I've rarely used Napa Auto Parts stores in the past but l now see that not using Napa Auto Parts has been a MAJOR MISTAKE!!!I've used all the other auto parts store's, running from one store to the next, looking and searching for auto parts. Napa Auto Parts had what I was looking for on the first trip.I was looking for 5/8 fuel line and the filler fuel hose for my 1993 c1500, for two days I called and went to every auto parts store in my area. No store had what I needed, Except for this Nappa Auto Parts storeIn the future I will be looking for my parts first and foremost at Napa Auto Parts from here on out.

When the auto parts store near you, never has your parts. GO TO NAPA.They will most likely have it. Great service and thank you

Napa is the best place for parts not only for cars but farm equipment. I needed help looking for Bobcat parts and the staff spent over 1 hour locating what I needed. I came into the location with very little information and they were able to find all parts. My Bobcat is back to working again! NAPA is Awesome.

Ordered online for 30 min in-store pick up but waited until the next morning to call to see if it was ready instead I was told that they couldn t find the product so they canceled my order & referred me to another store across town. Poor customer service!!!

Ordered parts online, September 11,2020 on the Sept.12, 2020 @ 08:00 am a NAPA employee Lisa, called my house didn't leave a message but identified NAPA by caller ID. At 11:02 I called Napa back wondering if it could be regarding the parts I ordered the day before. I was informed by Lisa that they would be shipping and handling added to my purchase. I told her that I ordered it shipped to the store and I thought there would be no shipping or handling and to be cancel my order. She said okay and hung up. I called her back told her I thought she was rude and that I was recording the whole conversation before again she hung up without even a sorry. This is a case of buyer beware only shop there if you absolutely have to.

Jason was super helpful and friendly. Called him on the phone, he pulled my parts and had them waiting for me. Awesome customer service, awesome staff, only downside is the trashy run down neighbors (Hiram station)

This Napa Auto Parts in Hiram has great customer service. I stopped by w my Mercedes and the sales clerk went out of her way to try and find me the part I needed. She called a salvage yard for me and gave me two phone numbers as well. She also walked outside to my car to look at the passenger side window to verify a part. Go here.

I have worked in the field of heavy duty diesel ( means I work in it all not just big trucks,but all equipment in the industry) mostly getting what they call the heavy line jobs. Clutches, engines that kind of heavy. My point to that was this: if you need something that is going to perform under the worst conditions, you go to NAPA to get that heavy duty thing you need right then. Not all NAPA stores keep the same inventory as the larger hub stores, but they can get it for you and they will. I bought all my parts from Napa+ not including dealer items) for many years and I have never once had a faulty part, or any issues.

Been here several times and always pleasant folks to help with questions and service. They know their products and a bit of auto repair. Nice place to frequent.

NAPA has a great selection of parts and other items that you will need. They have quality parts. Better than their competitors. Staff is polite.

They had the exact tools I needed to fix the brakes on a VW. It was one of the only places in town that had the special 12pt torx sockets.

Called to check on an item in stock. The lady who answered was very helpful and told me she would have it waiting for me at the counter when I got there, and it was.

Always have what I'm looking for. Only people in town to have my cars lug bolt. Always get parts for low prices that the shops want to charge high prices for

They have a bit higher prices but know 10 times what those school kids know at the every corner parts store, that is if they can even read the screen there looking at. Napa has the right parts also.

Leave their Open sign lit after they're closed and stand inside looking at you like you're crazy when you try to come in
