It's no contest easily the best shop I've been to. Skylar was my technician, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He diagnosed multiple problems on top of doing caster, camber, and toe adjustments in an hour. I highly recommend paying Jordan and his team a visit.

This business has been legitimately providing excellence for the over 13 years I ve been using them. I can t express how nice it is to not have to worry when I m in a service shop. From the expertise to the advisement of service and of course the service provided for the money. Fastlane is the only place I will take my cars. I was potentially looking at a repair cost of thousands on my Porsche. John, Jordan, and Elrod. Found that it was just a sloppy oil change provided from the dealership. Not only did they give me a a proper diagnosis, but they redid the oil change with better oil than the dealer provided. The oil change was also 250.00 less than the dealer!! I am forever a customer. Best independent service facility in Atlanta. HANDS DOWN.

I had my C7 Z06 Corvette track alignment done at the Hiram location on 30 January. Previously I have had my other Corvettes and a Camaro aligned for track use at another one of their locations. This shop is closer to me, so I was glad to see it available.Fastlane has really invested in a fantastic upgrade to this location, which they acquired last fall. The place looks great. The shop is spotless and well organized.Jordon is the store manager at the Hiram location and Elrod was the master technician that did my alignment. Both are very friendly and knowledgeable ... and they listen carefully to what you want done.After getting the alignment completed, my Z06 pulled slightly to one side, so after a short drive to see if it would settle out, I took it right back and Elrod made a couple of quick adjustments. It is driving fine now and I am looking forward to the HPDE season ahead.

I want to thank the team at Fastlane Import Auto Repair. I informed them about the issue with my car, set up an appointment, and had part replaced all at an affordable price done quickly. My car is actually riding much better since the repair work completed on my KIA Optima. Based on dealership price and time, I would recommend taking a look at Fastlane first.

I had my car serviced be Fastlane for front and back brakes with rotors, check engine light issue, new engine belt and fluid flush and it's been a week and I noticed right away that my car was running better than it was. So pleased with the work they did and how I never had to call them to check on my car like I had to do with the two Hyundai dealers I've dealt with. I'm pleased with their service and will definitely go back for future needs. They were courteous, professional, and the ship and waiting area looked exceptionally clean.

They always fix my car quickly accurately and with competitive pricing. I was quoted by them and took it upon myself to check other local competitors. They were actually the best price to service ratio I could find. Super happy I found this place.

I found Fastlane by doing a Google search and glad I did! My car was losing acceleration and I knew I had to find a shop and fast. The owner and technicians here are awesome! You receive the excellent customer service and dealership experience without the price tag of a dealership. Not only did they fix my 2004 Camry and got me back on the road, but was extremely thorough in explaining why my ignition coil failed and what other issues were supporting the problem. I'm very happy they were able to fix my car before the Holidays. Everyone else I called had no availability. The team is seasoned in automotive care, fair and keep you in communication. No surprises like other places. I need more work completed and will bring my car back to the professionals at Fastlane. My detailed invoice was emailed to me and I no longer have to keep up with paperwork. Thank you Jordan and team!!

Now let me start this with i am very picky about where i take my car and where i spend my money. From the moment i walked in, i felt comfortable. i explained what was wrong with my car (ac compressor was shot) and Jordan and the owner (didn t catch his name) took me completely seriously and listened to what i had to say, which can be rare for a woman in a mechanical atmosphere. They were able to diagnose my car and have the part and labor done by 4:30pm the same day. They are extremely knowledgeable and very fairly priced. i will absolutely be going back and they will be my main shop from now on. Highly recommend!

We have used Fast Lane at both the Smyrna & Hiram locations. We continue to be pleased with their courteous service & excellent maintenance of our SUV. Because they are honest people & do not oversell or price-gouge, we will continue to trust our auto maintenance needs to their capable hands.

Excellent excellent I have to say this is the upmost exceptional shop I ve ever been to. These guys made me feel welcomed and squeezed my Honda in so I didn t have to wait for a long time. To find out the motor was blown. On top of that they didn t even charge meI will tell my friends about this shop

I have gone to Fastlane before in Smyrna. Was pleasantly surprised to learn that they are in Hiram. Just had a routine 25k-mile inspection and oil change done recently. Same excellent service now in Hiram. Jordan provided me with prompt, efficient service at the desk. The shop is neat and spotless. My car was ready in less than 45 minutes. Price for the excellent service was quite reasonable.

We have been using Fast Lane in Smyrna for years. You can trust them to care for your car and give recommendations. I am so glad they opened a location closer to me in Hiram. Omg! This place struck me and my friend when we walked in. It was CLEAN & organized. I know, a mechanic shop being clean and organized! Well the service was awesome as well! The guy I originally spoke with John was super nice and then we get there and Jordan was even nicer! They were quick! The process was simple and effective and my happy with the work I had done! Now my van works great! Thanks guys! I will be coming back (if I need to)

First, let me start by saying what a great pleasure working with Mr. Wally and Mr. John.Mr. John informed me of his concern issues with my van. Mr. Wally kept me informed every step of the way with the progress of my van.Fast Lane auto replace Front brake calipers, pads, rotors and rear left & right axle bearing on my 2016 Nissan NV 3500. My wife and I are very happy and pleased with the work of Fast Lane auto repair. No more bad, breaking and roaring noise from the rear!

Great overall service from customer to the auto repair. This trip I met the owner John very good experience and Josh does a great job of communicating with us for what wrong with the vehicle, to what needs to be done, to how much and when the vehicle is done. I would recommend them to others.

I came here for a second opinion. I received help very quickly after walking in, and was able to drive my car the next day. Overall, they were extremely helpful and honest. I will be sure to go here again if my car has any future issues.

Jordan was extremely professional and very courteous, while also informing me with every detail of my repair. I will definitely be returning here for any problems and basic maintenance in the future. This place is amazing!!! I had my vehicle serviced here by the old owner and now will get it serviced by the new owners. I just got a oil change and tire rotation and was in and out quickly.

The crew at Fastlane are exceptional! They always do a great job and the pricing is always fair. Jordan takes care of us in a way that leaves no doubt they care about us and our business. I took my vehicle in because it was vibrating pretty strongly at high speeds. They got me in the next morning and they had it diagnosed by noon. The most honest mechanic I've found and I will definitely be back.

Got some basic maintenance done on my BMW even though it's not one of their normal brands to work on. Nevertheless, Fastlane did their normal great job on my vehicle!
