Great wrecker service, my car was totalled and they didn't wrap my windows up but they didn't charge me to get my things or anything like that. My personal belongings were all safe in my car when i retrieved them in a secure lot.

I ve been knowing Ricky Samples, owner and operator, my whole life. I ve never met a more genuine person who is so willing to help others. He has top of the line wreckers, well maintained, clean, affordable, and fast service. I definitely recommend anyone needing a wrecker to contact Samples wrecker service. I m a police officer and I highly recommend this wrecker service, and I don t recommend anyone else in this area. Just saying. That s my 2 cents for what it s worth.

Mr. Ricky was working on getting a title to an abandoned car for me , it took him a little longer then he anticipated due to the court house shutting down for covid 19 but he did come through. If I could give no stars I would!! Georgia State Trouper had my son's car towed to this place, which was 30 miles from where we live (he wrecked only 12 miles from home)They charged us $325!!! Then the lady that works/ owns the place was SO VERY RUDE to me!! She even told me to take care of my business and she would take care of hers and hung up on me!!! TERRIBLE customer service!!! Don't use them unless you have plenty of money and are ready to be treated extremely ugly!!!

Quick service on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly and gave information on a shortcut to my house I will use going to lake from now on. Clean rollback truck. Allowed my dog to ride with me in cab with air. Will use again if any of my vehicles break down.

Very nice nice but kinda of expensive. Charged me $60 for less than a mile from my house. Also made my husband and i ride in my car while on top of the roll back. I thought that was dangerous and against the law.

Poor service and charge whatever they won't, my car was tow cause the battery went dead, and it was there not even 6hours I had to pay them 175.00 to get my car back ..they very greedy and money hungry
