Used this place one time.The service was great. The employees are amazing.The cost was a little bit too much from my taste and my budget, but I needed to get my car washed!I don t like how there are bins with the blue rags, because people tend to clean their car with those rags and throw them back into those bins, not ideal

Staff is very professional and friendly every time I m there. Makes it so much easier to keep my car clean on a regular basis compared to spending what seems like half a day doing it myself. Membership makes it so much easier to go a few times a week to keep it looking new. Definitely worth the money for the membership.

False advertising. Paid for the 30 dollar wash that says wheel shine tire shine mirrors cleaned and wiped dry. Wheels are just as dirty as before it went in, no tire or wheel shine and no wiped dry.Must not have gotten the mirrors either because they're all spotted up. Should've saved that 30 and spent 12 at the local carwash and got way better service. Fooled me once.

The Tidal Wave is the absolute best. I am a frequent flyer and love the unlimited access package. Chris is one of my favorite employees; he is thorough and attentive when I come through.

The Tidal Wave in Hinesville is the best. Even though my husband says I m going to wash the paint off of my car, I love going through there as much as possible. It s always fast. Plus, Jacob is a great attendant who give my vehicle extra attention.

I went to this carwash on September 3, 2021 and I went again today September 11, 2021. Unfortunately it has half washed my vehicle for the second time. So I will not be using this carwash again. I was in Fort Campbell and belonged to a carwash club membership for 5 years there and it never half washed my car or my SUV at all. You go through this carwash so fast no wonder it half cleans my vehicle. The employees are nice so I can give them but as far as the carwash service from experience of belonging to club membership before I have to give this a .

The price would be ok if they hire people that are actually motivated and there to perform the task that they are given. I've watched the employees move so slow I could have washed the entire half of truck in the same amount of time they are trying to carelessly wipe my tailgate in a poorly manner I almost want teach them how to scrub with a brush after painfully watching them move sluggishly and belaying themselves on their phone causing them to become addlepated and allowing the next vehicle to pass them along without even noticing they have not done a pre-scrub (in other words they are lazy and distracted) I went through without getting pre-scrubbed

Not overly impressed. Went with the $20 option and the front of the car was still a mess. I don't mind water spots and whatnot, but it looked like the front of my car was hardly touched. The body looked pretty good, but I'm not planning to be back. Perhaps if you have a truck or SUV you won't have a problem. For reference, this is a Hyundai Sonata. For $20, I'll invest in a bucket and sponge and start doing it myself. Ah well.

The best customer service that I've ever seen at a car wash. This car wash also has the greatest number of services I've ever seen. Even with all of these services the price was reasonable.

The guys here are so amazing they're funny n make even on busy days the wait worth it the female lady who works always is fast and actually cares about making sure your car come out clean through the was . With our package they know our cars automatically that we don't want the tire shine I love it

It does what I need it to. I don't like whenever they scrub the car they hit it. Every. Single. Time. With the brush either on the door, mirror, or front/rear bumpers.

We came the other evening to wash our vehicle and we were having trouble with the card reader. Normally there's someone standing there helping the customers with the cards but there was no one that evening. We sat there for a good 5 minutes trying to figure out what the problem was before I got out of my vehicle and motioned for someone to come over. The kid with the brush ignored me motioning for him and proceeded to turn his back. Once again I called out and the kid pretended to not hear me even after looking at me. Finally after a couple of minutes it accepted our payment. I can tell you with absolute certainty that there was nothing wrong with my card. I also noticed that the people beside us we're sitting there for a very long time at the card reader so obviously they were having problems too. I don't care if you're just the brush guy if a customer needs help you get them help and if you can't help them then you need to get someone that can. We have used the carwash several times before and have never had an issue. You definitely need to talk to all of your employees about customer service.

I'd give it a 3 if it weren't for those damp Terry cloths and window cleaner spray bottles. It's a plus. But the drive thru doesn't clean my truck that well.

I have been with this car wash for more than a year but I have had the same problem for 7 months, my wheels and the front of the car remain dirty, I tell the employees so that they give a little emphasis to these areas but the problem persists.

These guys have an amazing team super nice and convenient and the manager is super involved always greets me with a smile and very professional...both my vehicles have never been this clean in my life ..

Club members should not have to wait in the club members line behind someone paying upon entrance. It doesn't provide any advantage for a member if the non member entrance is moving faster. I've been a member since this location opened but it's becoming an inconvenience to get my car washed on any given day. UnacceptableEdit:The lines have gotten better. Haven't had an issue with them the last few months. Would give a 4 star but don't understand why you have to request them to spray the front of your car with the pressure washer during heavy bug season.

I took a trip to tidal wave and purchased the 30$ wash, it s totally worth it! Makes my car look great. The tire shine is the cherry on top for the whole wash in my opinion.
