Had service done on my car, was quick and efficient. Tried another place months later. Only $5 cheaper. Charged for stuff that should have not been. Just oil, filter, and changed drain plug. Was nothing wrong with the old one. Tires weren t rotated. Brake pads not checked, few other things. Ford does all those things for around same price.Ford, I m bringing my other truck in to you also!!

Awful experience. Sold them my Bronco that I had to wait 2 years for, and they took 6 weeks to pay me. I bought a Jeep from them and told them the clutch was rattling. The service manager told me it would" open a can of worms" if they tried to fix it. I asked to split the cost buying the parts and they install it for me. They refused. I had to bring it to the Jeep dealer who heard it rattling, diagnosed the bad clutch and replaced it for me. I just was disappointed because I thought 111 years in business would mean more. $1400 later the Jeep is perfect.

This is for the service side at JC Lewis Ford of Hinesville. I was driving my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport down 84 and my passenger side view mirror fell and was dangling. I didn t hit anything at all. The service tech said it looked like it was purposely pushed down and broke. I didn t break my vehicle but they made it seem like I did it. When you look at it closely it looks like there is grease and glue on it. Like someone tried to repair it before. This vehicle is brand new why would I break it. My vehicle isn t abused at all. They told me warranty wouldn t cover it at all. I also asked them to check my rear window about air sounds. I was told it was normal. The paper I received said you have to test ride the car at 40mph to see if it s a defect or anything. My car wasn t test rode because the gas mileage didn t change from when I dropped it off til I went to pick it up. I went there this morning to pick up my vehicle and my screen isn t working. So they put me into a rental. We stood at the rental department for a good 30mins before they asked what we needed. An employee there told us he saw us standing there for a while before they talked to us. I don t have nothing against the sales side because our sales rep is amazing. He has definitely gone above and beyond. Most sales people will stop dealing with you after the sale.

UPDATE: Quick Lane is still my go to for my Ford Escape. Warren runs an awesome shop. They know their jobs and produce great results. After a recent negative experience with my wife's car at another dealership, I brought it here. Warren worked out Nissan in, identified the issue and let us know what other work may be needed. I trust Warren and his team.ORIGINAL: The service and attention to detail at the Quick Lane is impressive. Both Warren and Brittany at the desk are professional and understand customer service. The mechanic staff is efficient and knowledgeable. This is a great place for automotive work.

We just had wheel alignment done today and I am very pleased. I cannot speak for their other services and prices, however, alignment was fairly priced and they managed to make an appointment in 24 hours unlike other places in Hinesville. Customer services was top notch! Super friendly! What really made my day was the fact I got my car back washed! Thank you and I will definitely be back!

Mr. Warren was patient and kind as he walked me through my breakdown and repairs. Even though I had a lot of questions he never once got annoyed and was able to explain everything to me. Highly recommend working with him when visiting the quick lane!

This Quick Lane is outstanding!! The service goes above and beyond. They always go out of their way to help their customers. Mr. Lowery can always be counted on to provide top-notch assistance at the front desk. The techs in the back work really hard to make sure they do the job correctly the first time. I have no qualms about bringing my vehicle here for services.

Went in for an alignment on my car. The wait was not that long and the waiting area was nice. I was just upset on how they weren't able to get my rear alignment to factory specs and I was told to buy a part for them to fix it. The car is all stock so I asked a friend who works at a different dealership and they told me that it's possible to get it right without the extra part. Probably just lazy workers. I'd expect it at a cheapo shop but not the dealer the car is for.UPDATE : one of my rear wheels was almost a degree off from the other wheel. And upon taking it to a different alignment shop they found that my upper control arm bolt was loose.

I had my new Ford serviced here this week and they were busy but quick. Great service and very friendly. I love JC Lewis Ford. They know how to take care of their customers. And I'm a little partial to Fords also. This is my families 3 Ford in 15+ years.

While traveling I needed an oil change and they took care of my truck plus provided info for suggested maintenance. The facility is super clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Thanks to Ms Taylor for the courteous visit!

I arrived as a walk in for an oil change. I was told it was a 3 hrs wait or I could return the following week, mind you it was Thursday. Before leaving I waited in line to get a few general questions answered. An elderly man was talking with the man at the desk the entire time I was here. This gentleman had a lifetime warranty on his brakes but the man at the desk wouldn't honor it unless he had a specific receipt even though the system showed he had a lifetime warranty??? That seems pretty dumb to me. I'm still waiting in line.... then the man wants to use a coupon on his oil change, presents the coupon and the guy at the desk says it's a good coupon but he wouldn't honor that either! He claims he can't give home the discount because the service was already done? WTH does that even mean? Show me the coupon before so we can give you a lesser service? The guy behind the counter continues to go on and say it's like ordering a meal at a restuarant, leaving and coming back saying you want a discount because you found a coupon!!! I'm like he never even left? This poor old man was seriously taken advantage of if you ask me... I couldn't help but share my opinions with the rep before gladly offering to take my business elsewhere. Beware the people at this business don't honor anything they clearly claim to.

Great service. I cannot find anyone else in the area that will put nitrogen in your tires, for the life of your tires, for only $25. They worked with me to finance my all new Michelin Super Sport tires along with an alignment. Respectable staff and they show their customers exactly what they do and are willing to help you get the right answer even if they do not know it themselves. I go here to do anything related to tires.

Staff is very nice, they do a great job at looking over your car and letting you know what it needs. It's full most of the time but it's cause a lot of people trust their service and care.

Terrible customer service and experience, lack of transparency and due diligence during the deal. Scheduled an appointment to purchase a vehicle and drove hours to make a purchase to be told that the vehicle had been sold.....

Pricey for parts and labor, might be better off buying parts yourself from Advance Auto parts or Oreillys and having personal mechanic do the work. Comes out much cheaper!

15 July 191st in and still waited 1 hour and 15min after 3 others who came behind me to begin my serviceThen I had to run into the bay to stop the service tech from using a impact tool to take off a hub caps of my truckHe said my bagVery sad

Wasn t able to get the AC looked at because they don t take walk-ins and the gentleman at the counter said they don t work on air-conditioning.
