Brought my car in to have the front two tires balanced. Watched them only balance the passenger side one. I questioned them if they balanced the driver side one too and they told me yes. So when the guy brought my car to me I asked the guy who actually did the work and he said they told him to balance only the one tire. I made him bring it back in the bay to have the driver side balanced too. When the manager came to talk to me he was trying to tell me that my shaking steering wheel was because I needed new tires. Needless to say my steering wheel is fine now I just needed the tires balanced. Always watch them when you request work done on your car, never trust the shop coming from someone that does all my own work on my car, I just don t have the machine to balance tires.

Discount Tire did an amazing job on getting the vibration out of my tires.Had it balanced at 2 different shops before and it still had a very harsh vibration. They got the vibration out and all is good in a very timely manner!

A fragile center cap on my 4runner wheel was damaged while tires were getting rotated. The team here was helpful and able to get the issue successfully resolved. Thank you, Josh and staff.

Been getting my tires and rotations done here for probably 15 years. They have always made everything satisfactory. They have gone above and beyond multiple times. Not every initial outcome was perfect, but they have always ensured the final outcome was satisfactory.

This location has always been absolutely phenomenal. The curb had the audacity to jump out and hit my tire which landed me on a complete flat. I arrived to the location and the technicians were extremely helpful and got my tired replaced as soon as possible. Thankfully, I had purchased the warranty so there was no additional cost to me and I am extremely grateful! Thank you fellas for your wonderful customer service. I will be back for all my tire needs.

I have been using the Hiram location for years! However, I attempted to schedule an appointment, but the website indicated only walk in was available. I arrived at 12:15 and was told that it was backed up and it would be a 2 hour wait. However, other customers that came in after me was service and left and my vehicle had and not been taken back to service! The customer experienced today was below par! I definitely would not recommend this location. The service was biased and the manager only gave excuses for the poor service!

This is the most racist , worst tire shop in Hiram, GA. I came there with my brand new bmw 2022. If you have really nice cars stay far from here. Im from New York City and to the employees to the managers , this was the most racist thing I ve ever been threw in my 30 years of living. They damage my rim and completely ruined my experience with discount tires. If you have money and you look good and love yourself do not go to this tire shop. They cater to people they only relate to: They didn t even try to come up with solution. Just gave me my refund to not have to deal with the lawsuits that is still otw to discount tires Hiram ga.

Why would I set an appointment for 5:15 and they not even take my car until 6:32??? Whats the point? And when I asked they danced around telling me how long it was going to take. I asked at 5:50-ish and was told "it'll be dine within the hour." So...here I sit. At 6:40 and counting. My car not done. And when I looked thru the window they hadn't even started ither than moving it back. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible location, 3 months later and the issues They caused have only managed to be made worse. They have damaged my rims, my tire, and a Very Expensive S65 tpms sensor. I will never return to this location, i will HAPPILY drive over an hour to the Duluth location to have my problems resolved Correctly..

They did great with my Tesla Model 3. They even knew about the pucks to protect the battery which I had. The prices were great, the staff was also great. They must have great management cuz they had more employees and I've seen it any other shop recently. I currently plan to use this Discount Tire for the foreseeable future with my Tesla Model 3 and other cars.

I just want to thank every single person at discount tire for everything they have done for me. I ordered some rims and FedEx said they delivered them, but didn t. Discount tire staff helped me find some more that would work on my vehicle. They were always so pleasant to talk to and actually wanted to help me every time I called. They are also very quick to answer the phones. They put these rims on in about 45 mins and did an amazing job. Thank you Discount Tire in Hiram, Ga!!!! I will definitely be coming back to you guys again.

A Complete Turnaround in customer service.I have been coming to Mavis Tires in Hiram back since it was Discount Tire. Once it became Mavis, the quality of its customer service dropped so far down, I started going to the location on E/W Conn, despite this location being 5 mins from my home.Due to a tire leak, I had to go to the Hiram location and was SHOCKED by the increase in service. Donna, the Asst Mgr was amazing and the service tech Kenny was outstanding. Please, please keep this staff in place and maybe all the former customers, like me, may return.

i had a very awful experience here. been going here forever. tried to get my tires rotated and my car is only 2 years old and they told me i need to get 4 new tires !! ridiculous!!! takes advantage of women !!! i went to 2 other places and they said i dont need new tires !!!

Showed up about 20 minutes early for my 1:30 appointment for new front tires. I was given an estimate of 2:15-2:30. Walked down the parking lot to find something to eat, car was ready faster than my food. Brad was very polite and welcoming. Upsold me on some wiper blades simply by suggesting them and NOT being pushy about it. Take a note, salespeople.

I had a nail in my tire and since I bought my tires at a discount tire less than a year ago, they credited that towards my new tire... Needless to say I got a brand new tire for $30.37!!!!I used to buy used tires and they aren't even that cheap!!I LOVE THIS PLACE!!And the customer service was amazing!!!

They location does not like black people! The couple black people that work there , are yes master men! You won t get the help you looking for if you have a nice car or if they think you are doing better than them. First time in my life my money wasn t good enough for a service. Discount tires in Hiram. I ll drive a hour on my rim before I ever go there again

I went there this past week for 2 new tires. I really appreciated Noah not trying to over sell me! He was super friendly, super attentive and answered all my questions clearly and throughly. This was not my first time here, but is the reason I keep coming back. These guys at Discount Tire are awesome!

Everyone who works here is very kind and accommodating. They patched my tire and I was so surprised it was FREE. I have also bought tires from them and service was great. Very good experience and I am happy with experience.

These guys are the absolute best! I drive around in new construction neighborhoods a lot for work so needless to say I am well acquainted with nails in my tires. These guys always fix my flat for free and they are so quick and efficient and courteous. They have taken care of me many times and I have given me so many freebies along the way! I m so grateful for them!

Awesome experience yesterday. I purchased a new set of tires, and my lady friend picked up a nail. They put a patch in the tire at no charge and received my respect in return.
