Rude cashier, $17.00 for a shower and can't even get a smile. Like she was doing me a favor and I didn't pay for the shower.I guess it's ok to just throw the towels any old how in the shower also. It's the little things that makes a difference. No wonder they only have 2.6 points in reviews. It's folks like her that give the establishments bad names, didn't get her name but the older white lady.Also forgot my Michael Kors sandals in the shower, why when my wife went back for them, the bigger white girl in the red t shirt had them on top of the trash bin, taking about she didn't know we was coming back for them but they wasn't in the trash but on top hmmm lol it wasn't even 5 minutes. Thought she was getting off Michael Kors sandals telling my wife "yes they liked me too" lol

When I came in for an oil change I spoke to the day time lady and told her that I have already gone to two different TA's and none have the oil filter. I ask them if they had it and they told me they did have it and there is only 1 person in front of me that just needed 2 tire replacements. I got there at 2pm and at 7pm I walked back to the office and asked hey what's the hold up? They ended up closing lubricant lane for the day instead of just telling me the truth and wasting my time. I don't know if they didn't have the part, or they just don't care but time is money. The mechanic's name was wright and forrest. If you see them don't waste your time.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Robert in the shop needs to find a job where he doesn't have to speak to people. Horrible customer service from ROBERT in the shop.

Not 24hrs! Had me wait 4.5 hours just for them to tell me they were closed last minute as they ran around closing up the shop! Wish they moved that fast for service lol!! Hold down the star for actual review!!

Waste of time.... the wait for repairs is 1.5 hrs.. 1.5 hrs I get a call that they can't fix a light...why is this place even open... truck repair certified my a$$. Thanks for wasting my time you pos

Men's bathroom was filthy, toilet paper on floor in stalls, garage was overflowing, and no handtowels in the dispenser. Smelled like sewage in the parking lot.

They said that the shop is open 24 hours, but is not true, I waiting 45 minutes in this morning only to tell me that they open at 3 pm

Had a tire patched here......Ended up getting into a shouting match with the tire kid who wouldn't let me sit in my truck while the repair was made ........The patch is leaking air now and will have to be taken apart and fixed again.......Ade ( the manager ) was not helpful and ended up shouting explitives......zero stars
