Muse Collision provided me with the best example of customer service I ve seen in years. The receptionist was very helpful and thoughtful on many occasions. Everyone I spoke to was professional and the vehicle repair was beyond exceptional. My vehicle was also very clean upon return!!!! I am so thankful to all of you for a wonderful experience and a job well done.

I absolutely loved this place. Everyone was kind and welcoming from the moment you walk through their door. I was able to get updates on my vehicle. My car was done before the estimated time. This place is fantastic. The service is friendly and amazing. Our car was hit in October and my husband and I were told that insurance would cover it, us being not at fault, but we were nervous and stressed about the whole process. The people at Muse however made everything super convenient, even down to the arrangement of a rental. When we dropped our car off, the gas tank was almost empty. When we picked it up, the tank was half full. The interior of our car smelled good and we could tell it had been freshly wiped down. The repair job itself of course was pristine. Thank you so much!

My beloved BMW Z4 roadster tangled with an F-350 and lost, which caused quite a bit of damage to the left front and door. The repair work and paint by Muse was impeccable - and I m extremely picky. The car looks like it did when I bought it. In addition to the excellent work, the staff was very attentive, gladly answered questions, routinely kept me updated, & provided detailed repair/parts reports. I couldn t be more pleased. I had the best experience here getting my car repaired after an accident. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Muse Collision was great! They were very friendly and courteous. I didn't know what to do or what to expect and they walked me through the steps and kept me very updated on the repairs to my car. Muse did an excellent job on fixing the damage done to my Q50 . Muse Collison Center deserves 7 or 8 stars out of 5. Overall easiest and best experience I could have ever even imagined. The staff is thorough in explaining the process and details of repair. I was able to get my car s damages repaired almost a week sooner than the original estimated date of completion. So the service is quick yet thorough as my car looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot. Not to mention, the detailing they did inside and out, my car was much cleaner on pick than when I dropped it off. First impression was amazing from the time I made the phone call to schedule the estimate, everyone has been so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. (This was my first accident, not my fault by the way, so I didn't know the procedure.) They deemed my car undriveable due to my tail light being broken, got me into a rental thru enterprise within the hour. Everyone was thorough and friendly. This was my first time in and I will post again throughout the journey or with the ending results. I'm excited!!!UPDATE!!!!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!So, I have my car back When I say that Muse made a very scary situation so easy and comforting for me, all I can say is they have truly warmed my heart the care that they give and shown me is nothing short of amazing. They give over and beyond customer service. My car is perfect! They cleaned my car inside and out!!! They did an amazing paint job! My bumper, side panel, the tail light, everything is perfect! My gas was lower than I remembered, they checked out the milage then happily and generously gave me a gift card for gas. I am so grateful for this team this is the absolute best experience I've had with auto repair. Muse has set the bar and I wouldn't accept anything less than their service. Muse is as always, pleasant, exceptional and a joy to do business with. Unfortunately the circumstances in which we need them are essentially a result of damages, and other people's inability to drive... Lol however i wouldn't have anyone else work on our vehicles. Twice now we've had to bring my vehicle in from no fault accidents but their professionalism, ability to be on point, very reasonable and kind staff ALL AROUND made the experience and process less stressful and bearable. I can't imagine going anywhere else. THANKYOU

Muse got me in and out quicker than expected. They kept constant communication with me about the status of my car during the 4.5 days that it was there. Amazing, speedy, very friendly and professional service! My parents, my job, and my husband and I all love using Muse for our repairs. I recommend them to any one I can. In fact, we dropped off the Liberty County Tag office vehicle and it was ready in less than a week! They were very efficient, thorough and easy to reach with any questions. Any concerns were promptly responded to. The car looked and smelled brand new inside and out. You couldn t tell anything had ever happened! The wheel cover and floor mat were the cherry on top. The personnel at Muse Collision were kind and accommodating, especially Rachel. They did a great job with my car and communicated with me for every part of the process. They made the process for fixing the damage on my vehicle as stress free as possible. Five stars for great staff and great work performed. I have a 2009 Accord White Diamond Pearl. Very difficult, but they paint matched it perfectly! It looks brand new!

I can not be thankful enough for having Miss in my corner! From the day Dodge messed my car up when they had it. To most recently a car accident. As soon as I got in the accident I knew exactly where I wanted my Dodge to go! They are friendly, honest, and have great communication with their customers. The two staff members I would like to shout out are Rachel and Eric you guys made these dark days better!

My experience was overall AMAZING!!! I would recommend then to anyone in need of repairs. They stay on top of things and called me with an update even when I didn t expect it. Car was derailed afterwards and hand washed. My bill was gone over in detail with me as well as any questions I had. Bill and Sheila muse are angels! I had the best experience from the initial estimate to completion of the repairs performed on my car. Their staff, including Rachel, made me feel like family. They were always available to answer any questions. They were very thorough. They handled everything with my rental car company too. I would never use any other body shop. Muse collision is the best! If you want your car like it was when you bought it brand new this is the place to go , I took my car to caliber collision and what a big mistake my car was two different colors in addition to to other Imperfections.a scratch that wasn't there.

Muse fixed my truck and battled the insurance of the guy that hit me they kept me up to date on all the information as it was coming out to the best of their knowledge Eric was great and had great explanations on everything they have done and or were doing the shop did great work you would never know that I have been in an accident the paint work is spot on they made the best out of the worst experience I would absolutely use this shop again

This was the first auto repair we ve ever dealt with. I found Muse collision based off reviews on different sites. We had so many questions/concerns with the repair/insurance process Muse staff was extremely patient and answered everything in a timely manner. Their customer service was great and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Since this was our first auto repair we were worried about the vehicle but with the communication and updates Muse collision provided a few times throughout the weeks they highly exceeded our expectations. They did not hesitate to get parts on order and work with the auto insurance on making sure everything was covered including new OEM parts which was a big deal for us since our car is a 2022. They made the rental car process extremely easy as the car was picked up and dropped off at their facility. After the repairs were completed we did a final walkthrough with the owner Bill. There were a few discrepant areas and they jumped right on it to address them. I am extremely satisfied with the end results of our Toyota 4Runner repair. Our vehicle looks brand new again and was given to us washed/cleaned inside/out. Thank you to the entire Muse collision team for the great quality, service, and communication. They did an amazing job replacing the bedside of my truck and matching the paint. They ordered parts ahead of time, handled all the insurance supplementals, kept me updated on the status, and got me my truck back very fast. Bill and Shelia are amazing people and I trust them to get the job done right.

So I got the pleasure to work with Mr. Eric. He was nonstop awesome for me! Always giving me phone calls on my car and updating me.I even had to bring my car back because there was a leak, I thought they didn t seal my windshield correctly but it turned out it was actually my sunroof bolts leaking. This was completely not their problem but Mr. Eric called Ford and got my car sent to the nearest dealership for repairs and I was in a rental the entire process of all of this.Super happy and I will always bring my cars here if they ever need any damage work done.Thanks again Eric!

I hate to admit it, but this is the 3d time in 5 years I ve used Muse. Once for my sons truck and twice for mine. Amazing results every time. Absolutely the best that I ve used anywhere ever. These guys are amazing and super responsive! I never had to call and inquire about the status of my vehicle since they updated me regularly and did all the work with insurance and my rental car for me!!!
