These guys were very courteous and professional. My truck was stuck on a lift at a dealership while still in the air. Terry who I think is the owner could see the concern on my face. He came.over and assured me that they would take care of my truck. He even showed me some pictures of some recoveries they have done. It did put my mind at ease. They removed my truck from the lift without any damage whatsoever. I would not hesitate to ever use these guys in any situation in the future.

My vehicle broke down and I was stranded in the cold. This company arrived promptly and towed my vehicle, provided my family with transportation home and repaired my vehicle. Excellent service!

My car broke down on a Sunday and I was desperately looking for hell to tow from Hogansville, Ga back to Columbus, Ga. These guys were a blessing. They were able to get us from where we broke down to our home safely. The driver was very quick and efficient. Horrible experience I arrived at 4:42 & was informed that the office personnel had already left for the day. I was told that she'd went to Home Depot, was possibly heading home in Heard County and would not be coming back until the next day. The office was to close at 5. I wanted to get my belongings out of the vehicle so the insurance company could salvage it.The guy, with blue Bud Light can in hand, calls the office personnel and was told to take my information, including pictures of my driver's license and I was allowed to get my belongings.

Absolutely delightful experience! I called and they had someone to me in less than 20 minutes. He loaded up the truck super fast (keeping in line with the namesake) was able to suggest a place to do the repairs and their prices were more than fair. Although I hope I never need to, I would definitely use them again!

In summary, 1 star for price and 1 star because I never had too see anyone. At length however I paid them $100 for a tow from lagrange too franklin (which is a good deal) while I was at work. I get home too find my car parked so close too my other vehicle that I can not get inside it from that side. After moving cars I realized that I have no key. I called them too find out where it is, and they told me the driver forgot it in his truck and will return it in the morning sense he is already off for the day. Reluctantly I agreed and waiting till noon the next day too call them again sense I never received my key too find out that the driver never found the key and had forgot about me.i drive back too lagrange too find my key in the parking spot I broke down in. So in summary it's cheap and easy but there not gonna care about you or your car.

Was hit on the rear driver side, loaded my car up quick. I've got my car back, went to see what's wrong with my driver side speaker, and my screwdriver set is gone. Body shop says they have enough tools, the place that aligned the tires says they never removed anything. Just leaves the towing company. Thinking about suing.

I called the company and asked for a tow and the guy told me he'd be there in 25 mins and was right on time. The guy was professional and experienced. I was back home with my truck in 25 mins. Very pleased with the service and very happy with the rate. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Thank you!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!They are the same people as the ones at A laGrange Towing. There is nothing more to describe these 2 companies except THIEVES! They charged over $3000 for 1 hour of work. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

My son had got arrested the tow guy came out the car on the wrecker and took it right back off he didn t drive it anywhere and charge 225.00 that s a rip off I will never refer this company to anyone at he didn t rid it to another location at all five minutes of sitting it on the back rip off

When they came to get a bus out of my yard they broke a pretty good chunk off of my concrete driveway and when I called they said that they were not responsible. Not happy.
