I called several times in a row and when I finally got through to someone she had an attitude. First impressions are everything in customer service. I went back and read comments like "We sell cars. We're not mechanics." If you're a reputable car dealer then you should have a mechanic on staff....

Trash company, rude people , I took them to court 3 years ago for wrongfully repoing my car, with ALL of my stuff in it , they made me wait over thanksgiving to get my stuff so I went off! I was making payments and my car was almost payed off, and get this they drove my old car to court. I seen it in the parking lot. I was dismissed in court , they even wouldn t allow me a witness bc I think they payed off the judge . I hope that piece of company gets shut down. Sheisty is an understatement. I m just now making a review because I see they still in business when they need to be shut down.

So the only reason that I am giving 2 stars, is because the lady that worked there was really nice. If it was not for that, I d give 0 stars. Aside from it taking over 3 months to get our title and repeated calls trying to get it, once again the lady was nice. We have had the vehicle for about 5 months. We just had to get almost $500 worth of work done to it. After getting it checked out further, it also has an oil leak (not part of the $500 worth of work. And also, when we got the oil changed, we realized that the group of buttons used to reset oil didn t work either (would be another $200 to fix, and not part of the $500).Had to edit and change the rating. We ve now had the vehicle less than 6 months. A/C went out. Oil leak is getting worse. We are trading it in at a real dealership.So in less than 6 months, we had $500 worth of work done, found out there was an oil leak, and the A/C went out.Don t make the same mistake we did and rush and buy from here.

My experience was amazing. They have great customer service and very understanding. All you need to do is communicate and they will work with you. The payments are very reasonable and easy to pay. love my new car sooo much.

The worst dealership experience. I literally reached out to this dealership alil after this vehicle was posted. i contacted 5 times just to set up an appointment to see this car cause they couldn't do it wensday Thursday or Friday for some odd reason. So i had to wait a whole other week. So Monday came and my old car literally pooted on me broke down while driving an hr and a half. I had some one bring me up there i was told this car was ready to be seen. First off the rip i was told the compressor for the a/c is not in the lady told me i could put it in or they could do it. Knowing this car was posted over a whole week and a half they literally couldn't put it in from the time i contacted them. The glove box wouldn't open nor would the trunk i had to fix, the car is 10 grand for 2 year payment i absolutely had really no choice. So i was told i had to bring in the car and was gonna receive my car the next day and after that they were gonna tow my car to my house that specific works from the mechanic from the dealership then 2 days later at 10 at nighr they call me telling me if i could meet them an hr away like i had a vehicle. Just plain ridiculous and they drove my car they didn't tow it so they literally used up all my gas and didn't bother to compensate. Oh and by the way the mechanic shop is a 1/4 mile down the rd and apparently they didn't have time what so ever to do it in a week in advance of posting the vehicle poor service poor planning. Do not go here waist of time and more money then expect to use.

Steer clear. An absolute nightmare to work with. You basically have to beg them to do their job. Closed during business hours. They re super sketchy. Thankfully I trusted my gut when I sensed something was off. I left as soon as I read all of the horrible reviews. If you value your hard earned money, buy a car elsewhere!

Please do not buy from this company. They are scammers. My niece just brought a 2012 black Honda from them. She hasnt had it 30 days and now it has stop driving. She reach out to the guy that sold it to her that work for this company and his name is kai blake and he stated to her "what you want me to do about?" My niece has two beautiful young daughters that she has to take care than to be scam like this. Please do not buy a cars from this company! Also if you have scammed by this company please report them to the BBB. And get you a lawyer like she is doing.

If I didn t have to put a star I wouldn t. They sell raggedy wrecked cars fixed them up to only last a few months. Let s not forget they also roll the mileage back on every car they sell which is really illegal. The black lady in there is very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn t recommend nobody to purchase a car from them. I m getting my lawyer involved I hope they get shut down soon.

Didn t even get an hour away before the A/C stopped working. Took it to the mechanic who found that gasket sealer had been used to engage the clutch so the compressor would work temporarily. Since the records show this car was repossessed and then sold at auction to this group, I will leave it up to you to guess who the logical choice would be for tampering with the car.

My only is issue is communication is poor. Other than that they work with you on payments the lady is nice. Cars are okay but with any buy here pay here you have to check out the car before purchasing.

Be careful when you buy a car from there. They can sell you high mileage car with a roll back ODO meter. Always ask for a Carfax report first. I trusted them and they screwed me up.

this ar lot sale cars with savage titles ad then pick them back up after a month or so and says that he's not listed as a lien holder.Will file law suitplease join this, I know you have people that has been done like this.

Take y all money somewhere else! I am in the Process of taking them to court they have bad customer service and once they get upset with you they will come pick up the car an lie about it..
