Got an email about them wanting to do a "unit inspection." It was oddly specific about the prohibited item being "food." When I called and asked about it, they were very adamant about just dropping off my key so they can check it. When I said that I'll be there the day of the "inspection," they sounded hesitant about it. This didn't sit well with me, so I looked at previous reviews. The most recent one was talking about a rat infestation. I drove over and looked in my unit, and sure enough, ALL of my stuff was covered in rat pellets and rat pee. I am about to potentially throw away about HALF of my belongings there due to the rat problem. I looked further on the reviews and THEY'VE HAD ISSUES WITH RATS FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS AND DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I would not have gotten a unit with them had I known that this was a continuous issue. I will be withdrawing what I can save from this storage facility and looking elsewhere.

Online price advertised and invoice for move in rate were different than actual cost upon visiting site . Manager was nice in offering compromise but they should honor rates advertised. Unit is convenient and secure, so happy if adjustment is made for cost.

Would not recommend at all. In two months of being at this storage unit, we lost half of our household goods due to RATS. Our stuff was covered in rat pee and feces.The unit was not upfront about the rats but there were rodent repellent packs put in our unit without our knowledge.Insurance companies do not cover these things because it s on them to manage the building and make this isn t happening.We spoke with Lucy after moving out about a refund for the two months we were there and at this point, it just feels like we are getting the run around and they don t care what has happened. I feel like we have been robbed.

Bought a storage unit at auction from this location on 3-20. I followed all the rules and did everything they told me. I emptied the storage unit the same day and swept it out. When I went back to get my deposit the door was closed at 1600 hrs. I left and I called back the next day to see when I could get my deposit back they stated they were open till 1730. When I showed up the door was locked there was a sign in the window stating that they were doing training and could not be bothered. I went there on 3-28 at 1630 and was told I forfeited my deposit because I didn't pick it up in 8 days. I was never told that it had to be picked up in 8 days. And today is the 8th day this is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever had to do business with and this will most definitely be the last

I had a Uhaul reservation today March 22 at 9 am. The manager was not in the desk initially and 20 minutes later when she returned, she sit on her desk, looked at us and didn't even open the door. There's another lady here too. It's now, 10:31 am and she doesn't even have the courtesy to open the door. Very unrespectful.

Do not rent here! They have a rat infestation. Just returned from a deployment and ALL my belongings are covered with rat feces and rat urine. Paying for a climate controlled unit and you can hear rats crawling in the ceiling if the building.

Everytime I go inside this establishment they always take care of me to the best of their ability. I own two units and have never had any issues with not only the space provided but the team themselves. Amazing care team!

The 1 star is for the office staff. It is easy access to the storage being that the gate stays in the up postion. The best part is that there is a horrible rat infestation throughout the whole facility. The urine smell is putrid, it slap me in the face when I open my storage unit. There is dropping on everything. I've seen several rats running around my unit. I hope my beloings arent ruined but I high doubt it. All while they are going up on fees. I will never recommend this place.

It was an amazing experience i had gotten a unit they didnt have so they went and gave me a even bigger unit and gave me a discount and credited some money back to my account i will recommend to anyand everyone they made it extremely easy and were extremely helpful

Horrible storage. Got back from deployment and all my belongings were covered in rat pee and poop. I will never be using this place again and I will not be recommending it to anyone. What a mess. Won t even cover all the expenses for my belongings. Thanks for nothing. I mean it.

Very friendly associates everytime I went into pay my bill. They take time with each customer that comes in whether renting a u haul or storage unit. Everyone there work quick and efficiently. There is no pressure using services there and always answers any questions asked. They work in small group but keep people informed on return times they are away.

The young lady was super busy as she was the only one in the office, but she took care of each customer with care a patience. She gave me a few units to look at while she was helping someone and then came out and checked on me to make sure I didn t need any assistance and to answer any questions I had. She was very helpful and informative.

Rats infected units. Pee and drop all over my things. Also they chewed on my furniture. I had to trash most of my stuff. When I told them when I checked out they told me they know about the rats

I waited a bit to post a review because I wanted to make sure everything was good. The manager Ashley was very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout my process: from my initial reservations until my move in with no issues. I was so pleased with the entire experience from the start to finish. Clean storage, reasonable price, and enough space to put all my stuff. The Manager Ashley was amazing and informative and even had a welcoming card in my storage room with all the information I needed for me! Best experience EVER! I will be recommending them to all my friends, colleagues, and family out there.

I've had the unit for a very long time. No issues, other than the continual rise of pricing and forced insurance. Main reason for moving out and closing my unit was because of pricing.

My main issue is the fact that every time I called this facility no one answered. I would go to the office, no one inside because the employees were always riding around in the golf cart instead of leaving one person to mind the store. My other major issue was the fact that I reserved a uhaul a month ahead and I drove all the way from Florida just to find out they had rented out my reservation! No phone call ahead to notify me of anything! Very unprofessional. They really need to do better at this location.

The price was reasonable however, the lock was extremely costly. The staff were polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend Storage Sense to anyone.

Great facility and perfect central location.. however they need to do a better job with their pest and rodent control as well as structural maintenance, as some parts the units seems to have leakage when it rains. In addition to that, when filing a claim don't expect to get a penny worth on your damaged stuff goods/items. It's like your property holds no value in their eyes it seems.

Storage unit was clean, looked secure, and had no signs of water or mold - the most important factors for me. Ashley was awesome and clearly cares about protecting my stuff as much as I do! Highly recommend!

While price shopping for a unit for my family I spoke with Ashley. She was so knowledgeable about the facility we decided to come in for a tour. Ashley showed us units based on our needs. She was so upbeat and helpful. The move in was quick, detailed and flawless. The facility was so clean.

The are great with informing customers about events in which availability would be compromised and payment information. Super friendly and understanding. For military they have great.
