I got my car in May, but it has served me so well since then. Vic is the most communicative, reliable and non-pushy salesperson. It didn t feel like I was talking to a salesperson at all, just someone who wanted to get me a good deal and a good car. He delivered the car personally to me from Hiram. So appreciative of how smooth this process was and thankful for him and his team. Happy Holidays!

While the staff at Carl Black Super Store's Service Department was undeniably friendly, my recent experience left me somewhat disappointed. After receiving their recommendations for necessary repairs on my vehicle, I was informed that the initial problem would be resolved. Unfortunately, despite their suggestions, the issue I brought my vehicle in for persisted, and I find myself somewhat dissatisfied with the outcome.Though the people were pleasant to deal with, the effectiveness of the repairs did not meet my expectations. I appreciate their efforts, but the ultimate goal of having my original concern addressed was not achieved.

I was shopping around for a TRX and I called multiple dealerships to compare. Vic at Carl Black was extremely courteous and professional over the phone helping me with the process. I did not end up purchasing with them because I found another TRX in the color I wanted. Nonetheless, I had a pleasant experience with the customer service at Carl Black.

My husband had an accident and delays with shops we thought it was going to be repaired but it was a total loss. We came to Carl Black for one car but we didn't want it. They were cool about that and the salesmen read us well and we bought a better car for us. It was simple and seamless and didn't take as long as most dealerships to get us into a car we loved. They worked with us on many levels and made this purchases easy. I'm hard to sell and I've always had buyers remorse but not with Carl Black. Hiram GA. We've been thru a lot but we thank God for this encounter which was easy and they put us in the right car. Sorry so long but we will do future business with them. They have my trust and I don't trust well. Thank you for helping us. Again you will have repeat business with us. Thank you to your staff for their outstanding due diligence.

I took my car to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had a slow leak in one of my tires which they told me it could not be repaired, I would need a new tire. I take my car back weeks later cause now I have a slow leak in another tire, asked for them to check it. They asked where was my lock key to my tires and I told him that they must have it from last time because I have not seen it. The guy argued with me that I must have let someone else work on my car and they have it which I told him no one else has touched my car but them and there was no reason for anyone else to since I have a warranty with them. He proceeded to over talk me and say someone else must have it and that I should have reported it beforehand. Now, why would I go look to be sure the key is back where you put it it when you are grown adults.When it fact they were the only one that had it. Now I have to go to the maker of the car to get a lock key since I have a Mercedes and do you think they offered any assistance....nope

I came to this place upon the recommendation of Steven Ivaneli whom is a trusted friend that works here. Steven personally came by my house when my car was disabled and helped me diagnose it. Without him I honestly would have fixed the wrong part I suspected...A crankshaft sensor.Steve helped me diagnose the fuel problem by using skills he learned at Carl Black and then he confirmed by calling his associates and detailing his discoveries to them. I decided then to take my car to his workplace for repair.Hiram is one hour away from me. I live in Atlanta, Georgia. Anyways because my car is a 2016 police interceptor and was used a lot as a undercover car it definitely had too many hours on the original fuel pump. With that kind of usage I wondered how it could have lasted so long.Carl Black replaced the fuel pump and i picked up the car...but my ordeal wasn't over. After driving the car 12 miles away I stopped and turned it off and wasn't able to turn it back on. I called my insurance and got it rowed back. Brian, a technician at Carl Black traced the problem to an overheated and very brittle relay which he replaced. Ever since my car has been operating wonderfully. Mileage seems better too. On October23rd, around 3pm, I walked into Carl Black in Hiram. I was told by the "internet sales person Ryan" to ask for Drew. So I did. "Drew" was in the far right corner of the lobby looking at a computer monitor. He did not turn and look at me, and when he finally did, there was no introduction and no hand shake. I should've known then, it wasn't going to go well.I informed Drew as to why I was there and which vehicle I wanted to look at. Drew went and got the keys. The vehicle was FILTHY inside and out and had an odor in the interior. There was mud on the speaker inside the driver's side door. Drew began speaking about "floor plans" within dealerships, mark ups, etc. We had taken a test drive and arrived back at Carl Black. He then began to work up what Carl Black considered a "deal". The vehicle was listed on the website for $38,000 and some change. He came to me with an offer of $42,995. I gave him a CASH offer, and he told me that "they" (whoever they are) would not take a $5,000 cut. Drew then began to complain that "he was only going to make $100.00 off this sale and that he made more money at Hardy."Drew then tells me the vehicle has been on the lot for 87 days. It's no wonder to me. He appeared to no longer care at this point, so I thanked him for his time and he just said, "Ok." There was no attempt to ask anyone what was the lowest they would take, no attempt to try and make a counter offer. Absolutely nothing. It was as though Drew didn't care AT ALL. Is he strictly that apathetic or does he really hate his job that much?I don't understand. At all. Why do you present a FILTHY vehicle, tell me you won't make anything on this sale, and tell me it's been on the lot for 87 days? I make a CASH offer and you turn it down with NOTHING behind it.I have bought many cars in my life, from one owners to dealers. I have NEVER been treated the way I was today. It was a terrible experience. Everything seemed to change when I informed him that I am a POLICE OFFICER. I am not sure why. I will tell you, from here on out, I will tell ALL of my COP friends to NEVER buy anything from CARL BLACK!!!!

The financial manger Vic, of this dealership was extremely rude and unprofessional. He lied to me and my husband about us having 2 repossessions on our creditreport which was incorrect. Refused to speak with me over the phone in a cordial manner when I informed him about the Cornell Law. However, we were able to go to another dealership and received excellence service and the car we wanted. Don't let these 4 and 5 stars fool you. They probably pay people to say anything in order to make themselves look good. I'll never refer them to anyone. Especially to a dealership that lies to your face about having 2 repos. Never have I ever had such on my credit report. I explained to the sales representative and finance manager that those were accidents and my cars were totaled out. So honestly when they try dumb mess like that, ask them for the name of the banks that they looked at and get the banks phone number and see what the financial advisor of that bank says. Because these sales reps and finance managers just lie straight to your face and expect you to accept how they treat you. Then when you comeback at them the way the come at you, they can't take it. Vic and Anthony should know all about it because they're the ones I dealt with.

I just had a great car buying experience!They have a very nice & diverse inventory to choose from. My salesperson Shelby was very pleasant, and so patient with us. She found the vehicle we were looking for in our price range!The financial department was efficient and didn't waste our day. Thanks!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Do not buy from this dealership they do NOT COVER what they say they will. They LIE, they are RUDE, and I m very very disappointed that I purchased a 2 year old car CASH from this place. My car had a sensor issue a few days after I got the car I REPORTED VIA TEXT so they couldn t say that I didn t report it. My next oil change I brought it in and they told me that they were going to fix it. I expressed as a gentleman at that time that I could not leave my car for days until they had time to get to it. About six months went by still having the same issue when I finally had another form of transportation to drop my brand new car off, I went up there and was told that they were no longer going to fix it. The guy was very rude and refused to even look back at the messages where I originally reported the issue. If this is how you guys are going to do business I think that it s your job to have a loaner vehicle to loan your customers if you need us to do it when it s convenient for you. I ve been a customer for well over six years however, I will not be returning, and I will be sure to let everyone else know about the experience that I ve had with this untrustworthy dealership. Not to mention I originally had reported the issue also to the gentleman who sold me the car pool I m assuming no longer works there and I was told that because he doesn t work there That there s no proof of the issue actually existing. EXCEPT FOR THE TEXT MESSAGES WHERE I SENT PICTURES.

Excellent customer service. Fair pricing.I have found more and more that you have to drive a little further out from Alpharetta and especially Atlanta to actually get a good deal on a car. I was pleasantly surprised with this dealership and the sales people that worked there. They were very friendly, quick and helpful

These guys are awesome. They understood me. I got to use my bank for financing. Great inventory. Great pricing. Really enjoyed purchasing from them. Also had friends really talk good about Carl Black in Hiram after they found out I bought from there. My loan officer told me they were good to work with and he was right.Ask for Vic Davis. Awesome guy.

My husband and I were at the dealership for 5 hours, everyone was nice but people were coming in after us and leaving with new cars and we were still sitting , waiting, I m not very happy on how long it took when we were paying with cash. I think they need to get organized better. My husband wanted to buy a truck but after the long wait and other people were being taken care of and leaving and we were waiting and waiting, my husband changed his mind. I like my car but it s not what I really wanted.

I went to Carl Black Hiram just to browse and see if they had anything I liked, to my surprise they had three of the vehicles I wanted. Again, I m just there to browse. Nate walks out and introduces himself. I test drive the vehicle and discuss the possibility of working out a deal. If any of y all are like me I absolutely despise going to car dealers mainly cause I always go there with my eyes set on the prize and I always get disappointed since there are several factors that are key with car buying; credit, credit history, & income. Needless to say Nate worked with me individually, made me comfortable, catered to my needs, & most importantly, got me in and out with the keys to my dream truck, Ford Raptor! Thanks again Nate!! Guys, if y all want a completely different experience from every other dealer then I recommend you go to Carl Black Hiram and ask for Nate Rodriguez, you won t regret it!

I can t sing their praises enough. After running all over GA, from dealership to dealership, we took a chance and stopped in Hiram for one last look at a car we really wanted. Taylor was funny, friendly, and most importantly, FAST! We were offered a great number for our trade in and got a fantastic new family car for an awesome price. Really friendly Staff and not pushy, they waited for me and my wife to drive up from where we live (two hours) and had all of our paperwork ready. Also took the time to explain anything I needed clarification on and I didn t feel rushed once even though it was late. Last but not least they did everything in their power to work with my budget and gave me a great deal on my trade. Nate and Lance we great to work with, and I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Where do I start . It seem good at first they brought the car to my place for a test drive but things went down hill when they pulled my credit I even got a co-signer whom the act like they didn t speak to. The supervisor called me back rude saying Vic took time out his day to bring the car and I m told him your website states that was an option. It s like they only cared if you have excellent credit or a co-signer with 850 credit score!Please don t let these reviews with five stars fool you about this dealershipToday was the worst day ever and horrible customer service ! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Everything seemed great, we found a car, the financing went smoothly, but less than 6 months later the transmission blew. As far as Carl Black was concerned it was too bad, so sad. They never offered to do anything. Not even I'm sorry for what you're going through. Had we decided to go through them for repairs they said it was going to be six months before they could get to it! That's after paying them nearly $6,000. They disappointed me on so many levels. Maybe I should not have been surprised, when I first bought the car, there was a rip on the driver's seat. They told me no problem we'll get that fixed for you... that never happened.

I bought a used vehicle from this location and was told multiple times as my sales man and I were conversing that financing would go over coverage with warranty. As I was signing paperwork I was told that my $29,000.00 Mercedes Benz would have no warranty coverage but they would work with me if something was to break. What's the meaning of that?I am very unpleased with this dealership after knowing what the car fax had said another dealership had pulled for me. I feel as if I'm victim of a scam and that Carl Black knew it had issues, now I have a 6 year loan on something that will screw me in the end.
