This was the 4th location I ve been to and by far this was the best service. The experience was much faster and efficient than all other locations, and the professionals, conversations, and explanations were very clear and pleasant. Even with the cars ahead of me I was in and out much faster than other locations even with this location taking more precautions and doing more checks to make sure their job was done correctly. This location turned my opinion around about the company as previous locations frustrated me with their service. I never once questioned anyone at this locations professionalism, knowledge or ability and felt I was in good hands, where previous experiences at other locations gave me pause. So all in all I think they did a great job and deserve to be recognized for it.

This place is GREAT!!!! They explained everything thoroughly. The prices were great. And the service was with a smile. Lakin was smart, kind, and a joy. I was well educated on all the things as they pertained to my car s needs. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Austin knew the ins and outs of my vehicle and I appreciated his insight. I will return and I will tell everyone who will listen to go to Take 5 in Hiram!

When my car needs serviced I go to Take Five. I love the way they take care of me and my car! They are always so nice and professional. Theychange my oil, check my tire pressure, check all my fluids and refill if necessary. They check my air filters to make sure they are in good shape and they also check my wiper blades. If anything needs replaced they show me and tell me why. They even offer me bottled water for refreshment! I love being able to sit in my car and being present during the whole event. They waste no time- they are fast and efficient. They even have a manager check all the work after completed. As a single woman I have always hated having to take my car in to be serviced but with Take Five I enjoy every minute of it!

Hunter made my first experience at Take 5 great. He was super helpful and informative about the process. He gave a thorough and mindful explanation about what my car needed replaced and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything more than what I needed. Justis was also great and had shown me before and after coolant services. The only downside was the prices, but the customer service was beyond excellent with all the techs being informative, helpful, and friendly.

I feel silly because I ve been missing out on 25% off oil changes as a Veteran. Good service from the time we pulled up till it was time to pull out of the bay. Scotty was a great wealth of knowledge and a good salesman. I never felt pressured into buying anything extra but I was given information on the best ways to maintain my vehicle. I will definitely return with all of my vehicles.

I always go here for my oil change but on this particular day Naz was my service provider and she explained that they could do a top off in between my regular scheduled oil changes. She also checked my air filter and wipers. Another tech, Justis was also very helpful. I was really in and out in less than ten minutes and the service was far superior and they have a 25% discount for military, so saving money always helps.

The best service I have ever received instantly. Offered something to drink immediately patiently Waited not long Guided into the Bay didn't have to leave the vehicle. People there Super professional there on no hassles at all I was overly impressed with the service And I was given a very nice military discount. Is they have earned a customer For life.

From start to finish, all of the techs who were assisting were so kind and accomadating. They definitely gave the impression that they wanted to do a good job on my car, and for me to walk away assured it was done right. Great experience!

I am a big fan of this place! Not only do the guys all have amazing attitudes, but they do their very best to get you in and out in no time at all. They offered me a bottle of water, offered to explain anything I didn t understand, and even gave me a new rubber duck for my bronco! :) Top-notch service, good prices, and I was in and out in 20 minutes!

I took my car to this location of Take 5 this past Sunday and I was able to pull my car right in. Shemaiah and Chris worked on my car. Both were very friendly and professional. I appreciated that they kept me informed of everything they were doing. They performed multiple safety checks after the oil change was completed to ensure they hadn't missed anything and to make sure there weren't any leaks. They noticed that the cover under my hood was missing the screw or bolt needed to keep it in place (which I didn't know about). They fixed it for me at no extra charge. Shawn, the manager on duty, came over after the oil change was complete to make sure I had good service. It was nice to see how everyone there worked together as a team to make sure their customers were well taken care of.

Sometimes words aren t enough when it comes to superb service! We bring all three of our vehicles to this specific Take 5, and every single time we are treated with exceptional care!Not 5 stars . 10 . No 20! These guys work their bums off, rain or shine, freezing or hot! Wonderful!! On top of each interaction we have had they ve been so so so kind!Plus, free waters for the road? 10/10 always recommend them!We will be back, of course!!

Quick and easy, guys are very knowledgeable of the job they are doing. I like that you do no have to exit your car, they will offer you complimentary bottle water while you wait. I like how they do not to try to up sale you a product or brand. They tell it like it is and will honestly tell you if it s worth your extra pennies. One note if you are getting your cabin filter replaced you must not have a passenger with you, I was not looking to get it replaced just thought everyone should know. Overall great experience at Take 5!

I go to this location for all my oil changes. They are friendly quick and helpful. They always take care of my car and make sure that I get all the things that I need to keep it running smoothly. Scotty and Chad did an excellent job on my most recent oil change.

Amazing service, the assistant manager(Malik) worked well with me on my oil change. He seen that I had an oil leak and, for my safety, he worked on my car to fix it himself. Good attitude and , good service.

Each of the gentlemen were very pleasant & informative in explaining the process of my oil change & reassuring me that they would make sure the cover underneath my car would be put back properly which I admit was a concern. Being offered a bottle of water while waiting was so appreciated as well. Overall I would say to anyone looking for a place of business that still knows how to treat a customer it would Take 5!

This place is amazing! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, never had to get out of my car, all of the employees were very professional, very nice and they went out of their way to accommodate the customer. The manager came by before I left and asked if everything was satisfactory, and I saw another man overseeing everything so the place was busy, efficient and customer focused! Wish other businesses would take note and run their establishment like this!!!

Brilliant service every time we go there for an oil change/basic check-up. Very thorough and great attention to detail. Some complain about the wait, but what do you expect? If they weren't great, no one would use them...hello?

Oh wow!! I've had the most pleasant experience with the staff at the Hiram location..they were awesome kind and courteous. I was even given a bottle of water while I waited. I definitely will be going back and certainly will be recommending family and friends.

Absolutely amazing service everytime I go. The employees always communicate from beginning to end. They are extremely knowledgeable of their trade and often time educate me on my vehicle. Justis and his team provided a phenomenal experience. Tajohn(please forgive me for the misspelling if it is), literally answered all of my questions and provided simple suggestions for my understanding which was extremely appreciated. Great job to the staff

This was my first time at Take 5 Hiram and I was impressed with the teamworkat bay #3. Jalyan and team were excellent explaining the recommendation oil change for my make and model with option for add-on services, if needed. They were also super helpful and pleasant. I will definitely return!

Had a bad previous experience at this particular location(Hiram) about 8 months prior and I wasn t sure about taking another vehicle there again. With hesitation, I decided to give them one last try. I was pleasantly surprised. The tech, Jaylen, was very professional, and explained everything in detail, as I had come to expect from previous visits. The difference this time though, was that I did not feel pressured into taking a particular service, or feel like I was not being heard because I was a female. Also, Take5 did not turn into take 45. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. I was told that this location is under new management, and I could see a difference. Better service, better experience, and I will be back!

I visited this store before with my Acura. It was a different group of employees, but still the same professionalism. This time I brought my 2021 Kia soul. Shawn and Justis, along with the whole staff have awesome personalities. The management team deserve a hat off for training and putting the team together.This place is like Starbucks, each time I've gone I always get great service. You hear them communicating with each other, laughing, having a good time, yet being professional and handling business. It's nothing like doing business with people that seem to enjoy their job.

I enjoy the quality of service, and the speed at which I can get the oil change completed on my car. However, there was one thing to improve upon from the last visit. Whoever put air in my tires did so incorrectly. The 2014 Toyota Prius requires 35 psi on the two front tires and 34 psi on the rear tires. I check this weekly so I know that that level is kept where it needs to be.After my most recent oil change, the car was pulling to one side as I drove. I checked the tire pressure and found the two front tires at 38 psi and 39 psi, respectively. The rear tires were 34 psi and 40 psi. I corrected that. Apparently, whoever did the tire pressure was not careful as they applied too much air pressure for this vehicle, and created an imbalance while driving. I only posted this detail as a manager said he would use it for instructional purposes. I would not have posted it if it i any way would reflect adversely on the company because I do respect their service and am a regular customer.
