I was recommended this place by a family member. Once I found out Mike W worked here, this is the only place I'll bring my vehicles. They are extraordinarily fair on pricing. They call and explain what's going on so you are included in decisions, their communication is amazing, and they are great people. I wish I could give more than 5 stars here. I've never had any issues with them with anything.The only complaint I have is a good complaint to have. I do wish I could get my vehicles in sooner sometimes, but making a reservation really does help with making my own schedule work. I can account for the work being done on that reservation day and so I can rent a car for that day or however long it takes. Being busy is a great problem to have. Love these guys.

One of the most upright auto repair shops I have ever dealt with. They honor their word and are honest about what they fix. I do a lot of my own repairs but when I need a mechanic, this is who I go to!

I am a truck driver went to Donnie's few years ago for my Ford Ranger changing the pipe on rear end, my truck was alot quieter after it was fixed.Today I brought my car for normal maintenance, I ask myself why haven't I been coming here all along.Overall good service honest about their work.I'll be back soon.Thanks

I have been a customer of Donnie's for approximately 7 years. They worked on three of my vehicle's over the years, and I enjoyed doing business with them.Last week I was told by David (manager), that their technician's don't want to work on Yukon anymore. They have installed 3 new throttle body's, 10/22/21, 6/27/22, and 11/17/22. They also replaced an oxygen sensor, and a oil pressure switch. The throttle body problem continues to exist. Now they no longer want my business through no fault of mine. Donnie's has abandon me with this problem to solve on my own, rather than working with me to get the problem resolved.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I was referred to Donnies by Discount Tires after having my Cooper Discoverer ATP tires installed in 2016. Around about 10,000 to 15,000 miles I started to notice uneven ware on the insides of the tires. I took it back and told the "Alignment Specialist" that something wasn't right, that I was noticing uneven ware. He takes my Jeep back into the shop for another so called alignment. When he brings my Jeep back out and asked if I had any other work done to it and I proceed to tell him yes, that my husband replaced lower ball joints and such right before I had these new tires put on. This next part is the kicker!! He tells me the problem is that all the parts my husband replaced just haven't been broke in yet, that I needed to take it to a parking lot with speed bumps and drive over them repeatedly.....Um, isn't that going to cause an alignment to be knocked out of place!?!? This is nothing personal against Donnie, he's a great guy, but don't trust his alignment Specialist, he has no sense! I lost 15,000+ miles on my Cooper tires because of a poor mechanical performance.

I called to inquire about having the alternator in my car replaced at around 8 a.m. I was given a quote and an estimated day and time for when the job could be completed. Well, they exceeded expectation and had my car ready to go within hours and for less then the initial amount quoted. Excellent service!!!

This place is consistently amazing! Thanks to the Navy, I'm currently living in Illinois, but when I found I had a little time off, I came all the way down to Georgia to get my Jeep fixed here (and to visit family). I wish I could find a place like this in Illinois.

I walked into Donnie s Automotive in need if a brake job on 12/20 because I was taking a long trip on 12/22. I was freaked out because the brakes were so bad and I was afraid I wouldn t be able to go. Not only did they calm my nerves while I was there, but they were able to get my brakes done before 8 am on 12/21!! I will never use another mechanic - they made my Christmas trip possible!Service: Brakes

Terrible experience, do not go here! Messed up my car permanently and now I have to get a new car soon. Thanks so much, Donnie s. Gave me an attitude after explaining the poor work, very disappointed.

Can t say enough about my experience with Donnie s I ve used them twice since I moved to the area & both times the service was excellent both times my business vehicles were towed to his shop after hrs they reached out to me the very next morning to find out what the problem was then checked my vehicle called me back with a diagnosis & BOOM vehicle was fixed the same day & my business was back up & running thanks to Donnie s automotive. I've been taking my vehicles to Donnie's for years. He and his crew have been nothing but honest, polite and consistent with me. They do quality work in a timely manner and are fairly priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service! I had to have 2 coil packs replaced, which is par for the course, for my Ford Expedition. Of course, my truck, is 16 years old. This time they were both on the same side, they were fairly easy to get to. I wasn't there 30-45 minutes. They were exceptionally reasonable. Good Christian people.

Making an appointment didn't mean anything. My car still didn't get looked at on the day that it was scheduled. I was inconvenienced and my car worked better when I dropped it off than when I picked it up. Then when I contacted them to let them know after I paid for the repairs in full, I was told that they would have to make me an appointment. Never again. I learned my lesson once again. When people show you who they are believe them.. Now I see why I should've just went to the dealership. And if you request for your old parts to be saved make sure when you pick your car up they show them to you.!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always a pleasure, Donnie does fantastic work and a great job. his pricing is honest and fair, if you ever want good quality work at a fair price then he would be where I recommend you take your vehicle. Absolutely the finest mechanic around.

We have been talking our cars to Donnie for 20+ years. HONEST, FAIR car repair. Almost impossible to find the kind of integrity Donnie and his son have embedded in their business. I unconditionally recommend this shop.

Great repair shop. My clutch went out on my Mustang GT on a Sunday and I didn't have an appointment, they worked me into the schedule as soon as they could, and once they got it in, I had it back the next day! Great people and great work! I will use them again for future work.

Donnie lives by the golden rule. Truth be told there have been many times we felt undercharged here for such great service and honesty. We trust Donnie and his team does a fantastic job every time.

Was referred by Discount Tire to have front end alignment and was VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICES!!! The owner Ronnie is a good honest Christian man. The customers there were raving about how they have been going there for 10 years plus and they would never go anywhere else. They said he has always been honest and up front with them.

Awesome First Experience.... But unusual, I broke down right in front of Donnies and I had just gotten into an altercation with Auto Zone who wouldn't help me, My hose had broken and I stepped out on Faith and God allowed me to brake down where HE WOULD SEND ME ON TIME HELP, AS I WALKED IN HE IMMEDIATELY CAME TO MY RESCUE AND THEN SOME FIXED ME RIGHT ON UP.... I would recommend Mr Donnie to anyone , He is a true believer of Jesus Christ and demonstrates his Love for JESUS CHRIST EVEN THROUGH HIS BUSINESS.... I cried because I was amazed how his excellent customer service was excellent, He came and shock my hand and even gave me a hug and told me Jesus takes care of His Children!!! I absolutely had an awesome experience and he didn't see anything wrong with my color....
