I wish I could give them 0 stars because they did nothing but ruin my brand new truck. My truck almost caught on fire while they were trying to install the system, then they scratched my interior(refused to own up to it) and today my truck almost caught on fire yet again while I was coming home from work on the interstate mind you. This whole place is garbage and all the other negative comments are 100% accurate. Throw the whole place away!!!!! Just a poor excuse of a so called company (and I use the term loosely). You couldn't even call them amateurs.

Ripped me off after telling me one price then changing it when vehicle was brought in and terrible tinting job also. Then when the tints faded for no reason and wanted to charge me to have it removed so they could replace the tints because of their cheap window tints. Never again will I go to them. Liberty Auto Restyling does a better job and at a better price then these guys.

Horrible customer service. I'm not a person to write reviews but had to for this place. I went to ge my radio installed and within a few days and it was messed up. Took it back, and claimed he was too busy to even take a look at the issue. Walking in both times nobody was inside, the first time I waited about 10 minutes before getting any service, then the second time two kids tell me to go to the back. I find it unprofessional when they have nobody at the front to greet the customers.

I received awesome service here at Tropical even when AutoZone refused to change my battery, they got it done at Tropical. Make this your one- stop- shop for all auto service and accessories.

For a company that have been in the community 10 plus years with 3 bad reviews is not bad at all my experience was wonderful and everyone that I sent was satisfied
