a pair. I was able to pull into an open garage right away, they replaced the missing wiper at no charge. They said they had put them on and it was on them.To be honest, this is the kind of service I get every time I come. They have a super friendly, kind and honest team. Such a breath of fresh air in this industry. Grateful my office is so close to them. I recommend them constantly.Service: Tires

Cary the mechanic was very polite. This express oil is spotless clean(even the restrooms). They change your oil while you're in the car, unless you need to use the restroom. I will absolutely use this express oil again! I will also recommend this place to my family/friends.UPDATE 12-26-23 : This is the best established car maintenance shop in all of Cherokee County! David is exceptionally professional and thorough with the care of my car. As a single woman, I never feel anything but respect and honesty from this Express. Thank you all!!Service: Oil change

AMAZING service with VERY kind, knowledgeable and professional guys!My husband and I call Georgia home, yet with work having us out of town, our daughter has been saved by these guys on numerous occasions. One time with our daughter stuck on the side of the road with a tire blow out. They went out of their way to help her from being stranded at night . We REALLY appreciate them all, and thanks to Harrison on this recent adventure of finding our daughter 2 tires over July 4th weekend!!! . Thanks guys! We would give you all more stars if we could!!! AWESOME Service ALL THE WAY AROUND!!

Came in with my senior Mom who had a brake light out, which she had attempted to replace herself. What EXCELLENT Customer Service!! They handled her with care and had us in and out within 10 minutes!! Thank You!!

Good people. 4:30 on a Saturday 30-minutes before they close I spot a nail in my tire - again! I call these guys, they say bring it over. I got there in 7 minutes and I was out the door before close. Have no doubt they wanted out of work on time but didn't hesitate offering to help. Certainly appreciated, recommend you give these guys a try!Service: Tires

Fast, professional and just nice guys. I'd go there again in a heartbeat.....well, I wrote this two years ago and it is still the only place I go for my oil change. I live further away now but still go back. Honest, fast and friendly. Can't say enough good things.

David, the Manager at the Holly Springs, GA location assisted me, immediately, right at opening, at 8:00am, even though I had an appointment set for 12:00pm, and despite being understaffed on a Saturday. He called over Bobby, who was a superstar at getting my A/C blower replaced and recharging a pound and a half of freon at a superbly reasonable cost. I was in and out in exactly one hour! This is the absolute best group of professionals that I have encountered in quite some time. You can absolutely trust your auto repair and maintenance needs with this team.

Everyone is always really nice here. Great group of people with fair prices. I have taken vehicles here for issues not related to oil or tires as well and they always keep communication and do a quick job. My go to place.

I just started coming here for the oil changes, both for my Bmw and my dad Camry . They worked every quick and efficiently. One time I was here because I over turned the lug nuts on my wheels and they were willing to help, even though they were not able to remove them but I really appreciated their help. I would surely recommend this place to everyone!

If there was a negative star I would....This guy's almost made my engine knock!!! They did not seal the gasket well so my car was leaking... they changed the oil on a Saturday and returned the next Saturday they lied to me it's the power steering ... went to Autozone and they told me NOPE its your oil gasket not sealed well!!!!Thank God for Lee at the express oil change on Townlake... he saw it fixed it for free...This is not how to get clients!!!!! Shame shame

I most definitely recommend this shop. David, Bobby, & Brian are superb Gentlemen. They do awesome and fast work. They go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. I rate them 10 stars!

Always fast (<10 minutes) and great service for my oil changes. David, the director of operations, is very nice and helpful. Full service oil change is about $70 and they often have coupons that you can use. Highly recommend!

David and Bryan were awesome! My oil change took 10 minutes and i got to stay in my car. They topped off several fluids for me while the hood was already up! David was super friendly and welcoming. Wonderful 5 star service! David and Billy were the ones who helped me and couldn t have been nicer. This was also the only shop within 10 miles that could get the tire I needed next day. Very quick and reasonably priced, I am sure to return for my car needs!Service: TiresService: Tires

Fantastic service!!!! Bobby, Dominick and Brian, the best guys in their field. I don t need to drive many miles to a dealership that doesn t offer the kind of professionalism and quality workmanship that the Holly Springs O. E. gives! They ve replaced; headlight fuses, thermostat and just recently an instrument cluster on a 2004 Blazer. $40 for an oil change when I brought my own oil and filter is a bit much. They did not top off any fluids or complete the inspection stated on the website. I know my air filter is dirty. Wiper fluid still low. Never looked inside car which is where cabin filter is ALWAYS located. They did check tires and lights and maybe the suspension, I'm not sure because thats under the car. I run a front and rear dashcam and can prove everything I've stated here. I was in a slight hurry and thought surely an express location could complete these bare minimum services successfully. The staff at that location is amazing and down to earth. They are also knowledgeable, professional and understanding. I will definitely use this location again for my car issues in the future. I just went in for a oil change but also had them do a free check up on the rest of the car just to see if they saw anything else wrong with it. So what they found is next time when I bring the car back it doesn't have to be anytime soon but I will need my back brakes adjusted, new front rotors and a new alternator (maybe). The price that I was told for those two things were very reasonable. Not going to say what they told me because I don't want to get anyone in trouble lol.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
